"Sweet!"
Cinder watched as Miaki through his fist into the air in victory. Merely viewing from the sidelines as the two began their quests, reading through the description of it. They'd need materials, or "mats" for short, to help obtain this "special" weapon thats rewarded at the end of the quest; something that never really peaked Cinder's interest.
"I know where we can get the Iron Sand and the Bones, any idea where the silver is guys?"
Cinder actually pondered that question himself, and thought of the various creatures he's fought before, and if any had dropped <>. Recalling back, he knew of some miners that would probably be the most likely bet, and even if the miners didn't drop any, the item <> could probably be found lying around; potentially guarded by an elite monster.
"Not in the least. Sounds like something that would be likely a rare drop or loot from a dungeon." Miaki looked over his list again. "The other items seem moderately easy to get. Leather? Bones? No problem. Im not sure about the iron sand or silver....."
Cinder opened pulled his right hand from his jacket pocket, slashing two fingers down in front of him to bring up the systems menu. Cycling through the menu's to his map information, he began sliding his hand across the smooth holographic surface to move the map to the particular section he was looking for. After locating the mine, he pressed he share icon with the rest of the party, offering up that particular portion of map information to the newly found party members. This is old content anyway, not like selling this information would be of any value at this point, he thought to himself before speaking, "Here's the portion of the map information for a mine up north, there's no gurantee that we'll find <> or <> there, but it seems like the most likely place it'd be. <> and <> I'm sure we can grind on our way there."

Atlus, 10 out of your Spam! Nice preliminary message there dude. Still it wasn't Epic, but it was a good episode, even with the unavoidable cliches.
Cliche or not, still an epic series, and still worth watching over and over again. Hahaha

I am more or less with Kirito/Zauis on this one. It was a bit of a drag on and needed additional detail and quailty, but other than that it capped off a perfectly cheesy and other wise cliche series.
That is very true, it was a highly cliche series, and in the beginning I was expecting a plot twist where maybe Sugou killed Asuna or something crazy, but in the end, it ended how I wanted it to.

I don't know why its not posted yet!

Ahh, that is true, and Gold/Silver/Crystal was easily my favorite series. I haven't played the remakes though, but its safe to say they'd be my favorite if its exactly the same, or close enough, to the originals.

Especially those guys, when you're working hard to catch up, they're working just as hard to progress even further, so then you're perpetually behind, and even when you do catch up, there are still those "old timers" who hold that against you either way.

Sadly, thats true, which is a little depressing. I mean, the story was more wrapped around the events in the future then the beginning. So, at least we enjoyed some epic events either way.

Duel!
Right as the time flashed to duel, Cinder looked back down, his eyes meeting her movements as she went in for the first attack. He wanted to test her speed, her agility. If she was faster than him, then this duel would prove to be a difficult one. As she moved forward, he watched as her <> ability activated, causing her to soar forward at a faster speed than anticipated, luckily for him, he wasn't too far off himself. Using his <> skill, he kept his hands in his pockets as he leaned to the right to dodge the attack, only to find it was a feint. She skirted his left, her <> skill making the movements fast and easy for her as the spear came piercing for his legs. Jumping up, he was hoping to land on top of the spear itself as she struck, but to no avail. Her attacks were feinted. What a clever girl, he thought to himself as her own personal <> skill sent her out of harms way, testing the waters for some insight, are we? Such a shame, I don't plan on revealing anything until it's already too late. Cinder was never an impatient person, and he never did like making the first attack. He much often prefered his opponent to strike first, so he can measure their capabilities, but she seemed to be doing just that.
As she backed off, he turned to square his body towards her. The only thing he knew about her was that she had her <> skill, and <> skill, plus whatever weapon sword arts were included with that spear of hers. This was proving to be a duel worth pursuing.
"Not bad, for a girl," he said to her, trying to antagonize a less coordinated attack, his hands resting in his pockets as he stood fairly distanced from her, his body squared to hers.

Metalcore and Dubstep.
The rest is little bits here and there of other music. I'm not really a huge fan of the more modern nonsense that you hear in the radio, I prefer the less mainstream.
Oh, and uh, What does the fox say?

Why are there no more pictures? These are really good, I couldn't draw like this to save my life!

I've seen enough hentai to know where all this is going...

I'd have to honestly say the Halo series. I had to think about it for a moment, and personally, I love RPG's more, but when it comes down to one particular game that I love the most, Halo has a special place in my heart that can never be replaced. The memories I have with that game, the amount of time I've spent on that game, everything. On top of that, it has a very untraditional love story between a man that's been through enough [censored] in his life, and a woman that's generated through a computer program. I mean, that twist alone makes the game heart wrenching.

Three Days Grace - Over and Over

Cinder watched as the systems menu flashed, then closed into thin air, a large counter appearing between the two of them. It counted down from sixty, giving both them ample time to prepare for the engagement to come. As the counter reached fifty-five, he watched as she stood there with her spear drawn, poised to fight. He merely left his hands in his pockets, not wanting to reveal his weapon until he needed to. He was a quick-thinker, faster than most he'd like to believe, and he wanted the edge of surprise when it came to dueling.
Forty...
The counter actually seemed rather slow, as he couldn't help but crack a sly smile towards the young girl. Who was this girl? And what was she doing in a game like this? he thought to himself, enjoying the mystery that wrapped around her. She obviously didn't belong to the VRMMO scene, and certainly not an RPG. He stared at the tip of her iron clad spear, and then examined its reach. It had much more range than his own, and certainly would do more damage if hit, but a weapon like that was useless in close quarters. Once he got inside, she'd be hard pressed to escape.
Thirty...
"What a drag..." he said aloud, referring to how long the time was set for the duel start. He leaned back and stretched, not caring that the young woman had a spear tip aimed at him. Am I really going to enjoy this? he thought to himself, staring up into the sky as he kept the side of his eye on the timer.

Yeah, I mean, Virtual Reality gaming is like my dream world, but I don't think it'll get perfected for our generation of gamers, so it saddens me, either way though, excellent anime.
-
Exactly, I felt it was more of like a way to show how people were after the SAO game, like how Kirito wasn't bothered by virtual reality, and the extent he'd go for Asuna.
-
Exactly, it showed why he's a solo player, and lives with it just fine. He destroys people in levels either way. Hahaha.
-
Yeah, and I'm sure I'll break and do the same!
-
Exactly, and too be completely honest, after spending two years in a game, sure, I might take a break, breath some fresh air, but with a mindset like mind, I'd jump right back in, just because the "real world" would be boring as hell after all of that.
-
Thats true, he did have some extra time to spare in the end, but if I was him, I wouldn't have wasted any either, especially with Sugou being a little creeper!
-
Thats true, I feel like we all have a similar addiction to the interwebs, and that addiction brings us together.

"Unfortunately for us the Bay is opposite the mine by a lot, we have a long hike before we can get to both. Also, the Bay has some somewhat high level monsters. Even though if you sneak around them they can't tell you are there at all, I would say we have about a days hike all together to get everything."
Cinder took in the shared information, watching as his map flashed, and the new region highlighted with various barriers and markers. <> hovered neatly in the center of the area, indicating the name of the region. Hmmm, thats a new area, I wonder how he find such a place? he thought to himself as his map expanded, this death game has a lot more to offer than expected. He pondered the two positions, looking over the bay intently as he studied the layout.
"The bay sounds like it will be more rewarding for all of us, not just in experience but in mats and possible loot." Miaki flicked his wrist, discarding the systems menu in front of him. "I don't know about you two, but I'm ready to leave now. If there are no objections..." Miaki held his whole arm out toward the city gates. "Shall we?"
Cinder looked between the two of them, then scrolled through his inventory, double checking his supplies. He mostly wanted to ensure he had enough <>. It was getting close to that time when he'd have to go repeat the quest for another stash. Cycling through his inventory, he peered at the quantity numbers, and then closed out the menu with a wave of his hand. He then turned towards Miaki and Clarence, nodding, "I'm perfectly fine for the trip, ready when you are." He thought it best that Clarence lead the way, seeing as how he was the one who had found the region, and would have a better understanding of its whereabouts and how to get there; he decided it was best to just follow along on this one.
