The meal wasn't that good at all. She didn't like it at all. But she would get better over time. After they finished, she kind of sat there, amazed what she cooked was edible. She started to reminiscent about the first time she tried to cook. It went..badly. Burnt French Toast. It smelled so bad. Her parents just kind of looked at her slightly dissapointed slightly finding it funny.

He pulled her back to reality with the mention of songs.

"Music, and singing? Huh? I don't have any preference but you can sing? I'd love to hear." she states, smiling at him happily.

Itzal sat there for a moment and was slightly disappointed that she didn't give him a song to sing.  He loved singing but he liked to know what his audience liked.  Still, if she was interested in more songs he could tell her to make a request.  He sat there trying to think of a good song that wasn't used every single freaking day.  His friends, as well as big companies and malls, and most people used a radio channel with the most popular songs that played over, and over, AND OVER again and he was sick of it.  He loved some of the songs but he loved variety more, and when you hear a song too much, it gets old.  Finally he reached a song and smiled.

Lately I've been, I've been losing sleep
Dreaming about the things that we could be
But, baby I've been, I've been praying hard
Said no more counting dollars, we'll be counting stars
Yeah, we'll be counting stars

I see this life like a swinging vine,
Swing my heart across the line
In my face is flashing signs,
Seek it out and ye shall find.

Old but I'm not that old
Young but I'm not that bold
And I don't think the world is sold
I'm just doing what we're told

And I I I I feel something so right by doing the wrong thing
And I I I I feel something so wrong by doing the right thing

I could lie, couldn't I, couldn't I?
Every thing that kills me makes me feel alive.

Lately I've been, I've been losing sleep
Dreaming about the things that we could be

Lately I've been, I've been losing sleep

Ye-e-yeah

I feel her love
And I feel it burn down this river every time
Hope is our four-letter word, make that money watch it burn

Everything that drowns me makes me wanna fly

Oh, take that money watch it burn,
Sing in the river the lessons I learned
Take that money watch it burn,
Sing in the river the lessons I learned
Take that money watch it burn,

As he began to sing his fingers began tapping to the beat without his even knowing.  As he got deeper into the song the had began to move, slowly tilting back and forth, using quick two hits.  Finally at the heat of the song he was tapping like the hollow log was a drum without realizing it.  As he drummed it made somewhat a drum like sound, but the funny thing is that even when he finished he had no idea he had done anything.

As he sang, Alisa looked over at him, slightly in awe. He was a great singer, and she was rather surprised. It relaxed and soothed her to be honest. After he finished she gave him a large smile, "Wow! You are so good at that, you're amazing!" she happily states. Alisa gave him praise for a few more minutes before yawning heavily. It was rather late now and she looked really tired.

As she sat, her head fell forward some as she threatened to fall asleep on him.

Itzal noticed how tired she was and smiled gently.  He wanted to stargaze with her but it seemed she was too drained of energy.  And she'd need it tomorrow.  He didn't even think she could get into bed without falling flat on the ground.  He stood, picked her up and laid her on the soft ground and put the sheet over her.

"Goodnight Alisa.  Sleep well."  Itzal sighed and walked up the hill onto the cliff and lay down on his back, staring into the night sky.  The soft grass, the ever so gentle breeze and the stars and moon in the sky made this night perfect.  As he stared into the night he decided to sleep here.  His outfit provided some warmth so he didn't really need the sheet.  He also felt uncomfortable with one:  Tearing the sheet as that might actually break it's durability and removing their only source of warmth, and two:  sleeping with someone else.  He actually blushed just by thinking of it and shook his head.  It would be a while before he fell asleep.  He sighed hopelessly.

Alisa smiled lightly as she was put on the ground and the sheet put on her. She slowly curled up into a small tired ball and continued to rest easily. She was a heavy sleeper, and when she got comfortable she was out for hours, barely even dreaming. Though, she awaited the next day of training, wondering what was in store for her after said training. New people to meet, new fights to fight, new quests to do. With the goal of directly helping the few to escape this game, she rested easily for now. In the future it wouldn't be so simple. But of course, she would have people by her side at that point to help her through any problems. Itzal, Jonathan, and people she will meet in the future will help her gain her goals. In return she’d help them do something they wanted. Fair trade indeed.
