  1. Even if she attacked monster though, then what? What would her goals be? It wasn’t like she could catch up to the frontliners, nor would she think she’d be able to be one. She’d rather explore and be a treasure hunter like a pirate maybe. She never considered what she’d want to do with her life here. So she could kill a monster and get to a higher floor to meet with people. What good would that really do?

“Well there’s no point in worry about that yet. I have to get there first.” She told herself.

She knew there was a job system in SAO, or at least a partial one. Maybe she’d take up alchemy and grow a garden to make her potions. Would that even be possible? She could take up cooking. She hadn’t eaten yet. She was too afraid to try food. Maybe performer. It caught her attention but it seemed more like a bard instead of acting. She let herself weigh her choices as she kept attacking the boulder, her arms moving like the wind without her thinking too much on what she was doing.

  2. After several hours she moved her hands to another spot on the rock to make the indent bigger in another area. She was worried her hand would get stuck, and kept trying. Now she wasn’t looking at the hit points. She hoped the rock would break away on its own, that her determination would be enough. She felt unsure and afraid of the next step after this. Could she attack a monster that would hit her back? She remembered looking out of the town and saw wild boars, and there were tons of quests to take about the monsters. Still she wasn’t sure if she could do anything about it. She wasn’t the only one that hadn’t left. There were other people, but she saw how they looked for getting left behind. She felt it too. It would be nice if people like Steel would visit more often. Perhaps there would be more hope and less player violence that steamed from loneliness and fear. She let her mind ponder these things as she struck the rock over and over again.

  3. She pulled her hand back worried she had hurt herself and froze up. She held her hand then looked it over. It was fine. Her shoulders dropped for a moment. She realized she was worrying far too much about the future. Her first ‘death’ was in the past. She was now over the fact she was stuck here. Well not really, but she tried. She then looked at the small sunken area the rock. She looked back at the hp than shut her eyes.
“No…I’m too worried about it. It doesn’t matter what the hit points are on this rock. As long as it’s broken.” She told herself. “I wish I had a headband to cover my eyes so I could see. It’d make this easier, but I can’t close my eyes and my ears at the same time. I have to see it to believe in what I’m capable of and I’m not leaving until this boulder is out of my way. It’s my start.”
She punched the concave area once more.

  4. As it got darker it was harder to see the rock but it didn’t matter. She was on top of it striking at it with every palm strike she had learned. She wanted to make sure that she’d win, but she kept glancing up at the HP. That was her typical gamer side. It wasn’t like this rock could attack her. Reinka sighed and sat there a moment and looked up at the pale white moon. She felt a shiver. Why did this world seem so real? She was lucky that she wasn’t unplugged, but where was her body. What hospital? She bowed her head and looked at the rock again. It was because she was afraid to do harm again. Rienka closed her eyes and trembled for a moment. She might be able to call Steel later. So that she could practice with his supervision, but she didn’t want him to be put into a situation where he could get hurt too. She opened her eyes and struck the rock at the anger of her own weakness. She’d have to do it on her own.

  5. She nodded agreeing with him. Acting out a tough scene might require her to train and not freak out when someone went to take her down as it would be staged. She hoped she wouldn’t be a baby about it.
“It wouldn’t be too bad. I just have to remember it’s staged. Maybe if I get better at this game I’ll mentally toughen up and it’ll be okay.” She explained. “Ah, I didn’t even think about it your way. I was more worried they’d make a big deal I was in a coma and hand me a win out of pity for not being able to perform as I aged. Though there are older actors so I might have a career when I wake up if it takes that long to beat this death game. I just hope the rule is someone has to win once, and not everyone has to win on their own to wake up. That day was so long ago I’m not sure I remembered what it said. Probably too scared at the time to really remember it correctly anyway.” She said highly annoyed at her weak mental state at the time. “I was too worried about auditions in the morning that it didn’t dawn on me how bad it could really be.” She drank her water.

She clasped her hands together happily. He knew what the man helped produced and she could talk for hours, but didn’t want to seem like a know-it-all and drag the conversation. “There’s also one about a female pirate. I’d like to give that one a shot too.” She said happily. “But I have an affinity towards pirates in general.” She admitted. “Their stories always seemed happy or mysterious even if it ended poorly for them at the gallows they’d smile at the end loving what they did regardless. I’m not sure I’d have that kind of bravery.”

“Snow princess huh? I like that better than old grandma.” She laughed letting him into her world. “I guess I get too wrapped up into what other people think, but I can’t say this wasn’t my choice. Because my hair was white the red showed up nicely and I didn’t have to bleach my hair.” She smiled happily about that. “I actually really enjoy red hair. Hm. I did get made fun of for having red hair but that never bothered me as much.” She wondered why that was. “Was it bad for you growing up?” she asked curiously letting her guard down more.

“Why would that feel hard to do. I mean I understand why I can’t do it, but I mean if they were being bad guys I can see you taking action without thinking them as human. I mean they’re monsters. That’s what my friend growing up told me. He’s the only reason why I’m able to hit people to begin with….Um…I’ll tell you the story. I actually like a lot of video games too. Legend of Zelda is pretty popular with me as it has a story and action. I was taking jiu-jitsu and couldn’t really perform anything I learned on my opponent. Even if it hurt when they took me down. Albeit it didn’t hurt much. So my friend, who wasn’t my friend at the time more or less harassed me to try to get me to attack him, and it failed. Though he caught me at a park playing on my handheld, and noticed that my violent ways came out more in games. I didn’t care if Link hit someone with a sword or a bomb or anything for that matter. I explained that Link fights bad people and monsters it’s different. So he told me humans can be monsters too. They just look human. So eventually I got better at hitting people, even if I don’t want to. It’s strange even with monsters in this world; I’m scared to hit anything. Knowing I might die.” She shook her head. “I can beat games without dying. I have before, but the stack is too high. I can’t push the limits of the game without worrying about my mortality, so I don’t know how to play.”

“Tell me more about the quest. Where is it? I’ll see if I can take a path that’s harvested for monster drops so it won’t be dangerous. Maybe if I get use to something I know I won’t be afraid to try something new later.”

  6. When the HP became 40 she paused in away.

    “It’s possible.” She whispered.

Steel didn’t lie to her he did it. He really did it this way. She’ll have to do her best to show him that she managed to it.

“It’s not over I won’t be satisfied till you’re split in two!” she gave it a punch and a kick. “I can do this.” She huffed and punched it one more time.

Reinka felt taller now. This game was playable, they did, in fact, have some sort of a chance and she wasn’t about to let it slip from her fingers. She wanted to try to play more. It wasn’t as dark and bleak as she thought it might be. She slapped the rock once more with her right and gave a quick jab with her left. Then another with her right. She took a step back and ran up the boulder and did a strike downwards on it trying to get on top of it once more again.

  7. "Hm, an actress. I did get into a few romantic comedy roles, but I'm trying to get into action. I have no idea how they did. I'd hope my being here doesn't add to the fame though. I'd want to earn it on my own terms with the others together." She explained and listened to him. "Oh stronger people, you're dedicated then. I was only taught because I got bullied a lot as a kid myself. She pointed at the top of her head. "It's only this red because it was dyed before I started playing." She then pointed at her eyes. "This kind of gives it away though. Normally my hair is snow white. It's cool to me but it's a hassle around my peers who think it's a disease or something to make fun of me with." She sighed annoyed at the thought of it.

She envied him for having a hair color at least for a little while. Still, it looked really good anyway. "I think it looks good but I'm biased too I guess." She smiled and took a drink of the water. "I couldn't keep up with the martial arts. I'm not very good at protecting myself from attackers. If they look human I feel like I'm a monster for trying to hit them, and with the possibility of that threat, in the beginning, that we can die. I'm not sure how to get out to see people, but being on this floor isn't always the best idea. Was it easy for  you to venture out of here?" She wondered how he managed to do it.

"As for the playwright I like Claude-Michel Schonbert. I know I haven't seen everything he's made but I enjoyed it. Though you can't go wrong with any works produced by Hugo."

  8. Her palm hit the boulder hard and flew off to the side. She gasped as she lost her balance and fell off the large stone. She glared at it through her red strands of hair. She sat up still watching it as if it were dead to her. She closed her eyes and stood up enraged that it happened. Luckily no one was around to see it. She thrust her elbow against it with a wail. She was so pissed off that she had fallen and knew what to take it out on. She punched it a few more times screaming at it.

“Think I’ll give up just because I fell off? Wrong! I’m not running away ever again. I hate it! I hate you and everything about this place. I was stuck on a stupid floor where all the NPCs would just greet you and walk away any time you talked to them. You know how much that pisses me off?!” She kept punching with both fists.

  9. She shook his hand happily. She was so elated to have a conversation with someone.

"A drink sounds nice. I'll get water." she moved to sit at a wooden rounded table and waited for the drinks.

She was surprised how kind the man was. She eyed his hair wondering if he was an albino like herself, or if it was dyed, or maybe that's just how it was. She nodded to herself and waited for her drink to arrive. They had something in common she might touch on that when he'd come sit down with the drinks, and may even tell him why she choose water as well.

"I took Jui-Jitsu and Aikido when I was younger for self-defense. Though I wasn't very good at first. When I did get better they started focusing more on tournaments and I wasn't interested in that. Instead, I saved up to open a theater." she explained. "How far did you get in your training?" she wondered trying to make normal conversation. Though she hoped he wouldn't be offended if he was interested in only the 'sports' aspect of training. She didn't mind it but felt she only needed to defend herself.

  10. There was an open strike and then another as the sky changed with a blanket of stars. She remembered Steel’s fist glowing and she waited for her own to do the same. Is that how he did it.

“Come on glow! Do it!” she yelled as she kept striking the rock.

She didn’t want to be rescued. She wanted to fight with him. With anyone. She wanted to be around people again.

“This will be the last time that I think I won’t hear a voice again. You stupid game. You put us on here and we’re the actors, the players. If you think we’re going to find your code script think again. This actress does her own off the cuff ad libs her own content. We had a silent concert with sign language. Everyone thought a silent concert, play, song was impossible. Our group at home showed them wrong. So I’m going to show you just how serious I am.” She was punching with her hands in rapid succession. “They’ll all hug me and it’ll just be more proof that our theater can do anything! I know they could do it!” She pounded her fist hard against the rock.

  11. “It’s going down. That’s good.” She let out a sigh and relaxed for a moment then went right back at it. “Wait am I doing this wrong…He wants me to split this in two I can’t do it from up here can I?” She spent some time climbing the boulder only to fall on her rear. “What is this, why’s this game so realistic. Maybe, it’s just in my head? If people her can soar through monsters in a glide or do all these fantastic moves then why am I so debilitated?” she pondered it for a moment and crouched down. She then jumped high above the rock and landed on top of it. Reinka fell to her knees and started punching the rock again. “If I’m going to split this open I have to be up here.” The rock was harder to hit from this position and she was now looking right at his health bar like some sort of wild animal. “It’s a game I’m not put down by my flaws here. I should be able to push more limits here.” She punched the rock again hoping to crack or making an indent.

  12. Reinka was pulled out of her chair. One male holding her arm. This wasn't an attack or anything so the game must have allowed it. Her face bowed as it hid behind her red hair. She bowed her head but was sure some of the males could see her face clearly. Her eyes squinted in anger and despair. This was not the reason she came here. Not at all. When she heard another man she was already on guard. Her head snapped up about to say she wasn't going to cry and then he broke all the other men apart. It reminded her of that boy she met in class. He picked on her but raised her up to defend herself. He'd even jump into the fray for her. She looked at the dark haired male. He was awfully tall.
This was what she came here for. A smile came to her lips.

"Fine now, thank you. It's not that I was crying though, but I do appreciate it a lot."

It warmed her heart there were still good people alive. She looked up at his name to see his level. He has seemed some combat then. She almost wished she could hide her level one status. She sighed and looked around at the bundle of NPCs pretending to have a great time and talking nonsense. There were players as well, but they were too into their own business to really notice them. She looked back him.

"So." She pointed up at her name that floated above her head. "My name is Reinka nice to meet you." she wasn't sure if she'd seen him. She had closed herself off from people and the game, but she was at the point were isolation was breaking her down. "So you have fist powers?" her head tilted surprised by that. "I thought this was all weapons based."

  13. “I will keep going.” There was sweat causing her dress silks to stick to her skin. She growled in annoyance and ripped them to hugged around her more like a skirt. Blue data flew from it but returned the dress to its original state. She ignored it once more still hitting the rock.  She struck again with open palms, even if it didn’t hurt she knew better than to fully strike a rock. Somehow real life seeped into the game. Her knowledge and training from her childhood were helping her cope with this quest. Her jaw clenched as she kept striking the boulder with ferocity. This might be good for her too. Her body was just laying down. Was she flailing? “I’m here, I’m alive!”  her strikes kept hammering down on the rock. Her mother must be keeping her alive right? That meant there was still hope for change when she woke up. She’d likely have to go through some sort of therapy, in fact maybe everyone would.

“You think it’s funny crippling us? I’ll show you what people are capable of!”

  14. She kept it up with open palm strikes. The idea of hurting her hand was still in her mind as sweat trickled down her face. She almost felt feverish, but she didn't let him constantly hitting the rock with no remorse. She didn't care if she landed the hit or did damage because she knew eventually the odds were in her favor. Her body felt lighter as she moved around. If the game told the truth she was in a hospital bed just laying there. She huffed and bowed her head, her hands on her knees as she was bent forwards. She huffed and raised her head up and glared at the boulders health. She wasn't about to lose to this stupid rock. She had to keep moving, if she did that in the real world maybe, just maybe her mom would know not to give up.

"I'm not giving up! You hear me!" she screamed bunching the boulder again.

  15. She huffed and bounced around for a second her training kicking in. This was like that in a way, and no one was to be hurt. She breathed in through her nose and made a short stance. She closed the distance between her and the rock. The back of he hand was towards her chest, in an open palm. Her hips turned quickly and her elbow came across the builder. She remembered her teacher told her that this strike was usually done to far apart and that the elbow was one of the close-range weapons on the human body, that's not headbutting or bitting of course. Instead of sliding her elbow all the way across in a lazy strike she swung it with the intent of breaking the boulder. Her teacher taught her when she does this move to imagen the strike going through the protective mat, and out the spine of the person holding up the mat. It scared her when he explained it but it was impossible for it to happen, it was just where her focus was, and now she could appreciate the teaching.

  16. She kept looking at the rock and striking it. Birds flapped through the sky and the temperature did drop but she wasn't paying attention to it. All she wanted was to get stronger. She didn't want to be left behind and stuck where she was. Maybe that's why she went against her mother's wishes. Was this why she didn't become a doctor or a lawyer? She was always stuck studying things she didn't care about, but she was free in theater. It was all expression. The expression that was locked away inside her soul. Now this game happened and she has trapped all over again. Away from the new world, she painted for herself. No, this world wouldn't separate her from her love of the world that was ripped from her very hands. To hell with that. She balled up her other fist and kept punching. She kept her eyes fixated on this opponent. Even if her body thought about sleeping she wasn't about to pass out right here and now. You could forget that.

"Hitting it for no reason won't help you I don't think. You lack confidence now young one."

She looked over her shoulder at the man. He was right she got scared, even if she was angry she was afraid. She looked at the rock wondering if this was a symbol. To be steadfast and firm.

"You can go inside now master. Who knows if someone else will want a turn later." her voice was solemn.
"What do you intend to do now? Quit? I won't remove the paint, it is your burden for your folly." he warned her.

Being so alone when she was used to hearing people clap for her, and cheer.  The sound of silence was deafening. The ache of loneliness stretched over her as if she were drowning in water. It was then she could hear her mother call her a burden. Of course, her mother never explicitly stated it, but Reinka felt that way. She would say things akin to Reinka never finishing anything she starts, and suddenly her taunts filled the silence in her mind. She covered her ears for a moment trembling. How she loved and hated that woman all at once. Her red eyes opened with a passionate flame inside of them.

"SHUT UP! I'M SICK AND TIRED OF BEING ALONE OR NOT GOOD ENOUGH YOU TRAITOR!" she screamed as her fist struck the rock.

"That I highly doubt as it's starting to get dark." The npc was less than amused.
"Hmph, you might be right but there are no monsters here right? While I came up here I didn't see anything and I took a path that was already plowed through by the higher guilds."
    "So what's your point miss?"
"Hm....Sorry sir, I shouldn't have called you old man. I guess I just got friendly with you sorry." she winked at him and made a fist and moved it clockwise near her chest saying sorry in sign language.
"Hm what was that just now?"
"That's sorry in sign language. There was a time in the performing arts that I was given the challenge to perform a play to the hearing impaired. Some were one hundred percent deaf while others had use of a hearing aid. It's interesting. I was slightly expression with my hands, but after learning ASL using my hands sometimes is second nature. You'd think I'd want to protect my hands, but I think I'm being pushed in this game. I can't just sit around. I mean I could just enjoy it but, that's not healthy. I talk to NPCs who have an AI, but aren't real people. I'm isolating myself and it's not healthy."

Reinka looked over to the elderly man. She saw his name and the word NPC with it. He couldn't understand her. He was just lines of code. He could not empathize. It left a false sense of security in the lack of urgency that all NPC's seemed to have. Reinka made a fist and punched the rock.

"Oh thinking outside the box interesting but no, you see you have to crack this puppy open," he explained.
"What's my motivation for that? I don't understand my role here as an actress sir." She replied less enthused.
"Your motivation, you came on your own, but I suppose if you need something then it would be to get rid of that heinous smell on your face," he explained.
"Wait you really mean you won't take this garbage off my face are you kidding me?!"
"Afraid not, well get cracking silly girl."
"I swear if this ruins my dress, okay step aside sir," she cracked her neck and advanced up towards the boulder. "My motivation is that an old man needs this to be cleared so he has a safe way back down the dangerous cliff, and away from monsters," she stated as she raised her hand in an open palm.
"What are you doing with your hand open? You can't hope to accomplish anything like that." the npc chastized her.
"Ha, you didn't see the role I was in where I had to slap the leading man. He told me it was okay to hit him with all I had and not to apologize. Here goes nothing."

  21. Reinka sighed; she finally managed to leave the main area. None of the starting weapons or anything seemed to grab her attention. Instead, she got looks and was laughed at by some for picking vanity items instead of something useful, and it was worse now that this was a survival horror game. What a nuisance she thought to herself. She often checked hunting parties and rumor mills. She wanted to adventure outside but weapons fighting wasn't her strong suit, maybe in a game. Oh wait, this was a game. Still, she couldn't get it out of her head how real everything was. The fake sun's rays on her skin, the scent of the flowers, why was it so potent? Had she longed for this kind of escape? In the end, she found herself on floor two of the dungeons looking for some hermit NPC that she got rumors about. Something about learning how to fight with her hands. She had taken classes to defend herself and hoped this would fit her nicely, and maybe she could earn enough cole to buy something less revealing. Eventually, she started to climb up a moment and was lucky enough to find a hut on the ridge. She looked down from where she started. She couldn't even see the bottom anymore.
Reinka sat down exhausted and called out for the quest giver.

"Hello anyone out there? I'm here for a quest!"

There was no answer for a moment and then an older man walked out to greet her.

"Well hello, there young one. Are you here for some special training."
"Um, yes...I heard you can make my hands weapons, but let me warn you I've been trained already."

The man laughed at her and went back inside. Reinka quickly followed after him to see he was mixing some herbs in a bowl.

"Oh, I drink that to get stronger or something right? Like a juice cleanse. I get it." She smiled happily at him. "I'm used to those too. Is it protein or something?"
"Silly girl." He moved closer and painted lines under her face.
"Oh god, this smells so bad ahhhh! WHY!" her head rolled as her eyes watered at the smell from the blue lines under her eyes.
"Ha, think of it is a beauty tip girl. Now then. You're accepting the quest to show me your prowess and get rid of a rock for me."
"Yeah sure get this stuff off my face."
"Good show then. But you see I would have taken it off if you declined."
"What?!" Reinka screamed in annoyance enough to make the NPC even wince.
"Haha just follow me then girl. I'll take you to the rock."

    • Appearance: Reinka
    • Profile: Reinka real name is Kelly Gardener. Because SAO took the traits of the person right away both her and her character have shoulder length wavy red hair, and piercing red eyes. In truth she is an albino and her hair is actually dyed red. The scan only happened once and she figured it's unlikely the game would register her hair will turn white eventually.
    • About - History/Personality:
      Height: 5ft 11in
      Eyes: red
      Hair: red
      Weight: 145lbs
      Race: Hispanic and Irish

Growing up Kelly was a gentle giant. Though for her height she got picked on. She often hated her looks as she was often called ugly or what have you, but in truth she was not ugly at all and it was done out of malice. She did believe them and often didn't bother to make friends and got pushed around. So much so that her mother took notice and forced her into jujitsu and aikido classes telling her it was avoid being mugged later in life and possibly rape. Her father agreed that this was best  as he was a lawyer and figured he could claim it was self defense which it always would be, he knew back then his daughter would never swat a fly that annoyed her unless that fly was a bee that stung her.
      • She did terribly with the classes. Being told to flip her opponent or kick them was grueling for her. She couldn't imagine doing something to another human being. One of the boys in her class tried picking on her and found himself watching her cry and stay in place for several moment only to run away. He then tried to push her over which wasn't too difficult as he caught her off guard. Only to watch Kell apologize and to him and walk away. He was getting a little annoyed at this. He had never seen anyone so weak, and she knew it too. She felt his judgmental gaze and also became terrified of him. She was playing on her NinDS Plus in the park enjoying the game Legend of Zelda The Distortion World. A game where Link must stop the darkness from taking over Hyrule and rearrange the map to it's proper areas as everything got mixed around. Without noticing someone watching her. She was far too invested in the game. He got closer watching her play and saw her beat up monsters with no trouble. Fight a boss with no hesitation. So he asked her what's the difference between a monster and a person trying to attack her. They're both the same. She was startled and afraid but managed to tell him the difference was it was a game and no one got hurt. He shook his head and did his best to explain that people who harm others aren't people, and he pulled the game out of her hands and for the first time she chased someone. He made enough sense for her to understand what he did was wrong and that she shouldn't cry over it. She took the game back and when he went to push her she pushed back. After that moment she knew she made a friend and they rough housed and ran around each other trying to tag the other. He was teaching her how to survive in a world of bullies and it worked. Classes got easier but hitting a stationary target bothered her, but when she was put into a match she fought back. She didn't always win but she was happy now she could try to defend herself.
Her family wondered if being a police chef was in her future and allowed her to keep at the classes, while she kept trying to sing and read more in her day.
Her love of plays came from her mother who had her watch 'my fair lady' , and 'Music Man'. While her father seemed to enjoy classic television, westerns and modern animation that was more deemed cute. Watching plays was the only thing she seemed to enjoy with her mother. So she latched onto it.
Later in her life she took up figure skating hoping she could do an 'on ice' show but sadly the town wasn't big enough yet to enjoy such an attraction, plays and theater were best suited for it to give it some life. She told her parents she needed to keep up with skating as it improved her health and made her a faster person. However they were unsure as a slender body type was more sought after and if she was going to be a beloved Police Chief it'd be hard to take her seriously. She had to make up on the fly that running was important and she'd likely have to give chase. Though she knew a police officer was never her intended path.
Kelly is an accomplished actress in the form of theater. In her home town it wasn't the only attraction however it did without a doubt bring more life into the town. She had a male friend by the name of Tony Biggins who was a great help. She came to him and explained she wanted a theater in one of the buildings and he had the connections and people who were interested in that sort of thing. He did the work and she helped with everyones lines and stage props. She was always crafty. However too much stress was an issue with all the work she put into it. She always felt she wanted to just lay down and day dream about a play, and that's when she saw hype about SAO on the internet and various forums. She was pulled in by the lore of it, and thought it'd make an amazing play. She was also a fan of the Zelda series and various other games but this one was different. She could make up her own character her own leading lady or man. She could get ideas from the world as well, what kinds of architecture would they use? Everything excited her about it, and then she learned about the VR headset. It was meant to be in her mind. She could finally just lay down and relax after performing only to perform as her own character. The theater did better and better and she accepted a few rolls in film and had a niche following of fans who enjoyed historical romance comedies, historical romance, and a few romance comedies. She adored history and romance with as much a passion as she enjoyed theater and the two coincide very well. With money she got from her jobs she invested into the SAO game. It would be her first MMO as well, but that was all the better, it meant the other players would have their own script and she didn't have to work at it. She was sure she could just roleplay being in the game and even donated to the SAO cause to try to get model for herself. Her stage name was Kit Guards.

And she did, and she never got back up from laying down on her bed. She was lucky her manager checked on her or she wouldn't have been in the hospital fast enough with the headset on herself to survive. Her family did not help her stay on life support feeling she was a failure in life. Small roles did not make money after all, and to top it she did blow it on a video game that got her in this mess. Her family believed it wasn't necessary to keep her alive, but her agent and friend Tony Biggins thought otherwise, and are keeping her alive with their own money and donations from fans.
      • Virtues/Flaws:
Jealous easily - being in the spotlight most of her career she gets jealous of others easily and can sometimes have a hard time around stronger people. When other people are acting super cutsie she will try to join in and if she is segregated she'll have a mental fit over it all. She does not get jealous over items usually unless it's a gorgeous outfit in which case she'd 'need' one as well even if she really doesn't.
Doesn't see the details - she's a big picture person and sometimes the end justifies the means with her which may not be healthy. She can get easily wrapped up on the smaller things, and usually has to be told things in chronological order. She's so use to picking apart a script and that might be best for a group battle plan. She can listen well enough on her own but might need to be told things a few times.
Sometimes misses the big picture - she might get hung up on something that is theatrical and not be able to move on with some help. Explainly convoluted plans means nothing to her in the long run it's better to just tell her her roll or she'll memorize everything but not understand what it all entails leading to some confusion unless she has about two days to think about it. Personal emotion sometimes goes above the rest of the plan EG oh you're getting married wonderful! Not caring how the wedding goes.
Gossip - rumors tend to get her attention and she partakes in them without always knowing the full truth which can lead to her misunderstanding things. Someone can say hey so and so is poor out of spite and the next day they might receive a gift basket full of food. Their might be a rumor someone is a terrible person and she'll judge them that way even if they are the nicest person, she can be swayed to believe the truth but she's quick to believe rumors. For SAO rumors will have her fascinated and she'll want to investigate everything to learn about the world.
Mother Hen - she has an innate nature to take care of people even against their will. EG there was a girl who had a small cold and she quarantine them from the theater production play and doted over them, this sounds like paradise right? Wrong. In fact she might confine a person to a bed and they aren't allowed to carry about their normal lives.
Curiosity - She has a need to know things, which is what fuels her gossip like nature as well. Knowledge is power but it can get her into trouble. However because she is curious it will trump her normal nature to be afraid of the unknown and she will dive into it. This can add to her gossip like nature as well waiting to know more about rumors and gossip in general.
Adaptability - When life around her changes she doesn't dwell on it and changes for the better herself. Most people find it strange in her group that nothing really gets her down or upsets her in life. When something changes drastically she changes with it and very quickly. Tony usually complains but after being her friend he found himself being able to adapt because he witnessed this first hand.
Romantic - sometimes she is blindsighted by romance, weather her own or someone elses. If there's romance around she'll be watching and over reacting happily for it even if it's not even there. She was often called a shipper and no idea what that meant as fanfiction wasn't something she often read.
Explorer - with her curiosity comes this side. She will leave no stone unturned curious about the new world around her. With being a small time celebrity she had the opportunity to travel and she did consider changing jobs into a journalist, maybe when she retires...
Cultist - can easily get wrapped up in strange groups of people this may or may not be a bad thing.....She gets really into conspiracy theories and wants to believe in them. She likes to experience different religions as well keeping an open mind about them. Though she has settled on being a Wiccan and enjoying the teachings of Buddhism and is enamored with Greek gods and goddess. She also loves the idea of aliens and believes in them.
Depressed - secretly she is a very depressed person and hides it with being flashy and theatrical, in truth she's scared she'll die and no one will remember her. Even worse she'd be forgotten as she doesn't play in any movies because of being locked in a game of all things. Her depression started when she couldn't seem to connect with her mother, and she knew for a fact she wasn't walking down the path she was suppose to go on.
Coward - she's actually really afraid of things (this will change throughout the rp) The unknown doesn't bother her so much. It's jump scares and people who intend to harm. She has a fairly high pain tolerance but gives herself more mental pain about what others might do to her or think of her than is necessary. In SAO monsters will frighten her for a little awhile if they're taller than her.
Got your back - she will never back down if a friend calls for her. A friend to her has the status of a fan in real life, and that's the highest privilege one could achieve. Being in theater the group was close and she often forms bonds with people in the same way, like a family.
Loyal - She likes people who like her and treat her good, but because of her cultist like nature she might be loyal to people who are mean to her as well so long as she gets just the right amount of attention. She does work very hard and her loyalty will motivate her. Tony will admit her loyalty can be confused for near love in fact he'd confess he was confused with it at first and realized it was just her loyalty.
Empathetic - when someone is crying she's likely to cry, when someone is happy she's likely happy as well. When someone says their problems she feels hurt for them and feels their pain without being subject to it. She had to avoid watching the news as she'd often wince and feel bad for people on the news. It's to the point she'd cry and there was a high chance she'd find a fund me project for that person to give them money to help them out.
Mirror - she can copy others flawlessly. She will copy their hand gestures, Their posture. Their movements, and last of all she'll try to mimic their voice. She did take some speech classes but she grew board of it and stuck to theater, both help her accomplish this.
