A PKer is someone who kills another player, be it another account or a NPC PLAYER ; others will instantly know you are a PKer because you will have a orange/red player icon instead of green. So in the RP they can see that you are a PKer. 'You won't be included' Means that for some time you cannot enter towns or safe zones.
