[SP-F1] A Dreamy Blade <<Blades of Dreams>> COMPLETE

Recommended Posts

Blue heard that an NPC girl had only recently opened a new blacksmith shop for custom orders open to all players. Apparently, the girl only took orders for materials yet no col. He figured that he might as well get a new sword even though he already had a pretty great sword already. However, despite the fact that he doesn't have much col, he might as well take advantage of the opportunity for a free sword. He sat up from the bed in his shop having spent his first night in his shop instead of a park bench. He smiled, feeling quite comfortable having slept on an actual bed for once instead of waking up on a hard surface with back pain.

As Blue reached the shop, he could see a girl inside sitting in a chair behind a counter in which he guessed he should take orders in. Either way, he walked inside the tiny shop and asked. "I'm looking for a new sword." He said, immediately regretting the fact that he'd gone with a straight forward approach. Perhaps he sounded way too cocky and demanding. Oh well... what is said has been said. He thought as he waited for the girl's reply to this request. Keep in mind she's an NPC.

Blue watched as the girl rose her head, apparently, she'd been reading something that looked like a magazine or a newspaper. "Indeed... expect I don't have any materials to make them at the moment..." She said gently with a disappointed face. Blue, having saw the girl's sad face immediately jumped to his senses. He ran toward the girl and asked her whether he could help her out in anyway. Immediately, the girl smiled gently, lifting Blue's heart. He sighed when the girl requested of materials that he would probably spend the entire day collecting. The girl handed him a pickaxe that had been laying on the ground. The pickaxe was quite rusty but it was obvious that the pickaxe was still extremely useful and could be used to mine some materials. "Alright... I really appreciate it... if you could help me by collecting some metal from the mine down the road." She said and the request seemed quite easy to Blue and so he headed out of the shop with a pickaxe in his hand, ready to collect the two metals that he would need to mine and a leather from a boar that he would have to kill.

Blue honestly thought that gathering the two metal that he was sent off to gather would be extremely easy to complete. However, he'd never mined before and he learned that mining was extremely challenging and requires concentration and full attention from the miner. He smirked as he reached the mining area with his pickaxe in his strong right hand. He held the pickaxe high into the air before he brought the pickaxe down to the iron ore that had been stuck in the wall. Most resources have already been taken before he managed to get there yet there was still a bit of useful resources left for him to savage. He brought down the pickaxe but unluckily managed to break the iron ore in half instead of letting it come free. With a sigh, Blue realized that the task might be harder than expected.

Blue sighed as he looked around for some more ores that he could pick up in order to get that sword. He was able to see some sort of shiny object on the ground and he could tell that it was a bronze coloring. It's a metal. He thought before deciding that he must mine this object even though it is in a difficult location to get to. He slowly made his way past the obstacles and kept his body close to the wall so that he wouldn't trip and fall before reaching the ore. Indeed, he had managed to complete this task... but when he was going to mine the bronze ore, he was still unable to take the ore since he saw that the ore was useless... it was completely rusted having suffered from a bit of rain and weathering. Blue sighed before continuing to gather those materials.

Blue looked around to see even more ores around. Indeed, there were quite a bit of ores laying around, waiting for him to mine. That is... if he doesn't make errors while he was mining them. He looked at the closest ore which was another gold ore quite similar to the first ore. The shininess of the ore stood out quite a bit and he sighed before lifting his pickaxe and bring it down upon the ore, hoping that the ore wouldn't break. However, to Blue's disappointment, he wasn't careful enough as he managed to break the ore just like the other two ores. The heck. He thought, frustrated with the fact that he wasn't able to make any progress on his mission at all. I need some practice in this. He thought in disappointment.

Blue looked at the ore right next to the gold ore he'd just managed to mine. With a sigh, he brought down his pick axe on the ore to hopefully manage to successfully claim the ore for Sai, the shop owner. Luckily, as he made contact, he was able to pierce the cave wall just enough so that the ore doesn't get damaged. He jumped in pleasure and gladness as he was finally able to complete part of the task given to him. He hoped that the sword he will recieve at the end of all this will be a good sword that can deal quite a bit of damage to mobs and bosses. Having this thought, he continued looking for some more ores that would provide him with metal.

Blue smiled, holding the ore in his hands, prepared to continue on his hunt for ores. He looked around to see that there were indeed quite a bit more ores around the ore that he'd just mined. He was getting the hang of the mining techniques and he was quite confident that he will soon complete the ore part of the quest. He held his pick axe high in the air before bringing the tool down with absolute precision and carefulness so that he wouldn't waste any materials. Blue smirked when he held the ore in his hands, quite pleased with himself for completing this task so quickly and now it was time to kill that boar he and gather the skin he needed.

Blue walked out of the mining area, having gathered enough metals to make the sword. He guessed that the boar skin was used for the hilt of the blade that he was going to obtain soon... and he couldn't wait for this sword to be completed. Blue walked into the plains area to see that the place was full of boars, waiting to be slaughtered under his sword. He looked around for a decent boar which he soon engaged in battle. Blue smirked when he pulled out his longsword and charged toward the boar.

Blue stared into the eyes of the boar and as he became close to the boar. At the last moment, he jumped up into the sky with his sword in his hands before he brought it down onto the body of the boar. Yes. He thought, pleased with the fact that he is able to land the first attack.

Blue landed on only to see the boar charging toward him. He sighed when the mob managed to attack him when he didn't have enough time to react. He yelped when he was knocked back from the impact. Just gotta land the next hit. He thought as he prepared to attack once again.

Blue charged once again with a running start. He decided that he would fake to the right before going to the left to strike the boar. As he carried out the plan, he faked to the right only to slip completely when he stepped on a random pebble laying on the grass. Curses! He thought when he fell to the ground and covered up his head with his hands, knowing that he wouldn't have enough time to get up and defend against himself. He knew that he will take damage... but the question is exactly how much damage he will take.

The boar grunted when the player managed to slip on his feet. It decided to take advantage of this moment and attacked when the player wasn't expecting it. Blue was lucky that he didn't get criticaled from that attack and he stood up, hoping that the next turn of attack wouldn't be completely be wasted.

Blue watched as the boar prepared to dodge the attack. However, the movement was way too obvious and Blue carried out his attack easily. The boar dodged to the left and Blue followed it to land a simple attack on the boar. It was also his first critical attack since he started in the world of SAO and he was quite proud of that. Not only that, he could see that the boar was inflicted with the bleed status which would, according to Blue's calculations, the boar would probably face death next turn of attack.

The boar, knowing that it wouldn't stand much further so it wanted to land its last hit before it would have to say goodbye to the world that it had only lived for about a day. It charged toward Blue and Blue, having not been focused and ready to defend, had been attacked. Luckily, he didn't fall like last time.

Blue smirked, knowing that the boar would die immediately from the bleed status so he decided that he would be cocky and sit down on a half-cut tree before resting his head on his arm, not bothering to attack. He sighed, relieved that he had managed to gather all the materials necessary for this task given by the NPC girl. He looked at the boar, wondering when it will die from the bleed enhancement on his sword when its eyes grew wide and it charged toward Blue.

Blue was caught off guard once again by the boar. He hadn't been able to dodge any of Blue's attack and he didn't know why that was. With a gasp, he was knocked backwards from the tree to take one damage but he didn't care that much seeing that he had quite a bit of health having leveled up quite a bit since the start. He got up form the ground to see the boar yelping in pain from the bleed enhancement and so... it burst into millions and millions of tiny different pieces.

Blue looked at the sky to see that it was still quite early in the day. In fact, it was only about noon-time that he'd managed to complete all the tasks required of him. He sighed as he sat down by himself in a random patch of grass. Argh... What will I do for the rest of the day? He thought as he looked around. Well... I do need materials for my shop. He remembered before deciding that he'll just have to material gather in whatever method he thought interests him. He stood up form the green patch of grass before walking off into the distance toward the direction of the apple trees with his pickaxe handily placed in his right hand. I hope that customer doesn't mind waiting. He thought, knowing that it might take quite a bit of time for him to finish that piece of clothing requested of him.

Blue had really improved his apple picking skills during the past few days since he's been doing is apple picking. He smiled confidently as he slowly made his way into the field of apple trees where there are tons of apples waiting to be picked off by players. Blue sighed as he looked around to see plenty of apples high in the trees... completely unpick able. Just because they are easy to find... doesn't mean they are easy to pick. He thought as he took a deep breathe before taking a hopeless jump onto one of the trees. He was unable to balance himself as he landed on the tree and instead of staying there, he managed to fall onto the ground with a thud.

Blue, being the determined boy he was, was never going to give up on something he set his heart out to do. Once again, he prepared to jump for the apple by hopping onto the strongest branch of the tree which could actually support his weight. With a deep breath, he bent his knees low before taking a jump with as much strength he had in his legs. Unluckily, he wasn't able to concentrate on the location of where he was jumping. Instead of focusing on the accuracy of his jump, he concentrated entirely mustering strength onto his knees. This resulted in him completely missing the tree and landing on the ground instead. Argh. He thought as he made contact with the hard ground.

Blue watched as the wind swayed the apple back and forth in front of his eyes. He frowned, now doubting whether the apple was even possible to obtain. What am I thinking? He thought, knowing fully well that he'd almost done it last time. With a sigh, he got up from the ground before trying to take the apple from the shelter of the tree once again. He focused entirely on his legs as he jumped with as much power he could manage only to miss the tree and jump onto thin air where he eventually landed on his butt once again. He sighed before getting up again to try once more.

Blue jumped once more only to fail once again. He sighed. Perhaps... perhaps... I'm not so good at picking apples anymore. He thought. That might actually be the case considering the fact that he'd spent almost an entire morning in the mines trying to obtain metal for Sai so that she could make his sword for him. He looked around for a different apple, knowing that he'd already spent the majority of his strength in the previous attempts. Sai's a really nice girl for an NPCHe thought, along the way. He liked how she helped players like him get started by making the swords. If only certain players were this nice as well. He thought, knowing that that would never happen.

Blue, having been wondering around in the forest of apple trees still haven't been able to find any apples that were close enough to the ground for him to be able to pick without any effort. Blue sighed, knowing that he'll just have to find a random apple that he will put effort in picking. He saw one that looked quite good that was also fairly low to the ground. He decided that he'll go for it and hopefully pluck it out with ease. However, he wasn't able to do so having already been quite tired from the day's mining work. With a yelp, he fell to the ground.

Blue sighed. What a waste of time. He thought, knowing that he'd just spent an entire afternoon unable to gather a single apple. He went for the same apple once again only to.. guess what?... fail again. He sighed, not knowing what the heck was going on that day. Annoying apples. He thought, disappointed that he was still unable to get a single material for himself. Either way, he was going to continue grabbing those apples until night time in which he shall soon go back to Sai's shop where his sword will be created soon. With another sigh, he stood back up in order to hopefully gather at least one apple before night approached the world of SAO.

Blue sighed, completely losing hope that he will be able to find any sort of materials for his shop today. He put his head down as he prepared to leave the forest. What a waste of time. He thought. How come I didn't get a single apple today? He thought, praying to the gods, if there were any, to provide him with at least one material before the night ends. However, as he jumped for another apple, he was still unable to put his hands on it. Argh. He thought as he fell onto his butt. He landed on the hard surface with a thud and felt pain on his butt. What is with my luck. He protested as he stood back up.

Blue sighed as he tried once again from pure stubbornness only to miss once again. Argh. He thought as he face-palmed right into the frozen hard ground. ****, He cursed as he stood back up in frustration. He was really getting angry at this point as he had just wasted an entire afternoon without being provided with a single material. Please... He thought in desperation as he stood back up. He decided that he would head back to Sai's shop considering that it was quite late already. He sighed as he walked slowly in disappointment to the shop.
