[PP-F2] Training with the birds <Itzal, Verus, Kooh>

Recommended Posts

"Come on guys, it's this way!"  Itzal called back.  He often forgot that although he was usually able to sleep and wake up perfectly fine at whatever time, not many people could.  He decided to slow down for them.  The whole reason they decided to head out was for some more training, but Itzal told them to come by the mountain side.  Well, he said he found a new edition to their team and that she was waiting for them by the mountain.  Itzal almost spilled when he saw Kooh's obvious frustration, but he didn't want to spoil the surprise.  He also had yet to show off his armor and although they had probably seen his blade in a glimpse, they never really had a good look at it.  Today was a perfect day to show them.  He smiled.  Life was going great.  He gained three new friends (two more than he'd ever made in real life), befriended a familiar, and had yet to see any pkers.  What could go wrong at this point.  He frowned when his logical side of the brain reminded him that a lot could go wrong.  He shook his head.  Today he'd let his creative side dominate.

"We've been walking for so loooooong." Verus whined just loudly enough for the others to hear, throwing his head back and sulking slightly. The trek felt longer than it actually was, which put his mood off even more. He was never one with an immense amount of patience; things just needed to get done fast in his mind. There were few things that he loved that he would wait for, and well traveling wasn't one of them. He needed Adhae to carry him again like the time before. A slight image of her being a human taxi flashed into his head and put him at ease. He'd work something out with her.

"Neither one of y'all happen to be like, the heir to some fortune right?" He lightly patted both Itzal and Kooh on their backs, walking almost a little too close to both of them. "A cart would really be a great investment, you know?"
