Spoiler

his quest takes place on Floor 3
This quest is repeatable for item only

The master NPC Armorsmiths Griswold, and his wife Hanna, have opened his services to new players of SAO a custom armor shop. He takes orders for no price, but instead asks for materials. That's right. YOU, the player, have to tell Griswold what kind of armor you want. He'll give you the material names and how to get them, and it's up to you to retrieve them.

Entering the shop on Floor 3, you encounter a surly smith and his loving wife. After describing the type of armor you desire (Cloth, Leather, Light Metal, or Heavy Metal) Griswold works with you to determine the right type of material, before sending you on your way to collect the needed materials. Upon returning with the correct materials in the proper quantities, Griswold and Hanna will create your very own set of Uncommon Armor. These materials can be found from fighting a dark elf in the Forest of Wavering Mists.

Embers wasn't a huge fan of this third floor, but, well, a quest was a quest no? After all, that was all that was important. She needed some levels, and quests were the part of the course. So she would just have to suck it up, bare her teeth and get this crap done. It was like all the training she did when she went into a spiral of losing control of her life. She became obsessed with getting stronger, days in and out, and while this was with much less zealous, its intent was just the same. Sword Art Online needed levels, the more levels, the stronger. She needed to become stronger, there was no way to go about it. No way around it. But, she would change that. Levels, quests. She'd do them all, and she had a few favors she could pull in. But, for quests like this, she didn't have to pull them in, yet.

One day she'll call for help, but for a quest like the one she intended to do, well, she could solo a few little things no? After all, when was a little fight going to stop her eh? It hadn't stopped her in the real world, so no way in hell it was stopping her now.

Embers found the blacksmithy, it wasn't too hard to find after all. All blacksmith buildings looked pretty much the same, she could only assume that they couldn't break out of the traditional mentally of what a blacksmith was. But, either way, she wanted to get this quest done and move on. The girl was already donning her Heavy Armour, which was pitch blade and made her looked like a Dark Knight, not the mention the Scythe she had on her back. Truly, she was death incarnated. She loved her new look, made her feel like a badass, plus enemies would feel fear seeing her running at them.

Normally she cared little for her appearance, dressing for herself and occasionally a boy she liked. But, in a game like this, some level of fear mattered. So dressing as a Dark Knight of Death, well, it felt nice, even if it wasn't entirely original. Still, she could work it out. So she began her slow walk to the blacksmith shop to get her quest.
