  1. Yeah, that is another reason I kept watching. When Kazuto/Kirito said that it was almost like challenging video games from then on to be more and more Dangerous since he had just survived a death game itself.

Exactly, and I knew the moment he said that, two things were going to happen. One, he was going to rape face, (which he pretty much did), or it was going to be harder than he expected. (which it still kind of was.) Good on him for having all his stats still.

  2. Eh, Cinder still. If there was the show would've explained it in some way. But I agree, there had to be something else there otherwise she would've been dead that moment.

Thats just my theory, honestly, there are a lot of things that could be played into the anime. There are stories within the light novel's that aren't in the anime. So I wish they'd work on some of that. Gun Gale Online will be good though. It should be.

  3. Yeah Really confused the sh!t out of me when I saw the screen shots for later episodes and I was wondering, "Who the F*ck is thiss fairy guy and why does he look so much like Kirito?".

That's what I was thinking. I was watching the anime with a friend of mine, and he was like... "Dafuq is this [censored]?" I was like, "Nooo! What are they doingggg? They're ruining it!"

  4. Cinder watched as the <> charged him, slashing down hard, but only to miss greatly, the heavy sword sticking into the grass. With a grin across his face, he took his <> to the creatures chest, slicing a deep digital tear into it's side as the creature reared back in pain. Taking the second moment, he spun and slashed again, his <> digging into its back heavily before jumping back, preparing for a counter attack.

  5. True Cinder. And It was a tiny bit cruel that He just so happened to be the one in the forest when she was getting attacked... Which had led to all of this.

Very cruel indeed. I mean, it was lucky that it was her, and that he was able to get the help he needed for the World Tree, and ect, but too put her through sooo much heartbreak. That was a heartbreaker there.

  6. Cinder approached the fountain that the man was sitting in front of, not making eye contact as he placed his hands in his jacket pockets, leaning back on his heels as he stretched.

"Gah! Why can't I find this stupid place? I must have tried several shops and none of them were the right one."

Cinder smirked slightly, out of the man's view, as he listened to the conversation he already knew the man was going to have with himself. Eavesdropping, he pointed two fingers in the air and slashed down gently, his main systems menu appearing, buttons labeling the various tabs he had access to. He moved his finger over the <> tab before tapping it. The menu extended as a scrolling menu appeared to the right of the tabs. Taking his two fingers, he scrolled the menu up until the item he was looking for appeared. <>. He tapped it softly, and the button flashed orange. Appearing out of thin air was what looked like a modern day cigarette, but only different, this had no filter, and it looked to have been rolled by hand, not by machine. Gripping the <> between two fingers, he cycled through the menu again, this time, tapping a different item; labeled <>. It's exactly what you think it'd be; a box of matches appeared out of thin air, and with a tap on one of the sides, a match fell out into Cinder's empty hand, and the counter on the side ticked down a number. Taking the tobacco, he placed it between his lips before striking the match against the box. The flame ignited as he pressed the tip of the tobacco inside the flame, the end going up in a small burst of flame as smoke filled the air around him.

Cinder was a taller man, sitting at a good six feet, he was taller than most, but thin. He wasn't one for large size, and he preferred it that way. He wore black leather pants, and a pair of matching boots. His top was a grey tunic v-neck, and a black leather jacket with grey speckled fur lining the collar and handcuffs. Underneath his jacket, on the front left side, attached to his chest, was his <>, his primary weapon for most engagements. He liked to keep it hidden, giving him whatever advantage he could over anyone who was going for an attack. Running a fingerless gloved hand through his medium length dark hair, he inhaled on his <>, digital smoke filling his fake lungs. He exhaled, the sensation of smoking purely mental, tricking his mind into believing that nicotine was being added to his body.

"What I really need is someone who knows their way around and would help me with this quest. Pft! Like that is gonna just happen." Miaki leaned back on the bench more and put his arms behind his neck. "Most people are too scared to leave the safety of the town inn, let alone leave the safety of the starting city."

Cinder waited to see if anything else was going to be said, and then after a moment of silence he opened his mouth. "Have you tried the <>?" Cinder asked, not taking his red eyes off of the spraying fountain, the tip of his tobacco roll flaring as he inhaled, smoke filtering out of his nose gently.

  7. I guess I'm the only one who voted for GGO. I really liked the public channel system, and the way the game was turned into a professional sport. I mean, Sword Art Online had that immersive world, and intense bosses, but Gun Gale would be the money maker there. Besides, who doesn't want to run around, beat the [censored] out of each other in all out war to let off some steam?

  8. I want to believe it as a ghost, because who's to say a game of death can't become haunted? Objects all around us are "haunted", and followed by ghosts, wouldn't you think a game of 4,000+ deaths would have some ghosts lingering around it? Also, Kayaba performed a technique himself, imprinting his consciousness into the game, even taking it with Kirito when he entered ALO, so I don't see how her data, or spirit, or whatever caused her to stay wouldn't be a viable outcome.

  9. "You know, you show true potential, I'm glad you made your way out here."

Cinder smirked as the lute song finished, and then collapsed into thin air. The lute itself in his hands glowed for a moment, another systems panel appearing in front of him, this time with item information. The name of the item? <>. It didn't surprise Cinder at this point; he had an excellent understanding of this quest and its purpose. It was time to wrap it up, take the experience, and get out of here.

Cinder nodded to <>. He was an NPC, so there was going to be no further interaction with this NPC after this, unless a follow up quest included him. Cinder wasn't fond of friendship to begin with, let alone with an NPC. "Well good sir, it has been a pleasure," Cinder said, as he tossed the lute up off his hand gently, the item disappearing into his inventory.

With that, he tossed a friendly wave to him and his dog, and turned his back on the city, heading back out into the wilderness to continue his adventure. He wondered where the rest of the players were at, and how the frontlines were doing. He chuckled at the thought. The frontlines, oh how you'd be the true challenge. I'll be seeing you shortly, he thought to himself a systems panel flashed up in front of him, a quest complete message for <> written in the box. No items were received, with the exception of the <>, and <> was learned. What a way to start off the week.

  10. As he played the instrument, the dog began to move. First his ears twitched, and then his nose ruffled. After about the fifth measure, the dog's eyes opened up, and with the sixth measure, the entire creature burst up, charged <>, and jumped into his open arms. It's tongue licked the man's face, and he laughed as he pet the dog on the head, ruffling its fur. "That a boy, settle down now... settle down." <>, after calming the dog, turned towards Cinder with a smile on his face.

"You know, you show true potential, I'm glad you made your way out here."
