[SP-F4] Elements of Ice <<Avalanche>> COMPLETE

Recommended Posts

Blue walked outside of his shop. He had gathered all the equipment that he would need and it was quite obvious he was prepared to take up any decent quests that he could take without too much risk of death. Indeed, he had found a quest that he'd accepted the day before and here he was, prepared to strike down anything that got in his way. With a sigh, he closed the door of his shop behind him as he headed up onto floor four in which he would fight an ice elemental boss that would soon give him three skill points along with a nice <<Snow Frost>> Item which he had no idea what it does.

Blue arrived at floor four and immediately forgot how cold it was up here. He'd only been here once to visit some guy's shop and that time, he'd almost suffered from frostbite. Blue sighed and watched as mist appeared in front of him from his breath... his cold breath. Might as well head on. Blue thought and before he could waste anymore time, he walked toward the mountain of ice in which he would soon find the giant ice elemental.

Blue climbed the mountain where supposedly the giant ice elemental boss should be located... but he didn't see the mob at the moment. He looked around plenty to see that there was indeed a giant hidden in the snow and the reason he was unable to see the mob was due to camouflage. Blue sighed as he pulled out the sword he loved from his inventory before preparing to charge at the mob... hoping to deal first damage.

Blue charged forward with quite a bit of confidence that he would be able to hit the mob even though its a boss because first of all... it wasn't aware that it was under attack and second of all, he had a freaking amazing accuracy boost from the charm and skill he'd invested in. However, things did not go according to plan... as he charged forward, a sudden chilling breeze caught Blue and he stood still as he felt a sneeze coming during the attack and after the attack, he found out that he'd missed the still target and indeed, he sneezed right after.

The ice elemental woke from its deep sleep immediately resulting from the sneeze of a strange player. It understood that it was under attack and indeed, he attacked right back, hoping to deal some damage to its attacker. However, Blue was confident and good enough to react quick enough and dodge the attack using his newly acquired evasion boosts from Vasth's charm and his own skill.

Blue rushed up toward the mob once again, hoping that it had been sleeping and as a result was unclear of what was happening... however, the ice elemental had full idea of what Blue was trying to do and despite its size, it moved with decent speed so that it could dodge Blue's attack. Argh. Blue thought in anger at the game. I'm at the highest accuracy stat anyone can get yet I miss this big mob twice in a row?! He thought at the unfairness of how the system was made when the ice elemental lifted up its frozen arm and prepared an attack.

The ice elemental groaned loudly at Blue as it swung its arm toward the thinking target. Blue wasn't able to react enough and indeed, he had been hit with a superb strike from the mob. Argh... outch. He thought as he felt pain on his head and his right shoulder as he rolled on the snow. Unfair game. He cursed as he stood up having faced a superb critical to attack once more.

Blue could feel the power of his newly acquired accuracy... indeed, he felt that he could accomplish anything at the moment. With a new determination in his eyes, he charged forward with his "Wolf Fang" long sword by his right side which soon swiftly cut into the left side of the ice elemental. Gotcha!!! Blue thought as he landed the quick strike and hurriedly retreated from the front of the mob so that he could avoid damage and hopefully he'd be able to avoid damage especially when the ice elemental's health is obviously higher than his own.

The Ice Elemental roared in rage as it had been hit by the player. It rushed toward the retreated Blue once more in decent speed and Blue was not surprised with this attack. He easily rolled to the left as the elemental's left arm came rushing towards him. Easy dodge. He thought as he made his way clear and around the mob so that he was behind it. Let's land a clean strike. Blue thought as he held his sword out.

It's now or never! Blue thought as he glared at the elemental's back. This should be easy enough. He thought as he purged down with his wolf fang sword in his hand. Indeed, he was able to deal quite a bit of damage to the gigantic mob and he made sure that it hurts a lot as well and his wishes were completed when the ice elemental roared in misery and pain as a chip of ice came flying off its back. Blue smirked as he retreated from the spot to avoid immediate damage.

The ice elemental turned around with furious red eyes that showed how much it wanted blood. It charged toward Blue but Blue managed to escape the path of its arms by quite a bit of distance. Maybe the stat improvement is helping out after all. He decided as he prepared to launch yet another attack on the mob so that he could get the quest over with and improve some more of his skills.

Indeed, Blue had managed to inflict a good deal of damage to the giant ice elemental boss the previous attack on its back plus the great bleed enhancement that had been activated on the mob as well. However, he was not going slow down his attack pace just because he was in a fairly nice position. He charged toward the ice elemental before jumping high into the air and bringing down his "Wolf Fang" sword upon the head of the boss. Even though he'd managed to hit the mob, he was still unable to follow through with a critical. Whatever. He thought as he retreated backwards.

The Ice Elemental Boss was in deep rage at this time. It had been unable to hit Blue mainly from the maxed out evasion that the player had on him. The Ice Elemental Boss roar in rage as it charged toward the player once more, hoping that it could hit the target this time but it was simply not to be. The boss swung its arm at Blue and Blue was easily able to dodge the attack using the evasive abilities he loved to avoid damage.

Blue once again purged forward with intense speed and with his longsword held tightly around his hand. As he approached the mob, he could hear the mob struggling to move fast due to his size. This is why I'm landing my hits and you're not. He thought before driving his sword into the belly of the ice elemental. Or...... maybe it's my stats. He thought otherwise when he saw that he'd in fact landed a first degree critical on the mob. Too bad bleed doesn't stack. He thought as he retreated and prepared to dodge whatever the ice elemental had to throw at him.

Literally... "Had to throw at him". The ice elemental used its strength to pick up a gigantic snow ball that was just conviently placed for it to pick up and throw. The snowball went right above Blue and he needed some quick reaction and fast thinking to duck and avoid the snowball from hitting him and possibily dealing a bit of damage that he would've rather not have taken. Wow. He thought before lifting up his sword.

Blue could feel that the Ice Elemental Boss was getting quite frustrated from its inability to land its strikes. Blue realized that he could take advantage of this opportunity and attack rapidly while the mob was becoming increasingly frustrated at how bad it was battling. Blue charged toward the mob and when he realized that he was not going to hit the target, his first thought was Oh no! Blue thought but somehow, he'd been able to hit the mob despite the fact it obviously moved to the right. Thanks accuracy. Blue thought before retreating.

The Ice Elemental Boss roared in frustration before attacking once more. It charged toward Blue and swung its arm but Blue managed to jump over the oncoming attack of its arm and he was able to move back a bit to keep the distance between him and the mob. Alright. He thought before lifting up his sword and attack soon. Let's deal a critical damage this time. He thought.

Blue could feel the cold rising up onto his head as he started the attack. Suddenly, he felt the urge to sneeze and in doing so, he stood right in front of the mob as he made the sneezing sound in the middle of his attack. Blue's concentration has been scattered as his body functions messed up his attack entirely and he was unable to deal any damage to the ice elemental boss with this attack. Arhg.... Screw this cold. He thought as he felt his nose before seeing the ice elemental's arm swinging his way.

Blue had been hit with an impressive heavy attack. Fair enough. He thought as he was sent flying by the arm of the mob. So powerful. He thought as he made impact with a tree and felt bothering pain in his back. It took him a while to recover and stand up from that second degree critical attack but he finally stood up and patted some snow from his pants before lifting up his sword.

A battle was hardly a battle if there was absolutely no action and needless to say... this battle was turning that way. With a sigh, he charged forward with his sword in hand before lifting up the sword to eye-level from his right side. With a strike, he... missed the target. Unusual. Blue thought. He'd never imagined that he'd miss the target as gigantic and big as the one that stood in front of him. He could smell determination coming from the mob to survive... that's right. He could literally smell the confidence from the gigantic mob. Blue retreated, sensing danger.

The mob charged forward with its cold, icy arm held up in front of itself and with faster speed than it has displayed before, it charged toward Blue, hoping that it could inflict some more damage to the player. Luckily, Blue had been prepared for the attack and as a result, he was able to dodge it before any extreme danger arrived that might hurt him deeply. With a sigh, Blue lifted up his longsword once more.

Blue charged forward with viciousness in his determined eyes. Let's end this quick. He thought before some ice elementals discovered that their leader and boss was under attack. Blue's sword made contact with the front of the ice elemental boss and he was scared for a moment when the gigantic ice elemental boss let out a roar that could probably be heard from a mile out. He retreated immediately following the attack and looked around when he was within safe distance to see that no ice elementals has approached the battle before letting out a sigh.

The Ice Elemental Boss knew that it was in deep trouble. It stared at the player that was impressively dealing it quite a bit of damage and somehow, the player was quite low leveled as well. It roared as loud as it could to hopefully gather some minions but that attempt became hopeless when absolutely no aid came in support. It decided that it would just try harder and perhaps escape death. It did indeed charge but unluckily, Blue was evasive as could be and he rolled out of the way from the fist of the ice elemental with quite a bit of ease.

Blue stood up after dodging the ice elemental's attack and prepared an attack quickly of his own. He lifted his sword high into the air before leaping forward and somehow, he was able to jump over the giant mob. Woah... Sprint and Acrobatics... Overpowered? He thought before coming from behind the ice elemental. He held his sword tightly before striking the ice elemental mob who had its back turned. A still target. He thought before striking its back and landing the attack.

The ice elemental was taken by surprise and he did not like that one tiny bit. It roared in rage and frustration before turning around with incredibly fast speed and swinging his arm right when he turned with perfect timing. Blue's eyes widened as he realized that he was about to be hit... but somehow, time seemed to have slowed down as Blue dodged the attack. Both my skills coming to play. He thought.

Blue charged toward the giant ice elemental before letting his sword come in front of him and with a smooth sudden movement of the wrist, he attempted to slice the ice elemental... however, things did not go according to plan and this time, it wasn't because he wanted to sneeze. He was in too much excitement and action to simply sneeze. This time, he'd just purely missed the target surprisingly.

The ice elemental was in front of his opponent in literally point-blank range and Blue was surprised when it managed to miss him and he dodged the attack. The ice elemental roared in anger as it was just unable to hit anything.

Blue charged with his longsword high into the air as he ran toward the giant ice elemental. He smirked as he brought the sword down high from the air and it made contact with elemental quite effectively... so effective that it dealt a critical to the mob as well. The mob roared in pain as it was hit by the superbly amazing attack from face-on and it was also inflicted with the bleed enhancement. The battle's over at this point. He thought as he retreated, anticipating that the ice elemental will probably continue to attack in retaliation.

The ice elemental did indeed attack just as Blue had anticipated. It charged toward Blue with full purpose to die gloriously since it was pretty much at death's door at this point. The elemental charged toward Blue but Blue was easily able to dodge away and avoid further damage from hitting him. Sick. Blue thought as he leaped into the air and prepared to land another quick strike.

Blue knew that the mob was in fact quite weak already. He could probably finish off the mob soon enough and indeed, he charged toward the ice elemental boss before bringing the sword down upon its head and it was damaged quite badly. The ice element had been injured once more as it had once more been hit by the player which had been quite consistent in landing his hits unlike the mob itself.

The ice elemental boss charged toward Blue with a roar of rage. It swung its arm at the last moment to hopefully damage Blue but Blue had actually once again dodged the attack, unsurprising he may add. The mob once again roared in frustration as Blue was completely destroying it. Argh. Blue thought as he saw the mob yelp and grimace in pain when the bleed enhancement came to play.

Indeed, Blue knew that he'd pretty much already won this battle especially with the bleed enhancement which assured that the battle would end on this turn. He sighed. Might as well end this process faster. He thought before lifting his sword to his eye level and charging forward with quite a quick pace, hoping to catch the mob off guard so that he could get the quest over with quick and invest some skill points to some skills. His eyes gleamed of determination as he cut down on the mob and indeed, he was able to kill the mob and watch as it burst into millions and millions of tiny green and blue pieces. Well... that was a lot easier than I expected it to be. He thought before checking to see whether there was any dangerous mobs nearby.

Blue walked down from the icy mountainside so that he could go ahead and finish off the quest so that he could get the resources and the skill points that would help him greatly during his time in this game. However, he did not expect that there was to be another ice elemental waiting at the bottom of the slope, waiting to take revenge for its fallen leader and boss.

Blue immediately tried to land the first strike and indeed he was able to do some damage as well unsurprisingly. Blue jumped back immediately to study how the mob responded to the situation and indeed, Blue could tell that the mob was indeed quite weak compared to the boss that he'd just completely demolished. Well... this makes it easier. He thought.

The Ice Elemental had just been attacked out of no where and it did not like it one bit. It charged toward Blue, hoping that it could kill the player despite the fact that it didn't know about the death of its boss yet. It missed Blue by miles as it charged right past the player. Blue smiled in complete confidence as he rolled out of the way to stand right back up and prepare an attack.

Blue once more charged forward with the great pace he'd mustered and the superb sprint and acrobatics skill that he'd invested in. He jumped up at the last moment before leaping and bringing down his longsword against the head of the ice elemental with the most amount of power that he could muster. Hm. He thought as he realized that the mob was getting quite frustrated already. So early on? He asked humorously with utmost confidence.

The ice elemental roared with power but even though it roared, its roar was a lot less powerful than the roar of the ice elemental boss for that elemental boss has got quite a powerful roar itself. It charged forward hoping to deal some damage but Blue was able to dodge the attack quite easily with the help of his evasive stat that he'd happily invested in.

Blue charged forward with his sword held high into the air. If he landed a critical hit of any sorts, the fate of the mob would indeed be sealed right there. Blue sighed before striking with the sword once he got in close enough of a range. His sword pierced straight through the belly of the mob and it knew that it had been hit with a heavy attack coming from the player. Blue, on the other hand, was quite confident and happy of that attack and how effective it had been.

The Ice Elemental bellowed in rage as it charged toward Blue and this time, Blue was not quick enough to dodge the attack and not only had he been hit, he'd been hit by a surprisingly powerful second degree critical that had sent him flying. Argh. He thought as he fell on his back in the snow.

Blue could end the battle here if he was clinical enough. He stood up from the whiteness of the ground that had somewhat cushioned his fall, making the fall a bit less painful than it would've. He sighed as he got up and patted the snow off him before picking up the fallen sword beside him so that he could charge upon the opponent. Indeed, he was able to strike the ice elemental minion clean through the chest. It's over. He thought before realizing that the elemental still had one arm up. Immediately, Blue realized what was about to happen but it was too late as he was struck immediately following the attack. Luckily, the ice elemental had fallen and burst into millions and millions of blue and green pieces.
