But the boar was not impressed, it was pissed, and it turned around and charged straight for Dante. “You’d better get a move on kid, you don’t want those things to catch you. You won’t feel pain, but it’s not very cool to have the life points knocked right out of you.†She laughed. Zaz did not bother to step in. The kid needed to learn how to defend himself. If he got into real trouble, she would save him of course, but until then, Azazel was going to let Dante work it out. This boar seemed stronger than Dante in truth, and he knew it would be a good idea to take it out before vice versa. He circled around the boar then jumped to the creature with a furious jab. She watched as the boy hit the porcine again. “Good,†she told him. His actions only angered the beast further and the boar charged Dante and hit him. It was a rather good hit and so Azazel felt that she ought to do something about it. “That’ll do pig,†she said as she drove her rapier straight into the belly of the mob. The boar squealed and once again turned its attention back to Azazel. “There were go.†She said taunting the thing. He lunged and his spear came crashing down ready to impale the boar. Anna went in to stab it again but the thing swung back around evading her attack. It seemed that the animal was gunning for the boy who kept inflicting damage upon it. This wasn’t good. He still had a good amount of health left, but if he kept doing too well, the animal would keep going after him. “censored!†Zaz cursed as she rushed in to keep the boy from harm, but it was too late, he was nicked and his health points dropped a tick. He slung the creature to the side as a few red pixels leaked out of his pixelated avatar. The boar fell over as it stumbled to get back up, but it was too late for the beast. She moved in to attack once again, but her swing was wide. The boar dashed around her and then went straight for Dante. This was ridiculous! The newb was getting in far too many good hits and if he kept it up he was going to get himself into trouble. “Incoming!†she warned him. It was all she could do for the moment. There was nothing he could do as it slammed into him and knocked him back once more. He sprang up and began to leap towards it once again though, determined to kill it. Once more the big pig spotted Dante and then charged for him. It was beyond livid. The boy had pummeled the beast and it wanted to do some damage of its own. Ending this sooner, rather than later would be a good idea for Dante as he was also taking quite a few hits himself. ID: 16977 BD:7 With a strong swing he connected, the boar was barely breathing. The boar shattered into a million red crystal shards that floated away and disappeared. “You did really well for being a newb, you know that,†Anna said in surprise. Once the boar was gone completely she walked over to where the thing left behind its reward, a material and 90 col. She tossed it all over to the kid. “Take that, you earned it.†She told him. "Thanks Zaz!" he exclaimed as he showed his gratitude for her generosity. "Well, is there where we part ways then?" Dante asked the woman as she didn't seem to have any interest for staying around much longer. After all, she hadn't been drinking in hours since there adventure, and he knows how she feels about that. Dante sat down and looked through his inventory as he waited for her response. It was the least the boy could do for all the help she’d given him. “Come on now, I’m thirsty!†Anna called out to Dante. She was impressed with the boy; he’d proven himself useful on the battlefield. When she got back into town she would have to send a message to Calrex about the boy’s abilities. He would make an excellent addition to Absolute Pin.
