Seeing as how most of the quests were checked off his list, Seul decided there probably wouldn't be much trouble in just checking this one out. He had come to the first floor the day before and stayed at the inn for the night to rest up for whatever trial lied ahead. When he reached the location in the plains later that day there was only surprise to be found at what his task actually required. A dragon, a baby one at that, was perched idly on top of a gemstone nearby. He remembered reading (more like skimming) that the details for the quest involved securing the emerald being protected by the dragon. This was almost too easy though; the little creature didn't even seem threatening in the slightest after all. How anyone would have trouble against it was beyond him, but maybe it was just an issue with morality. Was a dumb rock really worth the dragon's life? ...Yeah. “Sorry little fella,” He said while readying his blade for the fight to come. "But a job is a job." Seul simply walked up to the dragon and brought the blade down on its neck in one swift motion, severing its head from the body and thus killing it in an explosion of pixels. Just as he thought, a simple task that left a sort of wanting feeling from the lack of any real threats. Still, he was glad the job was done. The experience and reward he'd be receiving would be good, so complain about the little stuff wasn't really warranted. All that remained was the stone the monster once guarded. An emerald that had a certain brilliance to it when held up to the light. After making sure the gem was securely placed in his inventory, it was time to move on to some other task for the day.
