A [Static], [Paralytic Venom], or [Thorns Enhancement] equipped. Effect: Non-critical attacks against the user of this skill take 5*User Tier DMG. This effect also triggers on up to 3 nearby targets. Description: The user has gained an ability to generate their own static charge and cover their body in it as long as they have something to push the current through. Its like get zapped from touching someone but much worse and the current arcs through multiple targets! Example: T4 Morg 600/600 100 MIT Bear A 100/100 1 DMG Bear B 100/100 1 DMG Bear C 100/100 1 DMG Bear D 100/100 1 D<G ___________________ Bear A rolls 6 Hit. Voltaic Dominion Activated! Bear B rolls 8 Hit. Voltaic Dominion Activated! Bear C rolls 10 Crit!
