Either call her by her full username or by the nickname she corrected you on in another post. An NPC template would be fine for users to reference. Each floor having it's own unique NPCs, event NPCs we could issue out via Mass Emails as being the author of the email, and players could use that NPC to reference in their posts. We could come up with the list of NPC's and then make Pre approved scripts for the palyer to choose from depending on their actions. Like if you buy an item the NPC will either a) try to upgrade your sale b) thank you for coming and welcome you back c) suggest another shop different items.
