Using his anti deception techniques, Sinful saw past her smile. He then caught a glimpse of a white haired player then a tear rolled down his cheek. Sinful was in tears before chasing the figure. "Kazu? Kazu! Wait!" The player began running and put on a hooded piece of gear as the chase continued. "I can't let you die in this game! You're my best friend!!" His last shout was powerful, it was one of genuine emotion and sadness. When the chase finally ended, the white haired player bursted in a plethora of crystalline pixels. Sinful got on his knees and tried to catch them, hoping he'd come back. "K-Kazu... Kazuuu!!" The tears came rolling down, this time they weren't fake. They were the real thing and would imply that Sinful was not acting. "Kazu... Kazu... Why?"

Yuki followed Sinful in curiosity, she noticed what just happened. She looked at him as he cried, it made her remember when she watched her only 'friend' die in front of her eyes when she was irl. She had a friend that she hung out with all the time, but he saved her from getting hit by Daniel, one of the murders of Tokyo, tried killing her and her best friend jumped in front of her and was stabbed to death. Her friend was also Hiro's closest friend, and Hiro thought that Yuki killed him, but she didn't. She held back the tears when she remembered the past again. She promised Kashi she wouldn't think about the past, but yet again she thought about the past. She sighs and walks up to Sinful. She sits on the floor next to him and she looks at him, knowing his heart is probably in two right now. She didn't say anything, she wanted to hug him, but she doesn't know how he would react to that, so she stayed quiet and looked at him.

Phillia took a look at the chaotic town, on one end we have a seductress, and on the other we have an overly emotional KPop Idol boy. What surprised her was how the one the he chased disappeared, death wasn't allowed in a safezone but he died. No, he didn't die, he obviously didn't jump off the floating castle. That didn't matter now, it wasn't her problem and she'd keep everything she knew hidden from them. 'Why do so many people have to die on this god damn floor? Can't I just have one deathless day around here?' She thought.

With all the commotions going on inside the Town of Beginning, it's was a rough day for Husky today. Sitting on a  wood bench next to the fountain of the town square, he could see all the chaos that is happening in town. He saw what he could only assume is a girl trying to seduced a guy, probably for the guy to get her what she wanted; an emo guy speed out of town, followed by what sounded like crying; and all other things that would took him till tomorrow to describe it all. However, he saw a peculiar person, dressed in a trench coat, with a medallion of a cross connected to a necklace. He seemed distressed, or confused at something. Letting out a small sigh, Husky approached the strangers with the brown trench coat and checked on him, see if he's all right.

"Here we are, back in this place, where we all started." Nobuyuki sighed, looking around the town. Al the commotions in the center just make the matter worse. "This place depressed the hell out of me..." The young warrior sighed, disappointedly. The last few days has been nothing but death and hardship. So many newcomers to the open field as well as many veterans in the front line, all died for what. Yet, they still have so much more to go through to beat the game. As if all hope is lost, Nobuyuki let out a long sigh, looking up in the sky and wonder if we would ever get out alive. The , some one came up to him and confront him. "A low leveled player... Under-geared, no weapons...." The Warrior analyzed the new player. As if he has lost his mind, Nobuyuki opened his trading menu and sent the request to the stranger. He gave all 6000 col he had in his inventory to the stranger, before walking off. "I give up." He mumbled to himself.

Husky was caught off guard at first, when he saw the trading menu popped up. Curiously, he pressed accepted, only to see 6000 cols being paced onto the trading board. Shocked, Husky was baffled when the stranger just give him 6000 cols and walked away without a single world. "O...k? What was that all about?" He asked himself, wondering what in the heavenly hell just happened there.

Oh great. So she was chopped liver, was that it? Sheesh, people could be so annoying. After being completely ignored by the two guys she'd asked about the weirdo who'd been introduced as Ethereal, she decided to give up on talking to other idiotic players. She walked away from the crowd, further, to catch a glimpse of one of the two boy's she asked (the one who'd ignored her and then randomly ran away), sitting in an alley way. Judging by the sounds, she could tell he was crying. Next to him sat the pink haired girl who'd been considered "Ms. Lightning". Strange. Mitsu saw a stray orange pixel float above the white haired boy's head, and Mitsu's eyes widened. At first, she thought that "Ms. Lightning" was trying to kill in the zone, but that was impossible. It was more likely that it was a suicide. A suicide of someone that the white haired boy had known.

That was one of the things Mitsu never could wrap her head around. Death. Why were people so sad about the common things in life? Death was a part of life. Everyone lived, and everyone died. That's just how it worked. And when a person dies, they're gone. It's the same as if they just disappeared. Mitsu was tempted to roll her eyes, and then walk away, but that would be a waste of her time.

So she just left the two players to cry and be sad on their own. Mitsu continued walking, not giving them another though. Soon enough, death would come for them too. Whether in SAO or out. What was the point of wasting anything on something that would soon be lost?

Yuki noticed a stare, she suddenly got mad again. Yuki hugs Sinful and tell him she must go, after that she follows the girl who was watching her and Sinful. She puts her hands in her pockets and walks right next to her, she peeks over to her to see if she might be doing anything. But quickly everyone gets out of her way and notices that she back on the streets.

Yuki walks up to the girl, she has no emotion on her face. "I saw you look at me and Sinful" Yuki says with no emotion plastered on her face. She was a little mad that the girl watched her comfort a friend, but on the other hand she understands the girl was trying to make a matter of things. She stares at the girl to see her reaction.

Lazarus had finally ran out of candy in his stash, his mouth watered for nothing but candy. That's when he came across Sinful, mistaking his hair for cotton candy. "S-Sugar... Delicious... Cotton candy!" The candy man viciously chomped down on Sinful's hair, trying to consume the cotton candy. "Hey, this is starting to taste a bit weird, is this even candy?" He stopped biting and realized this was a person, an emo person. "Yo. Need some candy for that?" Lazarus held out a lollipop to the guy, after all who wouldn't give one to a helpless emo boy?

Mitsu kept a blank expression as the pink girl, Ms. Lightning, strode up next to her. Of course, she'd seen Mitsu watching them. In all honesty, though, Mitsu hadn't even been watching them. She'd noticed them as she was passing by. That's barely anything to be harassed about. But then again, she couldn't call walking up to someone and accusing them a harassement. Or was that even an accusation? Mitsu didn't know.

"I've seen worse than people hugging eachother." Mitsu said, knowing full well that's not what she meant. Mitsu was trying hard not to smirk, and maybe it showed, but she tried to stop herself. "Sorry, I didn't mean it like that," She said, as she slowed down and started snickering under her breath. She didn't mean to be rude, it was just funny all of a sudden. Her checks puffed out as she couldn't control the need to laugh.

"Bah-ha-ha-ha-ha!" She started laughing, doubling over. "Sorry," She managed to say through laughs, "Sometimes I get the urge to just laugh, I'm not trying to be rude," She told the pink girl. But she still kept on laughing.

(OOC : Plus, Candy Man Lazarus, if anyone's hair looks like cotton candy, it's Yuki's.)

(True)

Yuki sort of just got over protective on her friend, it was not normal, nor it was unusual. Yuki stared at the girl who tried to hide her laughs and smirks, suddenly she notices a little bit of Yuki in this girl. Yuki doesn't see many people smirk the way she does nor the way she laughs. Yuki doesn't say anything about it, she tries to keep her glare to a minimum. "I'm sorry... i got over protective" Yuki says quietly looking at the floor, but quickly stands up straight and looking into the girls eyes. She just showed the girl her week side. She tries to act like that was nothing, she looks around and sees people looking at her still terrified. "Yes, i know i'm a living being! Move on!" Yuki screams at everyone who was staring at her, she was pissed again.

All Yuki wanted was a friend and she always had to mess it up. She wanted to become the girl's friend but she knew that she scared the girl. Yuki acts pissed, and it convinces her that she is still mad. When Yuki looks over to the girl she isn't as mad but still mad.

A common case of embarrassment. Mitsu'd seen many people like Yuki. In fact, she herself used to act a lot like her. When she was younger, she wanted to be known as the bad kid. Rebelious, uncontrollable, even violent sometimes. When she showed anyone her weak side, her caring side, she would get embarrassed and snap at people. So Mitsu knew this reaction very well.

Mitsu lifted herself up, rubbing the water swelling at her eyes from laughing, and then smirked again. "I would hope your a living being. I mean, if you weren't I'd wonder." Mitsu cocked her head slightly to the left, barely fazed by the fact that she'd just yelled at the top of her lungs to the whole world. And then Mitsu yawned.

Subtly, though, Mitsu swipped her hands through the air. Her menu popped up. Calming, as not to look suspicious, Mitsu invited Yuki to a party. Not that Mitsu wanted to work with her, but as a gesture of understanding. Then Mitsu propped her hands behind her head, and began to walk forward leaving Yuki slightly behind her to get her message. For some reason, Mitsu felt like she could trust Yuki. Not that she seemed trustworthy at all, but because she reminded Mitsu of who she used to be. The person she could never be again. And for some reason, that was comforting to her.

Yuki was invited to a party, she accepted with out thinking. She was confused why she accepted but, Yuki understood why she sent the request, it was to show an understanding. Yuki watched the girl walk away, she doesn't know if she should follow or not, If Yuki follows she knows something will change, but if she stays what will happen. Yuki was scared of change, change never was good for her in the past, Yuki knew one day she would have to change but she didn't know it was this close.

(OOC : Afraid of change, eh? You really do sound like me when I was younger..)

Mitsu paused in her footsteps, to hear if Yuki was following. If Yuki was like her, as she thought, she wouldn't directly follow. She'd probably walk away, but end up following in a way that no one else noticed. Because following another player would also be considered a sign of weakness. A sign of following, and not individualism. Mitsu used to enjoy the term "loner". Perhaps Yuki was the same.

Mitsu continued, not even caring if someone noticed her pause. The difference between her and Yuki was that Mitsu gave up. So far, Yuki hadn't. She'd made it that far, and hopefully she didn't fall into the same trap Mitsu did. In fact, Mitsu believed that the constant fight that would be SAO might actually help her. But it didn't make a difference to Mitsu. Not anymore. Hopefully Yuki wouldn't go as far as Mitsu. Maybe that was why she invited her to a party. To make sure Yuki didn't become like her. In a way, it was like Mitsu almost cared about her. But truthfully, it was all selfish. Mitsu didn't want to watch another person become like her. She didn't want to watch as their eyes closed, only to open up empty. She didn't want to see that again.

Opal.

That name flashed through her mind, and she thought of Yuki. The two were nearly the same, give or take a few traits. There were two outcomes to them being "friends". One being Mitsu stopped Yuki from becoming like her. Two, being Mitsu failed. And Yuki fell into the same trap that took Opal. But the pain form the choice she had to make was gone. The choice didn't effect her anymore. Not like it used to, at least. Maybe it didn't matter which outcome played through. But Mitsu wished it did. Mitsu wished she could feel the pain of others once again. And in the same way she didn't.

What a pain.

Yuki followed her jumping from roof to roof, Yuki doesn't want to change, but who knows it might happen. Yuki has given up many times, but when it came to irl, she got into may fights and no one cared at her house, except her little brother. Yuki still feels bad about many lives she took before she came into this game. Yuki became this way to keep people away, she didn't want anyone to know the pain she felt everyday. She knew that one day she will wake up and not care, she doesn't want that to happen yet.

Yuki keeps following the girl remembering the past that she vowed to never think of, she couldn't help it. She just remembered everything on a repeat. Yuki has been alone for so long, she wanted a companion that understood her, that knew how she was feeling, how she... acts. Yuki started remembering when she killed many people, she was running away from cops, anyone who could've caught her.

On a repeat Yuki remembers vividly how she killed the person, she kept following the girl. Yuki knew if she kept thinking about this she will either have a panic attack or will pass out. She tries to distract herself by singing. She knew that everyone could hear her voice, that wasn't bad, it was actually really good. She kept singing and eventually it made her distracted from the scary thoughts and memories she was having.

Mitsu was right. Yuki did follow her, but indirectly. Mitsu felt a pang of guilt, a feeling she hadn't felt in over a year. In fact, it was pretty much the only feeling she'd felt in a while. Mitsu remembered that day clearly. The day she woke up, and she couldn't feel anything anymore.

It had been a dry Summer's day, June... 7th? Yes, June 7th. The days that had been leading up to that day had been depressing, and she had skipped school most days of the weeks beforehand. Her parents didn't know, though. But this day was different. She woke up, and she could barely even feel her muscles move as she walked. It was like she was numb. Everywhere. The only thing she felt was in her chest. In her heart. It felt like there was a hole. Everytime she took a breath, there it was. A big, empty, hole. Smack in the middle of her heart. And she couldn't get rid of it. From that day on, she never understood the jokes her friends made. But she laughed anyway. She never understood the tears one shed. But she tried to comfort them anyway. From that day on, she never understood why people were so afraid of death. It seemed like it was nearly the same as living. To her. All the time, and effort, and pain, she'd put into learning about the ways people saw different realities or black and white and gray. None of it mattered after that day. After that day, nothing mattered.

That was the day she gave up slashing at the empty battlefield. That was the day she accepted that there was nothing she was fighting. It was all imaginary. All a figment of her imagination, to make her believe that she could have a reason. That reason was to win a war. But there never was a war. She had always been hoping. Hoping for a war.

And now she had it. But it was too late. Because it was after the day that the battle didn't matter. After the day that none of it mattered.

And she didn't want Yuki to become like she did.

Yuki kept following the girl who is now in a party with. She jumps from building to building. Is extremely quiet and and quick, but not quick enough where you can't see her. Yuki has run fast, but the speed that she can run was because of her fights, she had to run away quickly before the police came. Yuki noticed that the girl seemed a bit dazed. Yuki knew she was thinking about her past. Yuki kept staring dead straight at her as she followed.

Mitsu paused, to look around at her surroundings. She saw an empty park area, and that was pretty much all. Mitsu was happy about the "empty" part. Walking, slower now, Mitsu walked over and sat on a bench that was slightly in the entrance to the park. Waiting for Yuki. There was something she needed to talk to her about.

And the outcomes had already been laid out. It was all up to the roll of a die or a flip of a coin. Or, in less words, it was up to luck.

"YukiSuzuki?" Mitsu asked, confirming her name. "You remind me of someone I used to know." She said, looking down at her hands which were lain on her lap. "Someone who changed, and who cannot ever change back." Of course, this person was herself. Her past self. She could never refer to them as a part of her anymore. They were so different, they were like two different people. So that's how she refered to them. "You, are like them. Before they changed." Mitsu looked up, but not at Yuki. At a tree. Up in the tree there was a virtual bird. A virtual bird in a virtual nest in a virtual tree. The virtual bird whistled, but it got no answer. But the virtual bird felt no sorrow or hurt. The virtual bird felt nothing. Sometimes Mitsu believed that she belonged in a virtual world. She would fit in with the birds. The birds with no feelings.

"I have two things to say to you. One : Keep fighting. Every step of your life there will be a new enemy. A new obstacle. And you have to fight them. Two : Killing doesn't do you any good. It may make remind you that you are alive, but later it will make you wish you were dead."

Those were words she'd told herself long ago. The day she picked up the knife. The day she first slid it across her left arm, cutting deep. The first day she felt nothing. No pain, so sadness, no anger. The day she picked up the knife, and put it in her back pack. She thought about it all during class and all during break. But at the end of the day she knew. The very words she spoke to her, were the words that she saw as true.
