Golden

Golden walked into the shop, he was going to become a tank and he needed some better equipment in which he would require to become a good tank. Becoming a tank is exceptionally hard and he would have to take quite a long time in doing so. Golden snickered as he walked into the all-too familiar shop of his guild leader, a blacksmith. He hoped that his orders would be completed quick and fast so that he would become one step closer to the ultimate tank that will take damage and attract the attention of enemies.

Golden placed the order and after looking at the prices he paid up. With an additional 1,000 Col, he would be prioritized and he would need that priority. Golden smiled. He was closer to becoming a tank.

Having been hugged by Eliza, greeted by Beatbox, and... well... shrugged from Hasai, Golden smiled as everyone was here. They'd waited quite some time for Hasai to come over and it was quite strange considering how she's guild leader. Golden had had a cup of coffee beforehand and he was pretty energetic and pumped for this quest. Golden snickered. Seems like everyone's pretty tired and grumpy... Well, I'll just have to deal with it. Golden began discussing his simple tactics that he hadn't really thought over. "Alrighty then... I'll tank while the rest of you guys deal damage. Simple enough. Now let's head into the maze."

As Golden approached the hut, he could see Thorrissia standing outside waiting for him. I guess she was already given a task to do. Golden thought. He remembered how he had to gather vegetables to learn how to cook from a chief. Golden sighed, it had been a long and hard task to complete but Golden was capable of completing it in the end. Here, he expected the task to be just as hard as what he'd been given. Having ran over to Thorrissia, he said, "So you're becoming an alchemist... What do we gotta do?" Golden asked, purposely using wrong grammar.

Golden had finished his daily cooking when Thorrissia PMed him telling him go head down to floor 6. I'm so tired. Golden thought as he stood up from his table. With a sigh, he head down to the 6th floor. Guess she's finally gonna get a job huh? Golden thought, feeling quite happy for her. He smiled when he reached floor 6, looking around, he wasn't sure where she was but he'd heard of an alchemist hut nearby so he decided that he would head there, guessing that Thorrissia was probably seeking guidance and mentoring from that hut.

Golden gave off a yawn. It was getting extremely late at this point and he should probably get some rest in case he has to do something tomorrow. Golden sighed. "Well... I guess it's kinda late now." Golden said. "Maybe we should go home." He smiled. But first, he needed something before he could go back and sleep. What's a date without a kiss at the end of it? "How about a good night's kiss?" Golden asked with a taunting smirk on his face. He would have to pay the bill after that and going back to the shop on floor 1 would take a while as well. He didn't wanna stay up to late.

"Profession?" Golden started. "I guess I kinda just like being a cook. I think you would fit the role of alchemist or tailor." There were already way too much blacksmiths since that profession seems to perk everyone's interests. Golden sighed... there should be more varieties of jobs in the SAO system... too bad they didn't put more jobs in. Golden smiled at Thorrissia. "In fact, once you decide on a job, I could help you with it!." Golden could use the adventure and it would mean spending more time with Thorrissia.

"Ha~ Yeah I guess I'm pretty good at picking restaurants." Golden lied as he scratched his head. He was sure glad that he had managed to find this place despite not knowing anything about the floor. Well... Honestly I should go to more restaurants later. Golden thought. I am a cook after all. He sighed, quite satisfied with the day's dinner. Today was probably one of his greatest days on SAO and definitely one of his most enjoyable days. Golden smiled, wanting to preserve the moment for as long as he can.

Golden smiled, he was going to finish off the boar in excellent time if he continued dealing damage like this. Once more, he charged at the boar, hoping that he would succeed once again in dealing damage. It seems like Golden's accuracy is on-point today as he managed to hit the boar with one clean, fast strike. His blade passed right through the boar's body easily and it moaned in pain as it was pierced by the rapier. Golden snickered when the boar came charging at him and using his shield which had thorns on it, the boar managed to deal more damage to itself than to Golden.

It was another quite day of SAO... where everyone was just going about their solo business or doing shop preparation. Golden didn't feel like cooking at the moment as he was quite a lazy butt sometimes. He sighed as he lay in bed at his shop, wondering what he should do instead. None of the options really appealed to him and his lazy nature at the moment and he decided that it would probably be a great idea to chill out at the park. He might get some inspiration of doing something while taking a walk there... But really, it was just an excuse to do something instead of mopping around all day. Golden sighed as he forced himself out of bed and opened the windows to see glorious sunlight shining right through into his messy room on the top of his shop. It's a beautiful, glorious day. He thought as he walked downstairs and made himself some breakfast so he wouldn't starve for the day. After doing thus, Golden walked out of his shop and eventually made it to the park within 5 minutes.

Golden felt quite lucky that he could find a place such as this to finish off his first date. He smiled as he ordered a rabbit stew and some chicken legs that were well decorated and much better tasting than the restaurant on floor 1 despite how good it was in that restaurant as well. Why didn't I know of this place before as a cook? Golden thought to himself as he rubbed his stomach in delight. I haven't had this good of a meal in ages. Golden thought. Still, the place was perfect, it was dark and only lit up by one candle in the middle of the table. Very romantic.

Golden watched as he tried to resist a sneeze and seeing that the two made no effort to catch his existence before looking as if they were going to start a fight. Eh... they're both quite low leveled. Golden thought. This might be interesting. Golden felt his sneeze go away before sitting up on the bench he was hiding behind. I might as well have some fun watching this and relax myself. Golden thought, still hiding to ensure that he doesn't distract anyone during the fight.

Golden sighed... The battle was going to be a short one by the look of things. He has a +1 damage status at the moment from his heavy momentum enhancement that he currently has... If he deals a first degree critical, it would be game over for the boar. Golden charged at the boar while it was still unconscious from the impact between it and Vasth's spear. Golden smiled as he knew that the battle was over. He thrust his sword right into the back of the boar, and it made no attempt to dodge the attack before bursting into millions and millions of tiny pieces. I forgot how easy these boars were. Golden thought as he checked to see if he'd gotten any useful loot.

Golden led the way for Thorrissia to follow him into perhaps a fancy restaurant. Golden walked into one that looked half decent and clean. What awaits him inside, however, was extremely unexpected. The place was dark... with tables lit by candles for couples to sit across each other. The place was pretty much empty and the area was filled with soothing music that Golden liked. Why didn't I know of this place before. He opened his mouth wide. However, when he went to look at the menu and the price, his mouth gasped even bigger and louder. Them prices though. Golden thought... Eh... I have enough col.

Golden smirked as the boar made an awful noise in frustration since it couldn't land its filthy paws on Golden's life points. Golden charged at the boar, hoping to take advantage of the period of time where he could maybe deal some damage to the weak, helpless mob. Golden sprinted up before taking his sword and inserting it into the back of the boar in extraordinary speed. The boar yelped in pain, having not been able to react fast enough to dodge the attack. Golden smiled in self-confidence as he backed off, not giving the boar a chance to attack back. Seems like it's going to be another straight forward win for me. Golden decided as he whistled a tune, annoying the boar even more.

"Huh? Yeah. I'm totally fine." Golden said quickly. Anyway, he wanted to stop thinking about these things... about his life at SAO, he needed a distraction and he figure that spending the day with Jevi would probably be a good way to do so since she was a pretty interesting player. "So... uh... What are you planning to do today? Mind if I tag along?" Golden asked... hoping that Jevi wouldn't mind having him along with the ride and also hoping he wouldn't get in the way of whatever Jevi was planning to do.

Golden already had all his equipment on his, ready to go. He was quite curious about how much better Hasai had become at fighting. It's been quite a while since the two had fought mobs alongside each other... Golden guessed that the two were just busy with other matters and concentrated on other people or matters. He sighed once again, all his memories trapped within his head, this world really was a cruel place. Golden followed Hasai out of her shop before getting out his blade, it wasn't the one Hasai had made for him... but he'd made sure to keep that one in good shape. He smiled, "Lead the way then." Golden said.

Golden didn't think that the day in which he would explore floor 11 and floors way higher than that would come too much later. He daydreamed about the adventures he could have there. People have changed during their time at SAO, the adventures he'd had... the deaths and joy. How he developed as a player in SAO, how everyone else had changed. SAO really is a special place... it brings people together, yet it brings hatred and death as well. Golden sighed, thinking about the people in the past that he hasn't seen in a while. Kasai, Emblem, Cho.... these were only a small variety of those friends that helped him get through in the beginning of SAO... friends that supported him, helped him, stayed with him... no matter what. Golden almost felt tears coming as he remembered all those joyful memories. However, he quickly snapped back the oncoming drop of tear, not willing to show weakness in a public place.

Golden watched as Hasai started doing her own stuff and he felt quite out of place just sitting there. He scratched his hair before standing up to take Hasai's NPC food. After taking a bite, he wasn't sure of whether it was good or not... but one thing for sure, he'd rather eat his own food. "Thanks for the food." Golden said simply as he finished it off. He was quite sure that it was getting rather late. "I guess it's time for me to go... Thanks for the company. Wanna go fight some boars and other mobs like we used to do all the time?" Golden asked. He remembered back to all the adventures the two had when they were both quite low-leveled. He remembered when she helped him become a cook. Golden sighed... bringing himself back into the present.

After coming out of the bathroom, feeling much better, Golden began to notice a variety of different details of the shop. The shop was a lot more lively than when he first purchased an item here. Golden sighed... the SAO world has changed quite a bit... not gonna lie. It seems as if more people were living their lives here instead of fighting to get out. People were having relationships and those relationships really got in the way of fighting sometimes... he would know, since he, too, was in a relationship. Golden sat down in a chair nearby, feeling quite refreshed.

"Yes, this place is quite nice... a lot of players come here for lunch and dinner." Golden said as Shaya became relaxed in her seat. He looked around... The place wasn't as crowded as it would be normally... but he didn't know why. Oh well. Golden thought. Most of them are NPCs anyway. He had been hoping to see some of his friends around so they could have dinner with the two. After a while, The orders came in, Golden dove straight into the food, slowly sipping the burning hot rabbit stew and eating the chicken legs in a polite fashion despite how hungry he was. After about eating half of what he ordered, Golden already felt quite full and he decided that he might take some to his shop in case he couldn't finish it.

Golden's had quite a harsh day, not able to complete any material gathering and having been quite sick with fever since the morning. He decided that he would step out of his bed, walk out of his shop and go for a walk. He hoped that the cold breeze which could be easily felt in the park would help him recover for his sickness. He sighed as he walked out of his shop and approached the park. He hadn't been hoping to socialize with the people inside the park but he might have to since he found two of his friends chilling it out in the middle of the park. Argh... How annoying to be sick like this. Golden thought as he hid behind a chair, not wanting the two lower leveled players to see his condition.

Golden sighed when both the girls missed their attacks on the boar. I guess I'll have to be the one to finish the job eh? Golden asked himself before charging at the boar. He liked to do some fancy tricks while finishing a mob. As he approached the boar, he flew into the air with a high leap before performing an easy backflip in the air using his acrobatics skill. After doing so, Golden came down with his blades below him, thrusting it into the back of the helpless boar. Golden smirked. Too easy. He thought as the boar burst into millions and millions of tiny, little green and blue crystals.

Golden didn't have the best of accuracy and he knew it... He was basically a tank and he was quite disappointed when he missed an extremely easy target like this boar. Nevertheless, the boar attacked back and using his heavy armor, Golden was able to absorb the majority of the damage that would be dealt to him. He frowned before smiling tauntingly at the boar. "Hm... That tickled." Golden said before walking back to retreat, allowing Vasth to take another hit at the boar. Golden would use his heavy momentum to boost his attack next time he hits.

"It's nothing." Golden quickly said in defense. He didn't want to bring the water topic back up so he didn't ruin the date even more. He sighed... "I'm just thinking about how fun today was with you." Golden said... not exactly a lie but that wasn't exactly what he had been thinking. Golden's stomach grumbled as he looked up at the sky to see the sun setting. The orange ball of flames going down in the horizon behind the green jungles of floor 6. "how 'bout we find a good place to have a romantic dinner? I want a high class restaurant." Golden said, not wanting to be in the same type of restaurants located near his shop on floor 1. 

"A girlfriend? I have a girlfriend as well." Golden said with a smile... now knowing that the player was attracted to people of the same gender. Golden led the player towards the tavern that was located near his shop where he got trained to be a cook. He smiled as he entered the tavern with Shaya before receiving the menu with a large variety of food items featuring soup, meat, vegetable, and different types of dishes. Golden smirked. He had plenty of col and will pay for the night. He ordered a rabbit stew and some chicken legs... his usual order before allowing Shaya to go ahead and order as well.
