PP - F3 Up to Speed (Lee, Piera, Jomei)

To Calrex's surprise, it wasn't many days after he, Lee, Piera, and Zandra had discovered Jomei in the snow-covered field zones of the fourth floor that the bluenette had received a response to his private message. He had sent it at the end of the tense interaction just a few steps away from the safe zone's borders as a way for them to be brought up to speed on what was happening, at least from what he had seen through his own perspective. Looking back, he couldn't exactly say that the way things went that time were what he had hoped, but he also understood that in the end such things were mostly out of his control.

While it was nice to see Lee, Piera, and Jomei after such a long period of time, but their meeting was concluded with Jomei and Zandra's relationship now being over. Calrex himself wasn't directly involved with it, but he could still recall the times in the past when the black-haired woman had expressed her concerns over various things when they went on various adventures, completing both quests and dungeons. He had wished the best for the two, but it seemed that other events set things down a different path.

"Just what the hell happened with Ariel and Lowenthal...I guess there's only so much I'll be able to figure out. In any case, that's not what's top priority right now."

As he appeared on the third floor the bluenette pulled up his friends list, seeing the coordinates of Lee's location, "Well, best not waste time and get moving. I've never been to this location before. What the heck is there?"

Lee stood atop a massive dragon's skull, the flames around him flickered against the armor he wore, dancing around him were the embers of death and beyond that, nothing. The entire landscape was littered with the corpses of monster after monster, massive golem chunks to manticore's dismantled corpses. With a deep breath, Lee would swing his sword free of the creatures blood and right as he let it slide into his sheath, a massive humanoid figure would rise behind him and before he could completely turn to face it, left arm would burst open in a violent explosion of black glitches and code and then he would wake up.

Lee would be leaning back in his chair on the top floor of his mansion, the chair turned to face the large window as he took in several breaths and lean forward, taking his head in his hands as he aimed to regain his composure. He would pull himself from his chair and equip his armor and look around and as per usual, the room contained himself in terms of conversation and that was the way he enjoyed it the most and what he had the single room at its top to simple get the quiet he never asked for. It was funny as he usually never liked the whole 'being by himself' idea and he felt as though it was mainly for the off chance he needed privacy or wanted to enjoy the view.

The male player would look to see that Piera was still in his party and it had become something he had been doing more out of daily habit. Like checking a phone or computer for the time, it didn't feel different or odd. Though, for the time being, while they were indeed together, now they had a building to actually call home and currently, even had a plus one in the form of Jomei. Lee himself had come to smooth things over with Piera so now that she also knew of the building, it felt as though that having Jomei here for the time being only felt like the right thing to do.

Everything was still fresh in Jomei's mind. Everything that had happened in the past few days. Now, after his latest meeting with Piera on Floor One, at the Monument of Life, Jomei had learned of even more of his friends who had perished thanks to his world, and the dark hearts of others. His own heart and soul ached at the lost lives of so many friends, but he also felt a sense of closure, knowing for sure of their fates. They were not roaming alone in this hell of a world, and their souls were now at rest. ... It still hurt like hell though. A sigh escaped past the ginger's lips as he leaned back in his chair, the sun piercing through his window lighting up the side of his face as he stared at the ceiling. On his lap, sat his lute, with one hand sitting on the face of the instrument, gently plucking at a single string every could of seconds. The only noise the man heard was the note being played on repeat. 

Yesterday was Jomei's first day staying with Lee and Piera in their mansion. How the two came across a mansion while he was gone, Jomei could never wrap his mind around. Though he appreciated everything the two were doing for him, despite how much Jomei knew they were suffering as well from the loss of their best friend. The room he sat in was dimly lit, the only light pouring in from the windows on a single wall. For a guest bedroom, it was already quite furnished with a desk and bookshelves, which made adapting quite simple for him. Eventually he would move out and find a place of his own, one that was not the attic of his own shop. But until that day, staying with Piera and Lee would be fine. 

Letting the chair he sat in fall down to all fours, Jomei stood up, placing the lute against his desk. Composing music was something he could not gather himself to do recently, so he figured he should find something else to do to take his mind off of things. The man, donned in his regular sleeveless town clothes and no cloak, decided now may be the best time to explore this mountainside estate. Exiting his room, Jomei began to wander the halls, walking towards a large flight of stairs which he believed would lead to the foyer. His mind wandered, just as his feet did. Just how big was this mansion? Would it take him awhile if he tried to find Piera or Lee? Shrugging off the thought, Jomei continued down the stairs into the large entranceway.
