I think this is something that needs to be worked on and discussed because there appears to be a lot of issues with boss fights, event fights, and all around people spamming with no real directions at all, no boss to react, no one to monitor...its really hectic.

I agree. I could've swore that boss lost about seven toes, three arms, and a dozen weapons XD

90% of the attacks were misses, but some how still did damage.

I agree with this I say for Boss Fights every three posts the boss HAS to post or no one else can. What do others think?

This is a good idea, though some people might invest more time in their post while the othes write a one liner just to get the hit before them. The best way of dealing with this, in my opinion at least, is limit 1 post per user.

Though I haven't participated in a any boss battles, so my opinion isn't really that relevant.

Agreed, there should be a set formula for doing a boss fight, otherwise it just becomes a hot mess. Players should discuss in the chatbox plan of attack and terms of posting, otherwise the boss will lose everything but the kitchen sink.

I see why everyone is agreeing with this but you made this thread toward The Red Diamond thread which Kay posted. Yes, the whole thread became a mess because no one was told if they needed to use the battle dice or not. It really doesn't need discussed just explained more when doing events like that. People didn't see it as a dungeon boss or anything were it's mandatory to use the battle dice. Heck, I even was confused at this because seeing how the thread was made who'd think to use the dice? I just think it should've been explained more with a posting limit of three people, then boss, then three other people etc... Though I get what your saying and all.

What i also think needs to be communicated better, is when two players in combat are fighting and when one is editing the other player posts immediately after with no knowledge of what they are responding to

So true xD our fight was sorta stuffed up, I was thinking and I hope it should be official, that in a duel, one post per strike, e.g Ryu vs Me

We should take 1 post, then wait for the other to reply then keep doing it, 1 post at a time, it's confusing if 1 person keeps doing it
