Kacaji had a rather strange upbringing. He had no brothers or sisters, being an only child. His mother was a doctor who died shortly after he was born to a undefined illness. His father was a war veteran from a village war. Kacaji was not much of a gamer, being that he was taught aspects of military strategy as a child. when he became 14, his dad left the house to return to the waging war. When he was walking with his friend up a large hill, a group of older teens came out from behind a rock above them and stoned his friend to death. Kacaji tried to fight back, but a rock grazed his left eye making him temporarily blind. he could no longer see clearly from his left eye, while it bled. After fleeing the scene, when Kacaji returned to his friend, he saw that the head had been split into two. Kacaji threw up, but his will made him decided to take part of his friend's shirt and cut it into the shape a mask. He then pulled the mask off and puked again from the sight of his dead friend. Kacaji then went over to a local doctor and an orphan and asked that they try to install his friend's eye where his eye had once been. The boy, being an incredible medical prodigy, spliced the optic nerve, making it possible for Kacaji to see out of his former friend's left eye. After about a year and a half, Kacajis father returned from the war, having lost an arm and leg from a explosion. While Kacaji was walking through the town, he noticed a brand new game console and a helmet like thing. He swiftly stole the consul helmet and game, and returned to his home. When he went into his house, he plugged in the console into one of the few outlets they had and started up the game.

Military strategist: From a very young age, Kacaji's father taught his son how to fight with knives, hands, and swords. Kacaji excelled with blades such as the katana and dagger. Kacaji became very well at strategizing during combat, making him a rather strong ally. He trains daily, ready to show up the next group of bullies. He finds no interest in having allies until they are already in combat.

 

Perceptive: Kacaji has trained himself enough to be able to spot movement from far away. He is able to read movements and predict trajectories before they occur. He trained his senses so that he could no longer be caught off guard by a rock or another long ranged weapon. This applies to how he reacts to things in SAO, because he can predict the other persons movements before they happen, usually to help a given situation

 

Dependable: Besides always showing up to meetings and events late, Kacaji was always dependable. When his friend died, he took the pain on himself, and still cannot forgive himself for not being able to help. This will apply to Kacaji in SAO due to his lack of respectable friends. Kacaji does not know how this game works, but he roles with it none the less.

 

 

Flaws:

Infamy: Kacaji is known by the many as the "eyetheif". They people in his town and even his city believe that Kacaji is a socially depressed kid who killed and stole the eye of his friend. That is only rumor, but the rumor has greatly impacted kacaji's young life. This will have relevance in the game, SAO, due to people who won't understand why that is his username. Kacaji trains himself to battle and fight, because the reputation is all he thinks he has left.

 

Callous: Kacaji rarely, if ever, will express any kind of emotion. After being trained without his father, losing his friend and taking his friends eye for his own, Kacaji does not express himself the same way. Kacaji does not understand humor, being a waste of his time. He knows that he must keep up his reputation that the people reasonably named him for. This will help boost the fact that in SAO, people won't know his identity, and therefore wont understand him. He also wears his mask to cover up any other expressions from his mouth.

 

Hard Emotions:  Kacaji is very very hard to understand.  Kacaji does not talk much, and only ever expresses himself with his movements.  He finds no need in conversation, and will rarely talk to people around him, mostly because he displays few emotions making those around him confused or even angry.  This will affect his ability to create friends in SAO since nobody will understand his actions or statements..
