She was acting so brave, yet… she was honestly terrified. She tried to stab the Tiger, but it turned and slashed at her. She jumped back with a red virtual slash on her side. Zeke 0 Posted March 12, 2014 #22 Report Share Posted March 12, 2014 The first hit belonged to her, he smiled to see how wrong he was about her fighting prowess. Pushing himself up onto his feet and then spreading a small space between himself and his friend, Zeke called out to Oske to let her know of his intentions. "This Tiger only has six health, it can't kill either of us by itself unless we let it. We'll keep an eye on each other and when one of us notices an opening for a strike then the other can be prepared to block the counter attack using their sword. Sound like a plan?" He didn't wait long to hear a reply before he would test it out to see if Oske was listening to him. Dashing to the side quickly and then forward, Zeke sliced through to the enemy to reveal the virtual dimensions withing the creatures appearance. It would have been better if he had made actual contact with it.. but that was not the luck of one such as Zeke as he fumbled back and waited for the claws approaching to rip him apart. She reached out with her sword, but it was too late. As she almost hit the tiger's claw and deflected it, she missed very slightly, and... a small furry creature jumped off the tip of the sword after running down it and threw itself into the claws of the tiger. Oske stared in horror as Pinkie hit the ground, squeaking in pain. She then burst into blue shards. "..." Oske blinked, tears welling up in her eyes. "PINKIE!!!" she screamed. She stabbed the tiger hard in the head, then got ready to stab mercilessly again. Oske: 19/21 Tiger: 4/6 Link to post Share on other sites
Zeke 0 Posted March 14, 2014 #24 Report Share Posted March 14, 2014 Moving his forearm out of eye level view, he could tell nothing was happening to him but wanted to know what had exactly happened to prevent him from being damaged. Seeing Pinkie lay on it's side in pain right before dispersing, Zeke threw his arms forward in an attempt to hold the familiar in his palms before it had officially been deleted from the game. (Why!? Why would you do that for me!? I would have survive the hit! I don't understand..) Zeke had known that it wasn't his place to yell at a dying familiar but he had wanted to so much at that time while seeing Pinkie break apart into little pixel shards and disappear right in his palms. Looking over to Oske who was getting her vengeance on the Tiger, he could understand her frustration in the situation. He may have not known Pinkie for more than half an hour but he knew the kind of character the critter showed by just sacrificing itself on instinct. On his knee's now in silence, he watched as Oske was determined to blow apart the enemy by herself and Zeke knew she could, letting her hack away as he watched silently without getting in the way only to fail at an attack.
