PP-F5 <The Traveler> The Transporters (Arekkusu) [Complete]

Recommended Posts

The other coyote snarled at Arekkusu as he shatters the other one finishing it. Crozeph saw how it reacted "looks like its angry more than a while ago" he said. The coyote quickly charge at Arekkusu not noticing Crozeph. Crozeph quickly pointed his sword at it and charged at his full speed permitted by the sand. Crozeph managed to reach it but his thrust landed on the hollow part of the skeleton missing. The coyote then continued to charge at Arekkusu pulling Crozeph with "damn it! stay still! bad coyote!" he yelled.

"You heard him." Arekkusu said to the last Coyote. His blade then swarmed with blue light, ready to use his favorite skill once more. It seemed like overkill, but Arekkusu had a lot of fun with the skill. It was just his favorite, and that was all the ready his needed to use it. It's not like he can't. Arekkusu then flashed out of sight, his speed so quick. The Coyote shattered into many data pieces, a second later, Arekkusu appeared with his blade sheathed in its holder. "But if you aren't going to listen to Crozeph, you're going to have to listen to me."

Crozeph rolled on the sand after the coyote shattered at Arekkusu's attack "ugh, too light on it's feet" he said. Crozeph stood up brushing off the sand on his shoulder. Crozeph turned around to see that the canyon is only a few meters away from them "finally we can take a rest" he said. Fortunately the speeding coyote dragged him and made Arekkusu go near the canyon making their travel a little easier. Crozeph sat down on a stone looking at the night sky before him "let's see what I've got" Crozeph opened his inventory and scrolled through his items. Crozeph made an annoyed look at the cargo "this item takes a lot of space from my inventory" he said. Crozeph felt a sudden curiousness in him "I wonder what's inside" Crozeph unloaded the item out of his inventory and settled it on the ground before him "should I open it?" he said staring at the cargo.

Arekkusu was also wondering what was inside, and how much could it hold? Arekkusu didn't normally trust game items, but he wanted to find out. What could it be? An enemy? With the both of them, they could wipe it out of existance in a few swipes. They both took down a Metal Player Eliminator with a party, everyone played their rolls importantly. Now if one were to appear, that might not be so fun. Then again, its health is lowered since it requires more players in order to have a higher amount of health. "Go for it." Arekkusu said to Crozeph.

Crozeph tried prying open the cargo but it seemed more tightly sealed than he expected "too important to be sealed tight like this" he said. Crozeph pulled out his sword and tried burying the blade in it "now show me what's inside this box" the bladed dented the edge of the cargo and show a violet game panel above it

Immortal Object

Crozeph dropped the box on the sand prompting the immortal object sign again "looks like only NPCs can open it" he said. Crozeph got more curious of the cargo about it being immortal "there are things in this quest that really doesn't make sense in a way" he told Arekkusu "let's just leave the things inside here a secret I guess" he said. Crozeph lifted the box looking for any hidden switch that might get it open "still I'm curious at what it holds inside."

"It's not opening..." Arekkusu said out loud with disappointment. It seems they actually had to finish the quest before they can loot the treasures of the heavy cargo. It seems interesting to have the cargo box become immortal, not even Arekkusu had so much strength when it comes to taking out items. He couldn't find anything that could crow a box open. It seems they would have to get to an NPC with experience on this stuff. "Well... how much further do we have to travel?"

Crozeph and Arekkusu sat just by the entrance of the canyon, travelling further inside might get them to trouble of rock slides. Crozeph was also disappointed by the cargo being an immortal object "this game is too strict" he said. Crozeph loaded the cargo back to his inventory and again Crozeph was annoyed by how it took a lot of space "we should take turns sleeping now, I'll go first then we'll switch after midnight" he told him. Crozeph knew that they're inside a safe zone but he didn't trust other players taking advantage of their sleep. "Tomorrow we'll go to Armadillo Town and teleport back to the NPC for this cargo" he told Arekkusu. Crozeph lied down on the ground, he didn't mind the hard surface where he's lying. He has been through worse than that. He didn't like sleeping inside inns while he knows that the little col he had would be cut off by his rent, if the times comes that he has enough cols then he would surely sleep on a bed but right now he has to endure the area conditions the floor has to offer.

Arekkusu kept himself silent, mainly due to the fact his eyes were tired and his lips felt heavy. He didn't know how to speak anymore, he was way too tired. They wouldn't die if he rested, Arekkusu can fight off enemies easily. Still, he knew some pretty rough players that can wipe out armies much faster than Arekkusu. Knowing this, Arekkusu clumsily climbed a tree to make sure he obtains height advantage.

Crozeph woke up after having the rest that he wanted. It was only a few hours until the sun will rise, and he knew it would be a nice view. Crozeph stood up and brushed off the sand behind him. He looked around "where's Arekkusu?" he said. Crozeph then scratched his head. "Maybe he slept somewhere with an advantage" Crozeph knew how Arekkusu is cautious with his surroundings, he won't sleep until he finds a safe place to sleep whether it be nice or not. He stepped out of the canyon and saw the sun slowly appearing from the sand dunes "next objective is to go to Armadillo and teleport back to the city for the NPC" he said. Crozeph could feel the success of this mission he had with Arekkusu, the only thing that stops them is the harsh condition of the area which will hit on them soon.

Arekkusu yawned and stretched his arms before he realized that he was high up in the trees. His blade sheathed beside him, his health at the highest, he wasn't even touched. That was the first time in forever he slept in an area other than his house. It felt like he belonged to nature all over again.

Arekkusu slowly stood up onto the branch, using the tree to roughly support him up. He looked below with his blurry eyes to see where Crozpeh slept. There was no one to be seen sleeping, but there was Crozeph already to continue. He doesn't seem harmed either, that's a relief. Arekkusu jumped the branches to lower himself down safely. He was still a bit sleepy since he just woke up, so he didnt plan to jump from the first branch all the way down.

Crozeph heard a thunk just behind him "I'm guessing that's Arekkusu" he said. He turned around to see just the person he expected "looks like someone had a good sleep" he told him. Crozeph watched as Arekkusu made his way down slowly. It seemed to him that Arekkusu was still feeling a little sleepy. "we have plenty of time but it would be best if we make way for Armadillo now" he told him. Crozeph looked far scanning the area of any danger that they might encounter once they step out of the canyon. The sun has already risen and greeted them with its rays of light "now we can see the mobs more clearly" he thought.

"That's good." Arekkusu said as he looked at his clothing. He liked what he saw, the new updates came in for his gear. "Hey! This is sweet! My orders came in! Now I inflict almost 10 Damage without Charge or other skills, and my evasion rose by 3 as well. Enemies will have a harder time hitting me, field bosses should be nothing for us now with these cool stats. Armadillo town you said right? And then we go into some magical teleporter before we eventually find the NPC? This is running through my head... lets see how long it can stay in my head without forgetting anything."

Crozeph smiled at Arekkusu, his equipments are done now. All it needs is to be tested out in battle "then let's get down to business" he said before darting off to the sand. They've rested enough to be able to fight efficiently and Crozeph's speed is slowly coming back. Crozeph could feel the wind against him but there's no stopping now, Armadillo is within their reach if they keep they're speed at a constant pace. As he treads on the sand, Crozeph could sense the mobs crawling underneath the sand keeping up with him. Crozeph smiled at the thought of it "Arekkusu will get the chance to test out his equipments" he thought. Crozeph then looked back at his friend "looks like we've got trouble around us" he said.Three scorpions emerged from the sand and surrounded them, leaving no gaps for escape. Arekkusu is strong enough to break the formation and Crozeph, there's no such thing as being cornered for him. Crozeph unsheathe his sword and aimed it at one of the scorpion to his left "let's do this" he said.

"Now this is more like it!" Arekkusu exclaimed with excitement, he loved being outnumbered by enemies. That gave him at least a little bit of a challenge, and that something Arekkusu hadn't had ever since his duel with Kiru, or the recent MPE he fought alone. He raised his blade, the wind intensifying as he did so. His sword had Orange Fire spark from all of the edges, his feet felt like they could ran forever. This new energy... it's so lethal for Arekkusu to use. Too much power and Arekkusu would wreck havoc, in a good way of course, but still. Arekkusu turned his attention to the nearest one, one too close for him to use Charge. Arekkusu ran at it before it could even react, then took it out of range and shot it into the air with just one slice. Arekkusu didn't use Charge and the reaction was just as devastating as his old Charge, this was going to be fun for him.

Crozeph how Arekkusu handles himself in battle as if the thought of getting outnumbered made him feel the excitement. Crozeph wasn't that type of person, if it doesn't favor him much he would hesitate a little, his mind limits his excitement unless this other side of him kicks in but as far as he knows as long as it doesn't involve killing or hurting others around him won't make this other side of him surface. There were three and they're circling around them, the other one weak enough to die. These aren't humans or even close to real creatures, no scorpion would grow like that big. Crozeph lifted his sword and tried to hack off one limb from the scorpion in front of him but he was too careful hitting only sand and missing just a few inches. Crozeph moved back tried to keep his eye on his target and successfully dodging its attempt to attack him too, he can't let himself worry about the other one who wasn't facing them "I'll keep my eyes on you" he told the scorpion in front of him and raising his sword. It looks like he's figured something out and the battle will surely be more troublesome.

Arekkusu raised his blade at the next enemy, which was all ready and fired up for a fight. Arekkusu aimed his blade forward towards the next Scorpion, then in two seconds, he took off, bringing the air with him. He then sliced through the Scorpion, knocking it back just as badly as the last one without using Charge. His charisma is growing.

Crozeph could see Arekkusu slicing through the enemies one by one and it seems that he's going really well in this "the perfect weapon" he said jokingly. Crozeph couldn't let himself go without hitting nothing. The scorpion he eyed earlier is now weak thanks to Arekkusu's serious skills. "One less scorpion to worry about" he said. Crozeph dashed forward and this time making sure his attack hits perfectly. Crozeph's sword buried itself on the scorpion's face, everything happened fast that it didn't time to react at his speed even with the sand slowing him down "now get back underneath the sand" Crozeph pulled up the sword slicing its face and shattering it to pieces. Crozeph then turned his attention to the next one on his kill list with his sword raising his swordand pointing it at the scorpion.

Arekkusu heard data pieces shatter while he was mowing down the scorpions. This showed that Crozeoh was handling the scorpions, hopefully he is gathering loot. Meanwhile, Arekkusu was ready to slice through the third armadillo and take its life with one hit. His blade didn't glow in blue light anymore, but in had blue flames swarming the edges of the blade. This was the new version of charge for Arekkusu, and he wasn't disappointed the slightest. He disappeared, his speed intense, only wind can sense him with its direction. Arekkusu sliced through the scorpion and killed it instantly. The body of Arwkkusu then appeared at the other end, his body flaming for a few seconds before the flames burnt out.

Crozeph heard another shattering sound behind him "looks like need to finish this already" Crozeph raised his sword and quickly turned around slashing at the limbs of the last scorpion standing and still breathing out of the three that tried to corner them but failed miserably. The scorpion fell down but managed to hit Crozeph in the shoulder with its pincers making him fall on his knee in the sand "not going down without a fight again?" Crozeph slashed at the pincer cutting it off completely. He moved forward and buried his sword at the face of the scorpion making it shatter completely. Crozeph sheathed his sword and looked to the direction where Armadillo is "just a few more miles and we'll be in the town" he said. Crozeph then decided to continue their walk. They maybe strong and fast enough to handle mobs but they also get tired and it doesn't go well with fighting mobs that might appear around them.

Arekkusu wanted to run those last few miles, he could run a lot faster than he ever thought he would ever be running. Those miles would only take minutes if he were to run. But he had to consider his partner as well, and so he made sure to pace himself with Crozeph and walk alongside him. This shouldn't take too long, and Arekkusu could guard his partner easily now. Arekkusu  kept his blade in its holder, realizing that he draws it much quicker than he ever did in the past. This was going to be easy for him to do now.

"A few more miles it is." Arekkusu said. "That isn't really much when you compare it to the amount of work we did here. And with these new stats, anything should be easy now for us. We will be doing these theses quests much more easily."
