Emblem

Emblem smiled. It'd be my pleasure. He readied his blade then charged at the wolves. as he ran he activated a sword skill as he ran. His blade turned to a bright shade of green. He jumped at the wolf then shoved his blade into their chest. He watched it's Hp drop down quite a bit. He jumped back then did the same to the others. This was probably by far his strongest sword skill. It was a 3 hit combo with a x2 damage multiplier. He jumped back next to Cygnus then readied his weapon preparing to see if it'll attack. Alright I think I got it's attention. Finish em off Cyg-! before he could finish his sentence the mobs jumped at him and scratched across his chest. He grit his teeth. then looked back at Cygnus. Get it!

Emblem smiled as he watched more players arrive. It made him even more excited to take on the Minotaurs. He watched as Baldur then white haired boy Rainer walked towards him then Victor walk towards them as well. He gave them a wave. Cygnus greeted them. Hey Rain! Emblem confused walked up to him. Wait a second Rain? I thought your name was Rainer? Did you give me a fake name? Emblem sighed then shrugged it off. He walked back next to Cygnus. Well are you guys all ready for this? Emblem opened his inventory and downed a bottle of a +1 DMG potion. He felt a sense of strength wash over him.

Emblem looked up underneath his health to see that his energy gauge had been filled up as well. Well alright then i'm ready to go when you are! Emblem pulled his sword out of it's sheath then rested the blade onto his shoulder. He began to walk away from where he had been sitting whistling to himself as he walked. He kept his eyes open for anymore mob's near him. usually floor 2 had a bunch of spawn points so it seemed weird to him that there weren't any monsters near him. He was itching for some battle and wanted badly for a mob to spawn near them.

Emblem smiled. Okay sounds great Shirosu! Emblem looked at the window that had opened in front of him asking if he would like to join the players party. He pressed the accept button the watched another health bar begin to appear under his own. He concentrated on it pulling up the players name just to assure that Shirosu was in fact Shirosu and not somebody giving out a fake name. He did trust her but he had been tricked many times int he past and has learned to check there name as a sign if there trustworthy or not.

Emblem smiled the beckoned towards his dragon who was flying next to the three tailed fox. That's Aisu. She's kind of a spoiled little brat. I found her on floor 4. Emblem looked towards his dragon and smiled then back at Shirosu. Yeah I'd love to go fight some monsters with you! I was just heading back to town but I don't see why I shouldn't squeeze in some more battles. Emblem pulled the scarf further down finally reviling all of his face. What place do you have in mind? Emblem tried to think of any good hunting spots for the two of them to tackle.

Emblem smiled as his friend told him about the people he had met in SAO. It really is odd isn't it. That something this awful and Foreboding could bring people together like this but at the same time turn some into killers and thieves. Emblem thought for a second he had never really thought about this. It's something like how our brain percept fear. Some of us respond to fear in a disbelief way like some Pkers have. They don't really know if we do die when our HP hits 0 so they decide to believe against what Kayaba told us. But the people who believed it stood together and decided to work together to beat this game. It really is interesting. Emblem usually didn't talk or even think this philosophically so eh surprised himself with his thought. Well something like that I guess.

Emblem laughed as the who he now knew as Shirosu asked him why he was here. Well as much as I hate to be in this Hell Hole it's the only way to progress in this game isn't it. If we ever want to clear this game or even get close to it where going to need to proceed up the floors. Emblem looked up at a cool looking fox sitting on the players shoulder. It took him a second to realize that the fox had 3 tails than just one. Which upped the familiars cool factor at least 50 percent. That's a cool looking fox there! Emblem felt his dragon fly of his shoulder and towards the fox and gave a greeting call to the 3 tailed fox. Emblem smiled. He always liked to see his dragon make friends in this virtual world.

As Emblem ran he looked around for his familiar trying to figure out where the heck she had flown off too. Out of the corner of his eye he spotted a flash of bright blue. HE looked around then saw her flying away from 4 large flower demons. Emblem sighed ten pulled out his sword and ran after them. He activated a sword skill that seemed to do good the last time he used it. His sword began to glow green as he jumped towards the flowers. He plunged his blade in the face of the first flower then turned around and did the same to the others. He jumped back the watched as they all broke into thousands of blue polygons. Emblem sheathed his sword his energy mostly gone and turned to his familiar. Don't run off like that again okay!

Emblem felt his ears perk up as he looked up from the ground. He looked around to see an orange haired woman standing near him. She seamed very familiar and if he could remember correctly her name was Aster. He got up from his bench then walked towards her smiling. Hey Aster! Emblem waved then stopped i front of her. Fancy meeting you here! Emblem sudden;y remembered what his goal was here and that he had got get going before the storm got any worse. Oh umm sorry I don't mean to be rude But I have to get going. i'm taking on a field boss and I don't exactly want it to get any worse out here. He motioned to the rain pouring over them.

Emblem began to walk along the lake looking at the ripples in the water. It was incredible how much detail and work was put into this one game only to be turned into a death game. What would happen to the entire idea of virtual reality. He wondered if it would become outlawed or something. This made him even madder at Akihiko kayaba. He ruined such an amazing thing for everyone. Emblem walked past the lake then continued towards where he had heard the flower monsters were. Emblem walked over a hill to be greeted with a breathtaking view of millions of flowers all colors of the world in front of him. Emblem smiled then ran down into he flowers looking for a monster.

Emblem smiled at Syn's comment about his armor. Oh well thanks. Emblem began to walk and looked back as he saw Syn running to catch up with him. then felt her shoulder bump against his. He looked over at her as she began to ask him a question. "What do you think people might think, if they see us walking along side each other?" Emblem thought for a second. Well if your brother saw us he'd probably kill me. Emblem laughed. But I guess they'd think we were on a date or something like that. Emblem kept walking next to her. He took one more step unknowingly onto the frozen lake Syn had talked about. His foot slid onto the ice then gave way. He fell onto the ice with a thud as his body hit the ice. Well I think we found the lake...

Emblem walked into a blacksmith shop he had been in but he hasn't yet bought anything yet. He decided he would go in to place an order for a new weapon. the one he had been using currently had been getting pretty beat up and he felt that getting a better sword would help him out a lot fighting teh stronger monsters on higher floors. Emblem looked around first of all to see if there were any weapons on display that he wanted. After not seeing anything that fit his style he walked up to the counter then filled out the form then set the COL on the counter and smiled at the woman. Here you go! Thanks!

Emblem got up from his quick rest then looked around for any materials. He wasn't going to risk the lake again and look for fish so instead eh decided he would look around for some ores or herbs to grab. but to his disappointment he didn't find anything. Emblem closed his eyes trying to think for where to go next. He vaguely remembered a field of flowers nearby with tons of flower type monsters. He decided he might as head there and try and fight some more mobs there. Emblem put his hands in his pockets then suddenly noticed a spot on his shoulder which felt very empty. He looked around to see that his Familiar had run off.

Emblem felt surprised as a window opened on his Hud showing the loot he had acquired. He smiled. He just got himself enough money to buy himself a new sword. Emblem sheathed his sword then sat down next to the lake. He was still dripping we from wading in the lake. The attack he performed to kill the monsters completely sucked the energy out of him. He went from sitting to laying on the ground taking deep breaths. He was surprised about how much stronger he had gotten. He remembered the days when he was too scared to go out and fight any monsters or even try and level up but after he decided that it was time for him to go out and fight he felt like a new him was born. Emblem the swordsman. No longer Ren Okayama.

Emblem as he waded out kept an eye in the water. He felt something seemed to creep up his leg. He yelled then kicked at the vine like monster trying to drown him. The vine monster retracted as he kicked at it. Emblem sued this chance to run out of the water then wait for the mob to come up. He unsheathed his sword then stared down the lake. He watched a humanoid figure covered in algae and vines wrapped around it. He watched 3 more surface. Luckily they didn't seem to be that much stronger than any other elven bandit on this floor. He activated a sword skill he hadn't used before hoping he could dispatch the monsters quickly. He activated Sharp Nail then charged at the monsters. His blade began to glow bright green as he plunged his blade into the monsters heart then did the same to the others in a quick sequence. He watched as they exploded into thousands of blue polygons. He sighed. Man that was a close one.

Emblem spotted a fish swimming around in the water unaware of his presence. Emblem slowly brought has hand out and grabbed at the fish. Fortunately Emblem was quick enough to garb the fish. He pulled it out of the water as it struggled trying to escape his grasp. The fish gave up then limply gave up. Emblem added it to his inventory then looked around for anymore fish in the water. He sighed when he didn't see anymore fish swimming around him. He waded a little bit deeper hoping that a mob wouldn't attack him from beneath the lake.

Emblem climbed up the tree then made it to a stable branch near the top. Emblem looked around checking for any cool landmarks for him to check out or any groups of mobs for him to take on. He spotted a lake nearby surrounded what seemed to be billions of wild flowers. Emblem decided he would go over to the lake and see if he could catch and fish to bring to his friend who owns a restaurant. Emblem climbed down from the tree then pulled his sword out of its sheathe and began to walk towards the lake. Emblem had to be cautious he had heard from other players about certain monsters that lived under the lake. He waded out about waist deep into the water then began to look around.

Emblem smiled as a window opened on his HUD asking if he wanted to join the party. He pulled his hand up and pressed the accept button. out of the corner of his eye he noticed 3 other health bars forming below his own. Emblem looked over at the other players sitting there staring off into space. He looked over at Zandra who had mentioned the two. Okay I'm all set.  Emblem looked over at Cygnus who suggested the strongest of the three should take point. I'm up for it if no one else is. Im level 14 so the monsters on floor 1 aren't exactly something i'm concerned about.

Emblem giggled as the woman fell onto the ground when he had called out to her. Emblem walked over to her trying to withhold his laughter. Emblem planned on helping her up but was too late. the woman helped herself up. Emblem looked to see that the woman did indeed have a fox familiar. Sorry about that I didn't mean to startle you. Emblem held out his hand to the woman for her to shake I'm Emblem by the way. Emblem somehow had been in tons of situations like this and strangely they have never ended horribly. Well sometimes not good. Emblem thought back to when he ran into his friend Syn then her brother pulled a knife on him. 

Emblem of course still keeping an eye out just in case decided he would also try and look for some materials while he was out here. He looked around hoping for some sort of material to use. But to his avail he didn't find anything. He sat down on a rock trying to recover a bit and get his energy back up. Emblem looked around at his surroundings. There was a tree not to far from him and a hill a few yards away. Emblem decided he would go and climb the tree to get a better look of the area around him. Emblem got up from the rock he had been sitting on then began approaching the tree.

Emblem felt himself start to lose consciousness and finally succumb to sleep. He and been out grinding for awhile and hadn't gotten much sleep lately. Even though this was still just a game you still felt tired and hungry just like you would in real life. However it didn't satisfy your body in real life. Emblem hated to think about his body in the real world probably in a hospital bed hooked up to some sort of machine and an IV. Emblem finally drifted of to sleep on a bench on floor 1. His dragon Aisu curled up in a ball on top of him. Thank god he wasn't asleep out in the fields. A wandering mob or a player could take advantage of him and then poof he was erased from this world and the real one.

Emblem gave out a sharp whistle signaling to his familiar who was off somewhere playing around. He heard his ice dragon fly up to him then settle on his shoulder. He looked very out of place in this sand covered floor. His light blue ice dragon which he had tamed on floor 4 especially looked out of place. He could tell the dragon wasn't enjoying the heat either. Out of the corner of his eye he could see a woman walking towards him. He pulled the scarf out of his face to try and get a better look. He was right it was another player. He could make out what seemed to be a fox sitting on top of her head. Emblem waved at the player. Hey there! Emblem suddenly realized his mistake. For all he knew that was a PK.

Emblem hated floor 5. As he walked around the desert themed floor the sand would fly up and into his eye. Although this didn't actually harm him he found it extremely annoying. luckily he had a scarf which he normally wore a floor 4 which he found extremely helpful to keep the sand out of his eyes. Emblem had his gear all equipped and of course was prepared for any mob spawns. As much as he hated being on this floor it was the only was he could progress in SAO. Emblem was on his way across the canyon known as "El Paso  del Diablo" He was on his way to the Main settlement on floor 5 armadillo where he planned to take a break from grinding.

Emblem watched as the bandits got up from the ground and dusted themselves off. He grinned then activated another weaker sword art that would finish the bandits off quickly. He dashed at the mobs then felt his sword begin to glow red. Emblem leapt at the enemy surprising the mobs then followed up with a upward strike. The bandits were thrown into the air then shattered into thousands of polygons. Emblem sighed then sheathed his sword then checked to see what the mobs had dropped. He smiled when he saw the amount of Col the monsters had dropped. He added them to his inventory. Wow, this is going to help out a lot.

Emblem looked around to spot 4 elven bandits trying to sneak up on him Emblem snickered then pulled his sword out of it's sheathe he began to advance on the bandits. He activated a sword skill so that he could get the drop on them quickly to surprise him so they wouldn't have time to attack him. Emblem activated Vertical Square and swung his sword into the shape of a square then gave one last final slash sending the square shape into the bandits dropping there Hp down to just a sliver. The bandits still caught of guard stood there trying to understand what had just happened.
