[SOLO-EASY] Arena: Zelrius

Recommended Posts

The arena had been assigned it's challenger. Before the player was able to enter the arena a message prompted for the player. The arena inside was generating one of the many different themes. The field inside of the dome of the arena was preparing a graveyard, that had creatures of the undead lurking about the arena.

Zelrius nodded looking at the message. This was going to be his own real test of skill. Even if this was just a cheap way of proving skill, It was still one more thing Zelrius would have his name on; The Leaderboard. Zelrius imagined it wouldn't bring him a TON of attention, But certainly would be noticeable. He reached his hand out to click the the button.

Drawing his sword, Sange, Zelrius walked forward into the depths of this Arena, Ready to battle.

As the system had registered the challenger accepting the Arena's superior challenge, it opened up the doors to allow the player to enter the dome, which had the graveyard already spawned. Some surrounding details of the arena were that there were tombstones, and coffins about the place. As for the monsters, the first wave of monsters had finally spawned. The system waited to start the assault until the challenger tried the first attack.

Zelrius ran forward at the Mummy, Seing as it would appear to be the strongest thus far. Zelrius brough his sword down with force enough to possible knock someone down, Other then the fact that if your weapon had no Knockback ability You couldn't make anyone back the hell up. Oh well, That didnt matter to Zelrius, what mattered was this hit.

The first skeleton of the three enemies, decided to lead the first charge. As it held a bone in it's hand as a weapon, it tried to swing it at the player, ready to deal some damage already. The skeleton had already dealt a point of damage to the challenger as he hadn't bothered moving for the attack.

The mummy followed up behind the skeleton, slowly, but managed to keep up. Finally, when the mummy was close enough for physical contact, it raised it's stiff arm with the rusted blade in it's hand, and it came down at the player, or at least where the player was currently standing. The player had been too fast, and by fast, it meant he just had to take a small step back to avoid the attack.

The second skeleton was rushing in behind the mummy to try for a third consecutive hit. The player didn't seem challenged by these enemies at all. Either way, the skeleton tried to swing the bone it was holding at the player. The skeleton harmed the player with the bone, but barely enough to make a slight dent into the health at all.

Zelrius wasn't too happy about his slow theatriics. Shaking his head, The Blood Buccaneer backed up a bit to get a view on the three standing before him. So Once again, He charged and pushed his sword out to stab the Mummy. The hope was to reach the higher waves and get an awesome leaderboard ranking.

The first skeleton ran forward after seeing the Mummy get attacked. The skeleton tried to swing it's "bone club" at the player, trying to harm it once again. Again, the player was too quick for the enemy, and it missed it's attack. Behind however, the mummy and other skeleton got ready to charge themselves at the player.

The mummy had already began to limp forward at the player, holding the rusted weapon, it neared at the player. Finally, as the mummy was close enough, it swung the weapon at the player. However, again, the mummy couldn't act quick enough and the player was left unharmed by the past to attack on him.

Even though the last two hits were miserable and missed, the charge did not seem to ease up as the monsters kept trying to smash the player. Between the rusted sword and the bones of the skeletons trying to harm the player, nothing was working very well. It seemed that the skeletons had only harmed the player by pure luck earlier. Finally, the third skeleton tried anyways, with a desire to win this arena against the player. The bone had managed to hit the player again, dealing another slight amount of damage.
