[SP-F5] The Phantom Blade - Complete

Recommended Posts

*Monster Post*

The Phantom Blades arms return to their outward positions, as it begins to spin. Unlike previous attempts, this attack was almost a blur impossible to see the individual blades, as it rips through anything in its way. Seldentar jumps back, almost not fast enough as the spinning blades nearly cut him down./i]

Seldentar rushes forward, screaming to Shadow to attack now. His sword begins to glow with the sword skill as he lunges forward just as the creatures spinning comes to a stop, with Shadow behind it jumping with its claws forward. As the creature raises its scythes, both attacks land home, and in a powerful shattering sound and visual effect, the Phantom Blade is no more

Seldentar drops to a knee, exhausted by both the time and the fight, and shadow walks up to him rubbing against him. They had done it, it hadn't been easy, but they managed to defeat it. With a glowing light, a chest appeared where the Phantom Blade had fallen. He had heard that this was the case. He had already seen the victory window pop up, indicating Col payout, experience, and an item drop. However, the chest appearance made it possible for multiple items to drop.

Loot:

1- 3: Empty

4 - 8: 1 Material

9 - 13: 2 Material

14 - 18: 3 Material

19 - 20: 4 Material

As he opened the chest, he sees another 2 items added to his inventory. Pulling up the description, he stares in awe at finally finding what he had been searching for. A rare crafting ingredient. According to the info Broker, if he made a piece of clothing with this, it could really help him in his fights, making him harder to hit. He pockets the 3 pieces, and pulls Shadow into his arms.

"Its way too late for us to walk back, especially carrying a rare material. Lets go home this way instead."

It was costly yes, but his victory was worth quite a bit, and definitely worth the expense. As he pulls the Blue Crystal out of his pocket, he holds it in the air high.

"Teleport! Urbus!"

And in a flash of blue light, they vanish, returning to the Floor 2 Settlement.
