The White Rabbit. Minako looked up at the fairly large tavern. The outfit she wore was beginning to fail against the harsh winter of this floor. Why did she choose this floor for the tournament anyway? She crossed her arms across her chest and rubbed her upper arms for warmth. The party had already started, but she was waiting for someone to arrive. She shuddered as another gust blew though the patio she was standing in. She had already seen a few participants go inside, and she gave each of them a little wave and smile before they disappeared into the warm interior. She could only just make o

Minako's breath hung in the air as she rubbed her gloved hands together. The snow covered lands of floor four made for an interesting contest, at least in comparison to Kindling's fire infused floor four floors up. She couldn't help but wonder how he was doing? Were the contestants behaving? It didn't really matter too much, she knew that he could handle himself. After all, he was going to be the one who saved everyone. And if that was the case, he could handle a few rowdy people here and there. Putting her own mind at ease, she stepped closer to the edge of the ice and snow filled pit. It was

Minako rubbed her head, still feeling the awful aftereffects of floor 29. Last weeks games were a messy blur, and she couldn't remember much other than who won which bout. Regardless, she had her partner to thank for keeping her in check, and to help with the strange after-effects. Kindling was growing to be more and more of a prominent part of her life, and one she was thankful to have. She couldn't have asked for a better showmen, nor partner. She smiled as she tried on her simple gown. It was cinched at the waist by a beautiful bet of gold. Decorated with golden finery, it stood brightly ou

Minako stood high above the small arena. It was a town square repurposed into a place where people could fight. Instead of the usual crowd that gave out cheers and fans that showed support there was no one around. Inside this ghost town there was not a living soul, save their own. She stood on a balcony to a long abandoned town hall alongside her co host Kindling, and despite everything that had happened before she was nervous and it was showing. "L-ladies and gentlemen!" Minako stammered out. "It is with, a great pleasure, to introduce today's most gracious host!" She called out to no one but

[Clash of Blade Season 1] Week 2: Lessa&Telrenya v. Kiru&NIGHT
Minako replied to Minako's topic in Player Vs Player
Minako reached into her pocket and produced a whistle. Blowing a it a loud piercing noise echoed within the small chamber they were allowed to use. Minako raised a hand, revealing to be holding a small red flag. "Illegal usage of buffing. NIGHT." Minako said, calling out the competitor. Perhaps her emotions got the better of her, or perhaps she was simply tired of the fight all together. Regardless, it was no excuse for her actions. Kindling would need to be informed, and NIGHT closely monitored to make sure that things went smoothly from here on out. But now what to do? Minako motioned h -

[Clash of Blade Season 1] Week 1: Jomei v. Acanthus
Minako replied to Minako's topic in Player Vs Player
She was back in her seat, her minions cleared the field, and her two entertainers stood a bit taller. After about fifteen minutes of fighting, both fighters were on the brink of collapsing, trading blow for blow. Where Jomei attacked, Acanthus answered. Minako's eyes shone in the setting sun, this was what she wanted. A duel to transcend this digital prison. This event would bring out the best in these figters, and this duel proved it. She let out a large grin, knowing that giving them energy would only placate them into one final strike. And what a better time to have it happen? Two warriors -
From Floor one, to floor eleven, it was time to move to a different floor that didn't have a one in it. A faraway place, where the caravan camels roam. Where they cut off your ear if they don't like your face, it's barbaric. And it was perfect for them. Floor five was a far cry from the moderately temperate places they were hosting the previous two weeks. The sand was an obstacle itself, with it being rough, and coarse, and irritating. And it was sure to get everywhere. Minako didn't mind the sand, or the heat. She always viewed it as a beach rather than a massive desert the lack of humidity n

[Clash of Blade Season 1] Week 1: Hisao v. NIGHT
Minako replied to Minako's topic in Player Vs Player
A quick clash between blades, the namesake of this tournament. A quick exchange of words, of morals, of wits! NIGHT moved with blinding speed expected of an experience front liner. NIGHT knocked the wind from Kiyaba, and proceeded to show him a mostly one sided beat down. Eventually, leading to Kiyabu's surrender. It wasn't quite what she was expecting. All the excitement that he carried, all that celebrating he called out to, for what? She wasn't upset, just disappointed that he would rather surrender than fight tooth and nail. Minako stood from her spot, raising a hand. "The winner, is NIGHT -

A week had past since the last duels had concluded. Thanks to some prominent connections with another player who lived on this floor, they were able to rent the space they were using. And with him being a cook, they were also able to make sure that everyone was able to get something cute and romantic to have before fighting began. They had set up inside of the Grand Cathedral in Taft on the eleventh floor, the most romantic spot that they could properly get their hands on that wasn't a beach, or restaurant.
