Anise pushed herself up into standing position and readied her sword again. The boar only had two points of health left. And those two points would be possible for Anise to remove with oone attack. She activated the sword art and rushed the attack forward, striked the boar with a powerful strike right between the eyes. It took a few seconds before it exploded into hundreds of pixels. When the reward screen poped up she saw it had a boar-tusk included. A smile appeared on her face when she accpeted the reward and headed back to the town and the mysterious man. A little weird but he was still on the same place she had left him on. When she met up with him she handed over the tusk and the man thanked for it, told her it actually was useless, just a way to test her skills. Then he handded over a manual with all the information needed to become a merchant serving the black market. Then she bid her farewell and left. Anise sat down on a bench and started reading the manual.

Anise glanced at her energy bar and saw that she had only a single point of energy generated. She couldnt even activate her weakest attack with just a single point of energy. Luckily she still had relatively much health left. When she turned her focus to the boar again she got panic. It was running towards her at full speed and there was no way for her to dodge. The only thing she could do was to prepare the impact. She hheld her arms in a cross over her chest and closed her eyes. A few moments later she felt the furred creature tackle her and she flew thru the air, landing a few meters infront of it.

Anise looked down on her stomach. This wasnt good. Thou she would still survive two more hits, as long as they wasnt super critical. Well, better go forth to take down that brown creature. Anise bent her knees and charged up her sword art. She focused all of her beeing on the mob infront of her. It was going down, when she felt the skill was ready, she activated it and rushed forward against the boar, making another red stripe on its compact body. That it still stood up with two strikes from her greatsword, gave her some respect, this creature was though.

So thats why she stopped and looked at another boar she had spotted. Otherwise she would have just continued, but she needed to get the training so she charged up her two handed straight sword, bent her knees before rushed forth with her blade raised. When she was in range, she released the power of the sword art and striked the creature in the side, making it aware of the girl. This time it wasnt enough to kill it in one hit, so the boar retaliated with a hit with its husks on her stomach, making Anise tumble backwards, red crystals appearing in a stripe on her lower torso.

Anise got taken by total surprise. That she one hitted an enemy when she was only level three. But it felt good, she was working to become the strongest player in Aincrad. One day hopefully even surpass Zandra. But after all, maybe she wasnt the strongest player in Aincrad, anyway Anise was sooner or later gonna be in the top, fighitng alongside the other frontliners to complete the game, one day she would get the title as Sword art online survivor. But that day wouldnt come if she slacked behind and didnt filled her days with training and grinding.

She opened up her screen with a few swipes to send her a PM and ask if she wanted to do another quest now or if she wanted to wait with it. Anise was eager to go away anytime. Just before she was gonna press the send button she spotted another boar. She crossed down the screen and charged up her sword art and rushed into combat, ready to take the piggie down. She bent her knees and then rushed forward a strike, making a red stripe on its back. Then she jumped back to avoid any counter attack. But it didnt came instead it exploded into hundreds of pixels.

Anise took a moment to stop up and think. She looked at the fields surronding her. At the horizon she could spot town of the beginning. And on the other way the forest where she and Zandra have made the quest Secret medicine of the forest. Well actually Zandra did all the fighting while she just sat back and watched her kill nepent after nepent until it dropped the item they needed to complete the quest. Thats when she rememebered that Zandra had said they would head out on another quest to get her some more skill points.

So, she looked at the regeneration of her health and energy, soon they would be back on full, then maybe she actually should try one more. It wasnt that hard after all. If even she could take it down, then they must be pretty weak, and that one critted her both time. Thou this time she was going to be more careful. If it came to that, she would run away as fast as she could, hopefully surviving today as well. But she would have felt safer if that Zandra girl was here. She could probably have taken that boar out with her weakest attack.

Anise had decided that this was enough exitment for today. She would come back when she was higher level and had some better gear, well when she had any gear at all. Now she only had the beginner equipment and it was barely enough to keep her alive. But  today was a proof that it could keep her alive. She have slayed her first mob, and gained some Col, thou she guessed it was crazy little, but it was something, and more important, she had earned it completly on her own. Maybe it would be that bad in this game after all.

Anise panted when she looked at the pixels as they slowly faded out into nothing. When the last pixel no longer was visible, she looked at a screen that have poped up. It listed the rewards she had got for killing the boar. Seemed she had got one material, a little money and also a snowflake. That snowflake was probably for that event she signed up for at the elf. After she had signed up she had quickly walked back to floor one since that was on floor four, and she was scared to be up there with so low level, even if it was in the safe zone.

With force Anise pulled the sword, out of the ground and once again pointed it at the boar. She felt her knees chaking. Then she remebered that in this game they are using sword arts, of course she missed when just charging with normal power. So she took a deep breath and charged up her only sword art she had enough energy to use.''This is gonna bring you down.'' she said, more to encourage herself then to threathen the mob. When she felt the sword art was ready, she activated it and charged the enemy. She quickly closed the distance between them and finished off with a single powerful strike. The health bar reached zero and it exploded into an ocean of pixels.

Anise felt drops of sweat appear on her forehead, she shaked in her whole body, had to realy consentrate to just hold the sword straigth. Thou this nightmare wouldnt end unless she ended the life of the mobinfront of her. She took several deep breaths to gather enough courage. Then she lifted the sword with both hands and screamed as she charged the boar. It seemed she sudden momenet startled it, since instead of attacking Anise, it dodged and Anises sword only cut thru air and striked the dirt, but at least she was still alive.

Anise took deep breaths. She was terrified. Her health was so low she would be killed by one single attack from the boar now, if it hitted. She didnt knew what to do, she looked around to see if there was anyone she could scream for to help her. But there was no one to be seen anywhere. She held her two handed sword in both hands, the tip pointing at the boar. She saw it scratched the ground with his hoof, she didnt cared about attacking now since it come charging her. Before the impact Anise threw herself to the side, luckily avoiding the attack.

Anise had lost her balance when she threw herself out of the way, and this had given the boar an opportunity to attack. It let out a grawl and started to run towards Anise, before she could push herself up the boar had tackled her so she flew thru the air and landed ten meters away. What was wrong with this boar? Wasnt they meant to be the weakest mobs in the game. Now she also had lost her opportunity to attack the boar.''God damn it, I better make next attack a hit, otherwise Im screwed.''

Anise prepared her second attack towards the boar. She stared it into the tiny red eyes, it looked pretty stupid, probably not the most clever creature nearby. Anise let out a giggle when she charged up her sword art again. She rushed toowards the boar but so did the opponent. Anise got scared when she remebered the pain from the attack previously. She threw herself to the side, losing the opportunity to attack, but also avoiding beeing hit by the mob that she was fighting. And she would take it realy carefully since she was so low leveled.

Anise said the man good bye and said that she would be back with the tusk before he could say Sword art online. Of course it wouldnt go that fast, she just said so when going away to do something that she gonna complete as fast as she can. After Anise had exited the town, it didnt took long until she saw a boar that she wanted to kill. She charged up her energy cheapest sword art and rushed towards it, when it was ready, she activated the skill and reduced its health by quite alot. Thou before she could dodge, the boar had tackled her and she saw her own health drop quite a bit as well.

And he seemed to need help with getting something. There was a special item that was dropped by the boars just outside of the town of beginning. And if she could bring it to him, he would offer her a place in the network of the black market. Anise wasnt realy someone that like to work against the law, but she needed to earn money to be able to live and get better gear and all that, so she agreed to go out and get this item that the man needed. There was a small field with very weak boars that had highest chance of dropping the <boar-tusk> the man needed.

When she sat there, thinking about where to go, a mysterious cloaked man came up to her. He didnt seemed to be very attached to the law. Anise straightened up, no longer leaning against the wall.''Yes?'' she said, looking at the man with a face that looked like it was telling 'what do you want?' but not in a very friendly tone. It seemed this man wasnt following the law at all, he was sent out from the top masters that led the black market, a secret underground organisation that was trading outside the boundrarys of taxes and such things.

Anise walks up to the elf. She signs the paper."I hope its not to late to sign up here."she say and quickly hurry out to gather snowflakes for the team she gonna be assigned to.

The merchant on the other hand, could either buy done items from the general store, they could upgrade weapons and armours, they could buy other players items and either sell them in the junk shop or have them in their own custom shop to be able to sell to other players. That was very tempting for Anise. Thou she didnt knew who she would talk to to start the quest. Thats when she entered the warp plaza in town of the beginnings. She looked around and spotted a bench. She walked to it and sat down, leaning on the wall behind her.

Anise had left the market area and strolled thru the town, trying to decide what proffession to go for. After her reserarch it was quite alot of different ones. Blacksmith for weapons and heavy armour, tailor for clothes and light armour, artisan for trinkets. Then there was alchemist, cook, performer and fisherman for diffetent kinds of consumables. But there was also one more, and thats what Anises intrest is looking at, and that she was interested off. The merchant proffession, since it didnt worked like the other proffessions that was consentrated on crafting items to sell.

Anise was walking over the marketplace, looking if there possible was any useful items for sale that she wanted to buy. She have only completed one quest this far, so she was very low on money. To get some money there was several ways. Kill monsters was one, but that wasnt fitting for her. At the moment she was way to low leveled to make it efficient. The other way was to open a shop. But to open a shop she first needed to do a special quest. Thou she havent even decided what kind of shop she wanted to start.

Anise saw the nepent variant finally appear. Zandra rushed in for the killing blow and then handed over the quest item to Anise.''Yeah, we better hurry so we can continue with other exiting adventures right.'' soon she would be done with her first quest, thou she didnt do that much, almost nothing at all actually. But when she had leveled up, then she would be able to do this on her own, but when she can do it on her own, she probably dont want to do this on her own, she gonna do harder quests, with better rewards. The two girls headed to the village and handedover the medicine, getting a potion named the matriarch stinger in exchange. Then they headed back to town of the beginnings to prepare for the next quest.

When the two still was in the same spot, Zandra asked the short red-head why she had picked the two handed straigth sword. Anise thinked back, yeah, why had she picked just that particular weapon?''Well, often when I play MMO's I had been the greatsword user. The two handed swords has always been the ones with the coolest skins, in my opinion I mean. Also when I looked theu the options, this was the best weapon to use if you want to kill alot of enemies on the same time since it has the highest AOE sword art. Then you have to be grandmaster, cant wait until I get there.
