If a sword skill has an effect like Stun do you have to use that effect or can you drop it to use lower energy?

Yeah. I regret not starting with one of those. These things were all added after id joined though, so id already invested skill points in other things. :D

When Sword Arts were released, everyone was allowed a Skill Reset.
