Covey - A wonderful Act  Olenna wasn't fond of the people that she was raised around. They stared, eyes practically boring into her soul and making her squirm in discomfort. Blonde hair, blue eyes, none of which were common here, especially in Rural Japan. Her mother, Yukari, was always stared at too. It wasn't too much of a secret, of course. Having a child out of wedlock, how scandalous! It wasn't long before those looks aimed at both of them became bitter, hateful words, seemingly determined to cut them down. Some days, those words turned into bitter bruises that marred her delicate skin. and some days, she well and truly wished that she knew her father, so that he could come and save her from them. To rescue herself and her mother from their angry gazes.   Years passed, and she aged, going through her education and following the motions. If they were going to hate her, then they wouldn't get the satisfaction of watching her squirm, of watching her suffer. Eventually she graduated from high school, and then from medical school. She'd specialized in pediatric care, something that she'd been dreaming of from a young age. She quickly earned the reputation of being rather no-nonsense, and not to be trifled with. She loved her patients, and would fight for them any day of the week. One day, she'd stumbled upon a copy of the game Sword Art Online, a gift from the parent of one of her patients. It had come with a NervGear, and a set of instructions. So, with a deep breath, she'd completed the calibration of the systems, before diving headfirst into the system. into the hellscape that was that virtual world. TRAITS Spoiler Virtues  Brave - Olenna isn't afraid to jump into action, even if there might be a risk to her well-being. Fear is not really a word in her dictionary, and it shows with her actions. If you need help, she'll show up swiftly to bail you out, no strings attached. She's only ever a quick message away.  Unshakeable - Olenna rarely shows any form of fear, often relaxing in situations that would lead to her being the only one not freaking out in a dangerous situation. It makes her a nice shoulder to lean on, a rock for people to place their burdens by. If only for a mere moment.  Compassionate - even though it takes a while to get her to warm up to it, Olenna is, at her core, a compassionate person. She'll drop what she's doing to care for you, and keep you well cared for. She may be a frosty ice sculpture most of the time, but she's capable of defrosting for the right people. Flaws  Detached - Her unshakeable nature, however, often leads to her coming off as cold and emotionless, rarely emoting to anything that happens around her. Someone dies, nothing. Someone gets maimed, nothing. Its nothing that she hasn't seen before, so she won't react. She won't show her discomfort.  Hot-Tempered - While she doesn't really show her emotions the usual way, she'll show them swiftly and bluntly through her words and actions. Making her truly upset will often earn a foot to the chest, and some expletives hurled your way. It does, however, take some time to make her truly angry.  Reckless - Her bravery often comes back to bite her, turning into a reckless rush into danger most of the time. She'd rather rush into a situation instead of forming a plan, not wanting to wait to jump into action. In her experience, either you act, or someone dies. NOTES Spoiler
