Sitting on a bench, Klick watched as the snow continued to fall. It was gentle and peaceful. Had he been home, he would be building a snowman. However in this death game, it becomes hard to enjoy the little things in life. He sigh watch his breath fog up the air. He really missed his friends, his family, and his tutor. He also felt weak because he had problems fighting and even doing damage to the weakest of monsters. Time was taking its toll and it was a huge fee. He looked up to the ever cloudy sky. And quiet and slowly song one of his favorite winter songs in English,

"Sleigh bells ring

Are you listening
In the lane
Snow is glistening
A beautiful sight,
We're happy tonight
Walking in a winter wonderland"

"You have a lovely voice."

Her own, she realized the moment she spoke, was unusually loud in the quiet that blanketed the street like the ever-falling snow. Her face warmed against the cold, but she did not apologize for her compliment. Truly, his singing was a very special gift. How long had it been since Lessa had heard the sound of someone singing? How long had it been since she herself had engaged in the activity? Singing was once her favorite thing to do, but she had not felt much like singing lately.

"I like that song a lot," she continued, slowing to a halt beside the player. Offering him a small, tight-lipped smile, she crossed her arms against her heavy breastplate. "It reminds me of home."

Klick stopped after hearing the voice of a blond hair girl. He turned only for his face to turn red. Embarrassed that someone was listening, he lowered his head to hide his embarrassment and exhaled the little air he had stored up in his lungs. The could air quickly reacted giving his warm breath shape and form. There was another girl around Klick and he did not know how to react to it. The memories of his tutor and her impact on him was without a doubt still fresh in his mind. Still he knew he could not survive hanging onto someone who has already passed away. He decided to look up at the girl not smiling but pretending to be a little relieved. Then it hit him. She said something to him. He closed his eyes to try and remember what she said. Lucky she only spoke short sentences so Klick was able to understand mostly. In Japanese he thanked her for the complement. Then not thinking he accidentally switch to English, "It is amazing how people can even remember 'home' My memories is hazy and all i can remember is the flashing lights and sand." Klick grew up in a desert city in Nevada, USA. As Klick finished he stood up, feeling bad that he was sitting and the woman wasn't.
