COMPLETE [F1-SP] Smithin' ain't easy! Redux <<Making a Living>>

"It's gonna take a bit more than that to keep me down, boys," he grumbled as he forced himself up to a standing position.  They did their best to keep him from rising but there was little they could do against Ishida when he set his mind to something.  These low levels were tough with such limited energy levels--he was beginning to think he should have stayed back to recuperate a little longer before engaging these menaces.  He probably would have finished them by now with his Sword Arts rather than waiting for them to die upon his thorns.

Sure enough, as soon as he starts badmouthing his thorns, it activates.  With each hit that the boars connected with him, they suffered the full damage of his thorns aura's wrath.  It wouldn't have mattered if the creatures were full life, they would have been exterminated by his armor's strength.  It was spectacular at this level, really.

Ishida breathed a sigh of relief as he stood and gathered the materials that had dropped.  After weighing his options, he decided it was best to head back to the Town of Beginnings and turn in to the questgiver.

Back in town, before the Blacksmith NPC, he used provided materials to create a simple sword.  Something he had done plenty of times in his shop with little effort.  After all, he had done this quest more for the extra material gains than for the benefit of learning blacksmithing again.
