The rain begins to lighten up into a small drizzle, the clouds start to open up and the light begins to shine though. Snake looks up to find the sun light is making a rainbow across the sky. Giving a slight smile he moves on. He looks down and sees the green grass that he is smashing into the mud with every step. "When I get back i'm going to have to get all this mud off of my shoes." He looks back up and then trips over something that didn't seem to be there before. He picks it up, but it just seems to be a large rock.

Snake enraged by what the mob is doing, he dashes to it and goes into a slide. Snake slashes the skeleton's legs and he pounces onto the monster. Grinning snake puts his right foot on the throat and the other on the ground. and with a quick downward thrust the blade pierces the bone and then he rams it all the way to the throat. The skeleton disappears into a thick cloud of blood red pixels. Snake looks at the Col at the grave of the skeleton. He smiles and crouches down and picks it up. Standing up he continues to the town.

Snake digs his feet into the ground and lunges to the monster, caught off guard it thrusts its hands to try to catch snake with its bony claws. Snake's blade rams into the opponent's sternum, the force cracks and shatters the bone unhinging its rib cage. The beast's claws cut into snake's lower abdomen. Snake clenches down on his teeth, his eyes widen with a plea look. Snake closes his eyes as he rolls over to remove the beast's fingers from his stomach. Snake's mouth gapes open and he lets out a rough and short yell. Opening his right eye, but keeping his left closed shut tightly, snake sees the skeletons sketching in his blood two tally marks on its hip bone.

Snake grits his teeth trying to endure the pain. "this isn't going too well for me, but it isn't going to go well in the end for him." Snake lets a few coughs and then tightens up his grip on the cutlass's hilt and goes into a run at the skeleton. the skeleton ducks as snake swings the sword, but the snake was ready for that little trick. the blade smacks the skeleton in the center of its skull. the blow makes more cracks and chips away some fragments. the skeleton bullets up with its fists in a attempt to counter, but snake jumps to the side.

Taking his sword out of the sheath, snake bounds with one step towards the monster before. But his inpatients was what caused this, the beast moves to the side and close lines snake flipping him and sending crashing down on his back. The air in his lungs escapes out from his mouth like outside was a vacuum. Snake starts to hack, but when he goes to gasp for another breath he opens his eyes to a monster above him bringing down its fist. Snake's eyes flare wide as he rolls to the side and jumps up. The pain in his chest starts to burn him from the inside like a forest fire.

Snake stretches out, arching back as his vertebrae start popping as the air between the cartilage escapes. He puts both his hands behind his head and widens his elbows out, like a bird, and his shoulders pop as well. Lumbered up Snake continues on to the town several miles away. A bony hand busts out of the ground snagging Snake's leg. Panicking he grabs the hand and begins to rip it out of the ground, but the hand gives and now snake flies back and lands on his rear with the hand still in his hands. He gives a weird look at it and tosses it away, beginning to crawl away to its owner that is now climbing out of the ground like from the movies from when zombies start coming out of their graves.

snake picks, stands up, and continues ahead. He yawns and wonders what time it is, but he can't really judge the time due to the lack of sun. He opens up his menu with the numbers reading 6:48 P.M. "Great it's becoming evening and i still have gotten all the things i wanted." Closing out the menu, he continues with his walk. Snake becomes dreary eye, so he starts back to the town. All this walking is becoming really boring and the land is getting generic. I'm going to have to move to the next floor if i want to do anything productive. Snake Spots something ahead gleaming on the ground ahead of him. "probably some mat." He moves to the stranded object and realizes it is a small glass box. Picking it up to examine it, he opens it up and takes out a mat. "who keeps leaving these on the ground? Maybe some high levels not wanting them." he answers himself.

About 2 miles out, the land in front of snake was a really marshy area with little grass and other plants. Snake looks at the area and begins to move on to his right. A small tree poked out of the ground about 200m ahead of him. snake was curious of what type of tree it was until a bolt of lightning came down and slapped the tree splitting it in half. "That was officially the first lightning strike i have seen in this game." He reaches the split tree and looks under the tree to find a patch of mud that was uneven and right beside it was a small mound of mud. Snake dipped his hands in the mud and started to dig for what ever was under there until he hits an object. Pulling it out he lets the rain wash away the mud from the object. When the mud washed away it revealed a box that was 4 inches long, 2 inches wide, and 2 inches high. Upon opening it he finds a mat. inside the container. "this will come in handy."

snake looks at the mud on the ground."the rain is coming down more than before that fight." He looks up and begins again out to the open with the rain showering him from all the mud and blood he has on him. The mud isn't that slushy due to the grass holding the dirt together, but is starting to give out from the hydro power. Snake stubs his toe on a object laying on the ground. He crouches down and picks the a mat. up."my lucky day." continuing snake gazes at the sky that keeps dumping water upon him.

snake rips out the blade and jumps off the beast, which just took out the sword from the ground. Snake lunges right back at it before the monster could get a proper footing and snake plants the sword into the beast's stomach. with a powerful force snake pushes to blade up, splitting it open. the beast stumbles back and hits the ground, then bursts into a thick cloud of pixels."That nasty bug got blood all over me!"

(I finished that battle and now i'll use the new posting rules, due to them changing a lot since 5 months ago and i didn't know what quite what to do.)

Snake quickly rolls over onto his chest and pushes off his hands. Rising from the mud, he lunges towards the beast that is now starting to do the same. They come together clashing their swords, snake jumps back after the monster comes down with a powerful swing. The blade plants into the ground and snake lunges at the mob and brings up his sword to come down unto the beast. The blade cuts the air away as it inches closer to the glob of biomass. it penetrates the skin of the abomination and knocks its head down.

The beast breathes heavily onto snake, saliva dripping down onto his face, but is quickly washed away by the rain. Snake opens his eyes and grins his teeth as he grabs hold of the monster's sword's hilt and begins to shove it back out of his newly formed wound. The pain increases as the blade comes further out of the entry wound. He gives out a desperate yell and pushes it the rest of the blade out, but his hands slip due to the water reducing the grip he had. The blade slashes his chest and digs into the soft drenched soil. Snake smacks the mob in the face with his elbow, knocking it to the side.

the blood slithers down the glob of flesh and drips onto the ground just adding to the water in the mud. Snake watches as the rain drops mix into the blood stream that leads to its legs. The beast begins to charge towards snake with its sword in its hands. Snake lifts up the first leg then pushes off the other one, but slips in the slushy soil beneath his feet. He looks up realizing that the monster is too close to try and evade, so he attempts to block his opponent's blade. At that moment as the monster's sword scraped past snake's, he realizes what is going to happen. Snake watches as the blade seemingly inches to his left side of his chest. Entering his flesh snake's eyes shut close and mouth gaps open letting out a roar. His blood starts to trickle.

Snake digs his left foot into the mud and takes off in the abomination with the rain slapping him in the face, not able to move in time the beast tries to swing at snake at a final attempt to at least get some damage in. But snake side steps and then crouches down and pounces up while thrusting the sword into the mob's stomach. The beast lets out a deep scream as snake twists the sword and rips it out of it. The mass of flesh begins to bleed at a rate that could kill a human, but this was a monster that didn't even need blood just its mass.

snake then launches to the large ugly biomass, he clenches the sword in his palms and then thrusts forward with the blade laying horizontal and all the rain drops that come into the blade's way is chopped clean in half as it flies to the inflamed stomach. The monster rolls to the side and swings out the blade towards snake, the blade comes into contact with his arms and slashes some of his flesh off into a small slice. Like a slice of salami. Snake grips his arm and goes into a roll and gets back to his feet almost immediately. Releasing his right arm he gazes at the grinning lard in front of him. He grits his teeth as the pain pulses through his arm.

Snake opens his eyes after having them closed for just a moment, "oh, how long did i dose for?" He ponders on the question for a bit then pushes it to the side. "What will be made today?" Taking a look at all the material he has, snake decides to make a few plain dangos. He enters the kitchen and turns on the stove, then he puts on a pan with water on top. he takes out some tofu, rice flour, and some sugar. He places all of them into a bowl and begins to mash and mix the ingredients together. the ingredients are now a soft play-dough like mixture. He splits the dough into 4 round dangos and then he drops them into the pot. That moment Snake was slapped the scolding water and he tenses up and smacks the pot drop to the ground. He puts his back to the table and slides to the ground into the warm water. "I done it again", he spouts with a smile. He puts his hands on his knees and rises up and begins to clean up.

snake realizes the disadvantages that the monster has, "and i plan on using it against him," he says with a grin. the beast gets up and begins to charge towards snake. snake plants his right leg in front of him and pushes. he starts his sprint and takes a swing at the incoming target. the blade rushes to its stomach, but is dodged swiftly before it lands a strike. snake stops and turns around, but as his eyes lock on to the beast he realizes that the monster had already swung its sword. snake panics and docks just beneath the blade. he side steps to the right and starts to back away a foot.

Snake closes his eyes to enjoy the wonderful feeling of the rain crashing into his face. out of no where a bolt of lightning strikes down a sapling at snake's feet, backing up slowly, he takes off the other way. snake slows, realizing that running isn't going to improve his chances of not getting struck. the thunder begins to rumble and then snake sees what is actually making the rumble, a monster has its hands out of the ground and pushing off the ground besides it. the beast emerges from the soil and looks straight at snake. he stares at the deformed body of flesh, a monster with a bulging stomach and small arms and legs, it falls to the ground and reaches into it. the beast takes out a sword. (how is he going to swing the sword if his arms are too small to go even 50 degrees in any direction?)

snake sees what the beast is after so he launches his left hand and grabs the lizard's wrist. snake squeezes and twists it's wrist, breaking it making the monster let out a ear scratching scream. snake grabs his sword with his right hand and rams the sword into its mouth, it quickly bursts into pixels. snake drops his sword to the ground and breathes heavily, he lets out another cough every few minutes as he lays there. he calms down and his throat no longer is sore, he gets up slowly and starts to walk farther out from the town. then a shadow is cast above him, his head snaps up to see a cloud covering the sun up. the land is covered with a huge shadow, a single drop of water drops from the sky and then comes a massive wall of rain coming his way. snake smiles as he welcomes the water to wash the dirt from him and his clothes.

the blade shines in the air as the it comes down straight for the monster's neck, but then it smiled. snake's expression quickly turns confused as the lizard rolls to the side and sweeps snake's legs from under him, his head slams his head against the ground and goes limb in turn he releases his sword. the lizards jumps up from the ground without even needing to get up and comes down with a forceful blow to snake throat. snake's eyes wide and he begins to cough, meanwhile the lizard brings back its fist and launches it to snake's chest.

Snake shrugs and runs at the opponent the stands before him. the lizard rears back its fist and thrusts it forward right in the path of snake's nose. snake smiles as he goes under its fist and comes up with his sword, the blow knocks the lizard backwards on its back. the lizard tries to get up back isn't able to. Snake looks at his opposing enemy in front of him, but there was a something about this battle that got him wondering. ( why does it not carry a weapon?) snake walks up to the downed enemy and lifts up his sword, as he does so the mob watches him as he raises his sword.

the monster is about 2 feet when snake brings his sword back and thrusts it towards the lizard. the beast leans to the left swiftly and comes back with a powerful fist, but snake blocks it with his arm and is pushed a few inches from the blow. snake grins and beckons the monster towards him. not moving the monster stares down snake with calm eyes like it is sure that victory was it. Snake thought the complete opposite. (I guess we'll see.) Snake's facial expression turns blank and he begins to smile.

snake dashes to the mob that is on the ground attempting to get up. snake reaches the monster and twists around to put more force to his attack. the lizard drops back to the ground and swings its leg knocking snake in the face and sending him twisting to the side. he hits the ground and rolls a few times, snake pushes himself up and looks to the monster grinning while it is walking to him. snake stands the rest of the way up and lets his right hand with the sword hang to his side as he watches the mob get closer.

snake walks through the gate and hugs the left side of the wall. About 20 minutes of walking along the wall, snake starts outwards away from the town. the sun is around 45 degrees in the air and is pounding snake with its unforgiving rays. he squints as he looks up and wipes sweat off of his forehead. He hangs his head for a few minutes until something begins to breathe over his shoulder, his head snaps to the opponent and instinct kicks in. Snake lashes out his sword and swings at the mob before him and strikes it sending it stumbling to is back. snake takes this moment and sees that the monster is actually is a lizard, but has a stature of a man. "well what ever you are, you're going to taste just more than your blood."

Snake opens the door to his shop, walks out, and closes it. He looks around at the NPCs that are just doing their stuff, but the few characters that were players was just running by doing all kinds of things. A since of renew goes through him as he says, "it's a new day." Snake grabs the pendant around his neck and holds it there, admiring it like someone would do if they saw a new beautiful flower. he smiles and lets go of it. the sun begins to shine just above the walls that surround the town. "Alas i must go and venture off to the lands of the unknown, or at least unknown to me."
