[PP F1] New Beginnings (Shaula)

Akira walks through the forest silently only the clink of his sword can be heard while he scans the area for any monsters to possibly fight and kill for xp. He half-heartedly expects someone to accompany him but doubts the thought being he is this deep in the woods. Wish someone was here he mumbles to himself.

Shaula had been wandering the forest for a while, exploring new areas when she noticed someone walking along a path. She hides behind a tree wondering if she should greet the player or not. She peaked around the tree to see if he was a PKer. Seeing that he wasn't she walks out from behind the tree. "Hiya, I'm Shaula! Nice to meet you!" She sticks her hand out waiting for his response.

He slowly reaches his hand out shaking hers and smiles fixing his sword. After looking her over making sure she isn't a PKer his mood brightens I'm Akira he says with a smile the tension in his shoulders relaxing a little bit now knowing he could potentially have someone on his side.

She had been wandering the forest looking for herbs for cooking, but wasn't having much luck with it. She figured he could maybe help out. "So what brought you to the forest?" Maybe he needed help with something.

Akira typically wouldn't help out just a random stranger, but this person just felt different like she wasn't like all the other players who only care for themselves. This made him happy inside a feeling he rarely ever got now and a feeling he can't remember he's had last. After thinking a bit I was just gonna level a bit, or maybe do some collecting, what about you? he responds.

Shaula decided she could trust this person, at least enough to tell him why she was here. "I was coming to collect herbs for cooking. Do you need any help?" She figured leveling couldn't hurt and collecting was her original purpose for coming here anyways. She smiled at him awaiting his answer.

He shifts his weight onto left foot If you want to, sure he smiles at her I don't think it would hurt having someone tag along. Akira sends her an invite to a party waiting for the response.

She happily accepts the party invite, then looks around at the surrounding area for something interesting. Finding nothing she turns back to the"So where are we headed first? She hasn't been to the forest so she didn't know her way around, a bad thing if he decided attack her.

I was going to head a little further and search for some boar or wolves. he points in the general direction of where he's headed. Just a little further down the path I think he clears his throat and rolls his shoulders working out the soreness.

[Shaula 0]

She looks at where his finger was pointing and opened her invintory, equipping her sword and cloak. She put her hood on and unsheathed her sword, looking back in the direction he had pointed in. "Well what are we waiting for? I don't know this area very well, so can you lead the way? I mean, if your ready to go."

He pulls his sword from the sheathe and begins walking down the path in the direction he said. I stop about mid way looking around "Did you hear that" he looks around cautiously in every direction. Akira grips his sword tighter being more alert.

[Shaula 0]

She sees him stop and grips her sword and holds it in a defensive position. She looks around searching for anything unusual. Finding nothing she relaxes a little though still alert and ready to pounce. "What did it sound like" She asks hoping to hear it aswell, it was hard to distinguish sounds in a forest.

He looks around cautiously still, raising his sword slowly It sounded like twigs were snapping.. And a faint snorting he shrugs his shoulders losing tension a bit It could've been nothing, but it's always good be cautious. Akira looks back at her then forward again Lets go he waves his sword.

She follows Akira through the dense brush on the forest floor checking behind her to make sure there wasn't anything following them. They were traveling farther and farther into the forest, farther and farther into an area she wasn't used to. "Do you have any way to track the monsters or are we just guessing?"

He turns around If you want we can search here, I don't mind and no I don't have any way of tracking. I've never really gone this deep. So if you feel uncomfortable going farther we can stop. Akira notices her uneasiness deciding he shouldn't go deeper. Doing so could end up with dead anyhow, he thinks to himself.

Relieved by this she relaxes herself and begins to look around for any monsters nearby. She activates her tracking ability, scanning the ground for recent tracks. "Hey, I found something. Looks like a pretty good sized beast from the tracks, though what it is I don't know. She begins following the tracks in there general direction.

He follows closely behind his sword at the ready Are you sure we should we following this? You said it was big, right?. Akira tenses up again seeming uneasy about the whole situation.

[Shaula 0]

She paused when he had said this. She hadn't really considered that they may not be able to handle it and she didn't want to drag him into anything he didn't want to. She turns around and looks at him and smiles. "I wont drag you into anything you don't want to participate in, so it's up to you if we follow." She stares at him, awaiting his response.

He takes a deep breath and sighs pondering his own strength and then responds Alright.. Let's follow it, I hope we're strong enough though Akira followers her reluctantly.

She sees his reluctance in his face, but continues onward determined that they could take whatever is creating the tracks. After following the tracks for a while she darts into the brush. She had found the creature making the tracks was a Wolf. She slashes at the wolf hoping to hit it's neck, but misses and jumps back beside Akira. "Your turn!"
