That is the ones who are more grasping onto the fact that it's a game and, those who see the game more as an actual fantasy world. For example a charecter who is more gripping to the fact it's a game might not be as affected by taking hits but rather looking at his or her HP bar. While the other ones might think they feel the actual pain. It's sorta like the whole sci-fi vs fantasy genre like what really is SAO. Some say because the game is a fantasy genre it's fantasy but others say because it's in the future and it's future technology it's sci-fi. Just some thoughts not really meant to aspire to anything.
