[F24-PP-PT] The scent of man (In too Deep)
Nisahime replied to Nisahime's topic in Intermediate Floors
Combat Ended, Trolls Blood Reset Eyes scanned the group, it was clear that they were fairing very well. It seemed as though they grew tired of fending off the same monster on repeat, it was almost time to make this session more interesting. Soon the door to greatness would open and they would find themselves with a far more challenging task, or maybe not. Only time would tell, but first she would help speed this small endeavor along. Glancing around the sands with no real sight on what was being looked for. The group would find them eventually, walking a few steps toward the water. Morrig -

Seeing that everyone arrived right on queue, it wasn’t going to be long now. Deciding that this morning Morrighan would just let them put this creature to rest. Making it more difficult would prove to be inefficient given that the end goal was different today. The crab was just an inconvenient problem and it had to be eradicated before she could follow through with her plans. Wondering if they would notice the difference in strength with the abomination, only time would tell. Getting up from where she sat, dusting herself off. “Good Luck.” turning, giving a coy smile, walking a bit further fro -
[F24-PP-PT] Primeval Element (In Too Deep)

A smile as the children rushed off to play with the guardian of this domain, eagerly aiming to put the beast down. It would seem as though they were working along fine, and within this moment of pause she'd meander down the length of the beach. Sword swings, explosions and screams would play nothing more then background noise as they fought valiantly. "Messenger no longer, a denizen here you will stay. The irony is no more fitting a subject, given the lack of a soul. Yet your goals align with my own. Even now your tether will provide me, no longer Takeshi or the true lord. A shell without its -
Sitting on the edge of the beach, gentle waves of water slowly moving up to greet her before retreating. The sand beneath her stuck limply to one another, painted dark with moisture and cut a grove before being erased. The gentle breeze caused that white hair pure as snow to dance, and the stirring would be the only notable sound. To her right side, a singular stone sat and with it a fragment of the past. It wouldn't be too long now, assuredly so. Through chance, through determination a path walked for nigh a century. Lives lived and lives lost, there was a time that this lake was filled with

[F24-PP-PT] Primeval Element (In Too Deep)

A gentle smile as players in droves started to break the tree line like emissaries, circling her and taking in the view to which she was. "It has hasn't it?" The woman remarked without averting her gaze from the clear blue sea of coral. "I must say I appreciate your gift, it has been most helpful in these recent days." The illumination on her eyes fading to reveal the stark vibrant sapphire denoting Kirin. Morrighan would look to others that would offer her shock and confusion. "What? You didn't put that together? Think of us as office workers who pass by the same water cooler. Some times you -
The soft crunch of sand beneath her feet allowing the group to list behind her if they should so choose. It seems their insistent line of questioning had far passed, and they had chosen to discover through interpretation and perception then simply asking. The woman's gaze would look upon the sand, finding it eerie that the weave had a point of weakness here above others. However the group that shadowed her would be necessary to deal with the random crustacean lest its massive feet would prove troublesome to any unearthed pit she'd unleash. Each footstep would lead her further along the shore,

[F26-PP-PT] In the depths of despair, a spark (Slime Conundrum)
Nisahime replied to Nisahime's topic in Intermediate Floors
The device she sought had been found, and although she wasn't confident in the stability of this place she'd have to find it permanently before she could meander the halls for real. "See to the others Peanut, let them know I plan on a return." She'd remark with a rake of his small, softball sized head. The orange fur rustled as it coos, and once she'd extend her arm it would rush down the length and jump from her palm. Taking a space in front of her, the animal would pay her a nod to which would be met with a smile. "First I need to get these reforged, but for that I need to seek Credne's anvi -

*Optimal Turn Order change The woman nestles into a relic of the past, meandering down the halls as they screamed memories into a still fragmented retelling. About halfway down a stone hallway with doors, a small orange colored monkey would seek her out and rush up her left leg. "Peanut.." The woman offered with a smile, reaching her right hand up toward her shoulder and scratching underneath the creatures chin. A sharp howl as it remembered the woman's touch more then her appearance. At first he was antsy and cautious, yet now he was almost elated. "Where are the others?" She'd ask the b -

The blackened chamber would be so hard to peruse until the woman sought out a dangling lantern, turning a singular dial would see a soft flicker begin to fill the area with orange light. Into a drawer the woman pulls it open to reveal old and tarnished silverware, and with a soft press of her hand she could feel the past bleed through her fingertips. "Hello old friends." The woman responds in the quietest tone, releasing the drawer and it slides shut virtually on its own. This is the point the woman would wander around a larger table, pushing in the chair and checking through a layer of shit o -

A show of overwhelming superiority from the heralds had her filled with a mix of suspense and pride as she watched on eagerly, hoping to see them exceed their bestowed limits even further. The chains provided to them were still ever present and despite her attempts to break them entirely, it seemed they were stronger then she was first lead to believe. However given she'd seen quite a bit so far, and she needed to accomplish a thwart of these chains without her presence, she'd leave them to it. To the back wall, she'd press her hand into it like water. Something snaps and the wall would transi -

*Optimal Turn Order As the room filled with light the woman couldn't be more ecstatic. The entire reason why the group was here in the first place had finally been scratched. As the flash bang cleared, and soft embers in white clung to nearly every surface the woman would respond in a way that none other present would. *clap clap clap* A round of applause as finally there was some obvious progress. "Well Done, Well Done~" the musical twist to her words as she'd take a gander on the slime king who was boiling and smoking given his proximity to where the skill had went off. "Now, -

*Optimal Turn Order Eying the group expectantly Morrighan was eager to see how they'd fair. Some had already fought in this rodeo yet most of them had not, and a flash of silver on her eyes would goad the beast into a much more violent frenzy. "Now now, best not get hasty..." The woman remarked toward it as it scanned those closest to it and started swinging. A slow of its movement, as it would size up its competition and seek out the weakest among them. "That's a good boy. Now then, who has what it takes?" Her chipper and slightly conniving tone continued to play out, pushing the party t -

Morrighan eyed her cohorts with an eager inspection, like an appraiser looking over fine jewelry. Another spark and those vigilant enough to catch it would see her iris take on a magnificent shade of silver, as some skill or cardinal function was being fired yet the effects would remain unseen. The slimes stir and scatter looking to keep up the pressure with some unnatural vigor, desperate to deal some damage to the party that was threatening the place they were spawned from. "It would appear that they are not going to take this sitting down." She'd offer the party with the most playful and tw -

Still digging through the writhing mass of gear that was within the ancients domain. An eerily fitting name for the beast, but perhaps it wasn't due to its age. But that which what it was guarding? The bits and pieces continue to be flung behind the woman, a helmet, or an old broken sword with no point. Looked like the least impressive pile of crap to anyone, and yet here is where her attentions seemed so whole heartedly focused. As she rummages she sets her hands upon some strange necklace, a single dangling icon hanging limply upon a gilded chain. A very mischievous grin paints itself upon h -

As the titan fell the group minus her would rush upon its front, using the massive complex of bark skin as a floor. Eagerly they sought out whatever wounds or soft spots to put it down before there was any chance of rebuttal. Meanwhile, the silver haired woman would seek out the nearby treeline and remain in close proximity. There was an object to which she sought here, but this one not quite like the others. Strange that it would find itself here of all places. Shuffling through the pile of crap that was left in the area, perhaps left overs from past excursions or worse. The woman would remai -

The simplest of gestures seems to send Eruda into an explosive spark. Seems that the girl was still learning the deeper nuance in the gift she had received still. It was a bit obtuse that they all seemed to be so far behind her expectations, yet she shouldn't be surprised given they lacked the same escapades that lead her to a much more explosive success. "That's it?" The woman goads finding a space to claim on the wall, folding her arms across her chest and taking a pose that would portray that which she borrowed her newfound english from. Her expectation was a lot more prevelant then to the -

Through the side passages the woman would skirt into view, revealing herself as the shadows cast start to peel away. Face to face with the party as Shiina yells out, she'd offer them a somber yet playful grin. "Welcome, persistent aren't we?" She'd look them over and notice the additions from times prior. "It's been some time, hasn't it? I am curious how far you've moved along down that road?" Morrighan goads as she starts to stroll, as if beckoning them deeper into the depths of the sewers, toward an awaiting trial fitting their sudden and consistent pursuit. Answers taught not through words -
Down familiar halls the woman wanders from the front of an altar now discovered, its powers found amicable a form of battery. It wouldn't be long before the others would find themselves down in these depths, through a murmur of stars and a traveled path of the past. The soft splashes of water upon puddles in darkened and dank walkways. The soft silver glow of her eyes and a star in her right hand, the woman moves eagerly toward the arena to where the slime king would hold. Creatures slinking too and from just outside of eyesight, proving their existence with every slurping mass. Yet such proxi

*Optimal Turn Order Change Stepping across the still lake the woman would find herself out into its center. Behind her the battle raged on in constant explosions and flashes of light, much akin to a scifi warzone. Each footstep offers a gentle ripple from where they are placed, a soft reverberation and echo out. It would be here where the woman starts to sink down, scanning the water carefully for some semblance of the object she sought. A tap of her feet, leaning into her knees in a few different spaces before the soft white glow bleeds up from somewhere deep below. A quick glance back t -

Slowly strolling down the mountain as the other players tear total ass down it, as if their bread was in an oven. "You all definitely have some serious pacing issues." The woman goads as they rush past into the newly produced fray, intending to circle kick the giant orange mammoth to death before it even had a chance to act. However despite their fervor, she would carry her normal and modest pace. It takes her a few minutes to finally reach the bottom of the hill and the players were already knee deep in tearing the fish apart. "Don't kill it too fast now." The woman remarks as she starts to s -

Shiina yells out loud, having found what was presumably the creature they were supposed to seek out. "Don't look at me. Normally you all take the lead on these things and constantly interrupt me. This is not at all why I am here." Spoken the thing rushes clean past her, between her and Raidou. The boy would look at her with a judgmental blink of his eyes, as if disbelief how little she was willing to contribute. "Just because you don't have to chase me around doesn't mean I am here to assist you. Trials and tribulations are not as such without difficulty. Chop Chop~" The woman goads with a sli -
The undisturbed lake glared back at her, as the sun hit the surface. It shined in the most brilliant of lights as the water sways harmlessly under the softest of breeze. Within mere moments the water stirs and the woman meanders out to the edge of the dock. Recalling the event and the starfield above, during a dimly lit night and the events that followed. Time had moved forward and seemed to pass it by, and the floor itself seemed to have forgotten what had come before. The hole was gone, the sky still that bright shade of blue. A cloud here or there, but a perfect day. Yet a single object see

[F25-PP] The heat of passions (Trouble Brewing)
Nisahime replied to Nisahime's topic in Intermediate Floors
Standard Recovery +4 EN Just beyond where the group was ripping away at the droves of hostiles that broke up the path, it would seem they were just as desperate as they were prior. The consistency was admirable yet it showed that their bindings were broken, they were free to choose a path and foster her own and yet they chose to blind that path in her footsteps. Those players still had a lot to learn, some things to not learn, and a lot of time to nurture those lessons. Which was the fact that made their constant pursuit that much more problematic. Instead of focusing their efforts toward -

The woman would just seem to stand there, watching in her resolute silence. As if this were a movie or some sort of play, eagerly anticipating the next moment yet her blank expression minus the smile would not elude to much. It was a curious thing, these players and their drastic attempts to thwart or interrupt her at every turn. Despite them being told not to, despite the fact they were warned the cost of digging away at questions best left unsolved. Another flash of silver affirms her intentions and it was as if the beast reciprocated that intention. But really this was a trial and tribulati
