Appuru (or I guess I'll say Enjuru.)

has always been bullied. The only time he felt he had power was when diving. His father left home when he was age 6. His mother was always working to pay the bills after that, so he never saw her much. The only real parental figure he had after his father left was his older sister, Sayoko. She was always trying to be there for him. Trying to protect him. He was there for her, aswell. He actually got over not having parents around often quickly, with Sayoko's help. But he knew that her helping him was taking her mind off of it. Oh, you're probably wondering why such a close relationship couldn't stop Enjuru from being bullied. The leader of the bullies was actually great at planning, believe it or not, and knew exactly what to do to keep him silent. Not classic threatening, oh no. He knew one of Enjuru's strongest weaknesses. Greed. He bribed him. Despite Sayoko's constant prying, he held his tounge. Oh, and launch day? Enjuru got in mortal peril 3 times. When the twist of Sword Art emerged, 3 nurses had to hold Sayoko down as they tried to calm her down and let her know that if she removed the NerveGear, the system would microwave Enjuru's grey matter. Eventually, they managed to get through to her and she realized she wouldn't speak with her brother for a long time. She crumpled on the floor, crying softly to her self. Enjuru at that point was thinking of nothing besides beating the game.

» Virtues:

(Thinking clearly) Enjuru has the ability to think calmly through almost any situation. Within a fight, Enjuru can take many factors of damage into account when deciding what is the best course of action. Even if doubt or passion clouds his mind, he will still be able to divise a complex plan within his mind. If he's at low health, that will not affect his thought process like it would with many others. He doesn't allow his thought process to be interrupted by fear. This being said, he's a courageous strategist, not a foolhardy wannabe hero. If he knows without a doubt he or several of his men will die, he will fall back.

(Empathy) Enjuru can often tell what others are feeling by looking at them. Most can't tell what body language or facial expressions say, but he's always had a knack for it. However, despite this ability, he tends to keep himself distant. This will be further explained in flaws.

(Logical thought) Enjuru (as previously discussed) has a great mental strength. This strength can often help when trying to fight individuals who fight for glory. When they yell out something out right wrong, then challenge someone to a fight, Enjuru can often tell if they're fighting for just reasons, or if they just want fame and admiration. If fighting for glory, Enjuru will attempt to disarm them with logic and will often be able to turn it back on them. If fighting for justice, Enjuru will help disarm his opponent with logic.

» Flaws:

(Distant) Enjuru keeps himself distant from other players. He believes that in this world, you shouldn't make the mistake of having relationships. The very people you love and care about in this world, could very well end up in heartbreak. His exact words would be "Making relationships on the other side is fine. There's nothing trying to kill you every step you take. But this world is different. A monster could appear at any point waiting to cut you down, and your HP could hit zero. If you hesitate in a battle, you could very well have already sealed your fate." Despite this, he doesn't go into a battle solo, he's smart enough to realize that there are many possibilities that he could be overwhelmed if he did. He also realizes his abilities as a leader and even though he's distant, he's not cruel. He wants to finish this game as much as anyone else.

(Judgemental) Enjuru makes his decisions based on his own judgment. He sizes up his opponents based on information he has, his enemy's looks, and his own instincts. Based on these judgments, he'll make a strategy. His judgements tend to be wrong, which usually is a hindrance to his plan.

(Greed) Enjuru wants money a lot in the real world. He believes that if he earns enough money, his mother will work less so he can see her more. He's not greedy traditionally, you know, a penny pinching jerk like most, but he'll do anything for money, within reason.
