Had the man been closer by, she would have been compelled to say that cursing and the like didn't bother her, though she couldn't quite bring herself to shout across the room. Once the other patrons quietened down and the both ex-rivals settled in, their conversation continued as @Aereth shot back with an offer to meet up; Under the stipulation she ask him ahead of time. A smile spread across Birdie's cheeks as she went to reply, though the man had followed up with a comment regarding her flustration; She rolled her eyes in an attempt to dispel the notion, though a faint streak of pink on her cheeks said otherwise. "E-evidently... I-in any case, that sounds good! Let's see, I'm free on..." she pressed a thumb to her bottom lip, "...just about every day of the week. So, how does a couple days time sound?" Flustered thoughts aside, she sent the man a hopeful look. The journey hadn't started quite as planned, with Aereth admitting his early-game woes and plans to dismantle Laughing Coffin, and Birdie expressing her true feelings in regards to Arc's apparent disappearance. Despite the heartfelt blemish on an otherwise successful couple of quests, it was truly a day of fun and frustration, of reunion and revelation; And a day to be remembered. ~~~Thread complete!
