[SP-F4] Ice-elementals will fall in masses--Complete--

Zandra was gonna craft a special brew when she saw she had run out of materials. This boss battle have realy kept me busy every day, and when I finally gonna do some casual crafting, Im out of mats. She better head out to get some more then. She equip her heavy metal armour, complete full plate except her stomach and lower back that was scale mail. This improved he mobility becausr she could turn her torso, which would be impossible in fullplate. She equip her dagger as well. The she gently places a t3 crystal on the blade, increasing its damage with 3. Then she opens the door and head out in the snow storm.

When Zandra have been walking for only ten miutes, she reach a huge frozen lake. She knew this place because she have passed it while exploring the floors for a few months back then. On the lake was plenty of ice elementals, and they had fast re-spawn rate as well. When passed it last time, they have been one on one, or some in a couple. Now they had formed groups of four everywhere. This was perfect, the new AoE skills would let her take down four opponents at the time. She charged her Round Accel sword art and rushed towards the nearest group. She easily dodged two first elementals, but just when she was gonna strike the other two made a combined punch in her stmoach, having to catch her breath and lost the opportunity to strike.

''That realy hurt your bastards.'' Zandra once again charged her sword art. This time she was faster then the elementals. Her blade was swinging in a circle while she released the sword art Round Accel. It creates a small tempest of air, ice parts flewing of from the creatures bodies. This was how it would go, now she had warmed up. She saw one of them aiming on her, she dodge his punch. But she forgot there was three more enemies around her. They each made a punch on her, making her tumble around in atriangle.''Ouch. Even if we are on floor four, you are realy strong ice-cubes. But Im gonna make quick work of you.''

Zandra wouldnt let the ice-elementals get any more hits on her. She charged her Round Accel again and the dagger cutted off more ice from the elementals, she saw the yellow healthbars drop down to red and then to zero. All four of them exploded into white pixels. She threw her dagger up in the air where it twirled and then landed back in her hand.''So, that was a pretty good start.'' Even if it was low level monsters, this have made her a little exhausted. She was out to gather materials, she could as well do some normal searching like she did before. She looked at the reward screen. Then she saw that there wasnt only some materials, she had also got some Col.''Oh right, its possible to get col as well from killing monsters.''

''So, is there any crystals-nodes nearby.'' she looked around, and not to far away she spotted a node. No, it was three nodes.''Jackpot!'' she said while walking towards. When she reached the spot with the three crystalnodes she saw the first one was way to small to be able to get something. But she equiped her pickaxe and carefully started mine the second one. After some time a small crack was herd. A nice clear crystal fell to the ground and the rest of the node disapeared.''Great, only one left now.'' she raised her pickaxe and let it fell on the third one. Sadly she putted to much force behind this hit. The whole node crystalized in pixels immediatly.''Well, one is better then nothing.''

Zandra looked at the big frozen lake. So many ice elementals there was here. How fast was they actually respawning. The ones she just killed havent respawned yet at least. She streatched her body, soften up her joints. Totally there was nine more gtoups down there, was she gonna be able to take them all out before the first group respawned. That would be a great challenge, she inspected her trusty dagger, the blade was a little frosty from the ice that melted from the fraction between metal and ice and now frosen since it is so cold out here on this floor. And the millions of snowflakes that have fallen down from the sky the whole morning, well since she first entered this floor, was still falling and had no intention on to stop.

Zandra spotted a group of mushrooms not too far away. It was realy amazing that some at all could grow here, even the trees have to stand against a realy harsh weather. Still she walked to the mushrooms to pick them. She have used mushrooms for several potions, and many of them have turned out seccesfull. When she got closer she saw it was three of them. She bent down to inspect the first one. When she squat down she saw that she was wrong. It wasnt mushrooms at all. It was three weird looking rocks.''Oh my god! Im happy noone else is here. This would be so embarrassing otherwise. Well, there is alot of ice elementals here.''she looked at the lake.''Time to reduce their numbers now.''

Zandra headed down to the lake again. She readied her dagger. When she had decided which group to take down next she turned her steps towards it.''Time to have some fun now. Hehe.'' she walked towards the group while charging her sword art. When she felt it was ready, she let it take control and rushed towards the enemy. When she was in the middle of the group she let her dagger made its work. It swinged in ahuge circle, creating a tempest of air that hitted all ice elementals twice. She saw each of them losing half their health. Then the elementals answered, two of the punches missed, but the other two made one hit each on her. Thou she felt her armour taking almost all damage and her health barely dropped at all.

Zandra have already wiped out one group, this one should be a real piece of cake now when the enemy is down to half health. She charged her AoE skill to take them out. The elementals all raised their left hand in symmetry. Just when they was gonna hit her, she released the skill and shattered the ice creatures with a powerful circular hit with her dagger. Yet another bunch of materials dumped down in her inventory together with a few Cols.

Zandra closed the reward-screen and sat down on a big block of ice. ''So, two groups down, eight to go.This turns out better then I expected.'' she putted back her dagger at the belt she had around her waist. So, a bunch of materials from the ice-elementals, no time to look if she could find any useful ingredients on the ground. Or if there was any bush somewhere with some useful berries she havent tried out yet. She looked around. Hoped to see at least on thing except snow, ice and those leaf-less trees. She sigh.''Why cant there be any useful ingredients on this floor that isnt crystals. Well, I have found some mushrooms, but it woud be fun to find some variation.''

Zandra decided to go and look if there was any useful stuffs somewhere further from the lake. Maybe the plants arent that happy to grow right beside a frozen lake. The snow was still falling with thousands, maybe millions of snowflakes. This realy is a game world, this is completly impossible in the real world. It cant snow constantly, or can it. Well, it must be very, very, very rare. And one thing with this, the layer of snow on the ground didnt turned deeper, even if the snow have fallen for days. Thats the most mentionable sign that not mother nature controling this environment. She took a step forward and her leg got covered with snow all the way up to her knee.

Zandra started to feel ready to take on another group. But before, she wanted to see if she could find a useful material somewhere nearby. But like before, she couldnt find anything. Not even one of those nodes that there usually was plenty of. She sighed.''Im here, out farming for materials, but I can barely find anything at all. Before when I haf my search and detect skill, it went much easier. Well, guess I should go back to killing those ice-elemntals.''she gave up on finding any material to mine or gather for now. Because now it was time to slay some monsters. She pulled forth her dagger and headed back to the frozen lake.

Zandra held her dagger in a tight grip while rushing towards the nearest group if four ice-elementals. She charged up her Round Accel once again. The blade started to glow. When the sword art was ready she released it. She felt the skill beeing even more powerful then usual. The dagger moved in a huge circle, creating a tempest of air, pushing back all of the elementals, as well as reducing their health more then half.''Thats how you do it!'' she shouted to keep up the tempo. Thankfully to the pushback, the four monsters got out of reach to hit her. Or that was what she thougth. But all four of them jumped fourth and hitted her from four different angels at once. Zandras armour absorbed almost all damage, so her health bar barely dropped at all.

The four hits almost got Zandra of balance.''Ouch, that realy hurt, you know that?'' Of course the monsters didnt understood her, and they wouldnt answer either. The only language they understand is the language of fighting. So she prepared her Round Accel sword art again. Once again her dagger cutted all of the elementals in one powerful slash. This time it was just enough to kill them all. At the same time, all four of her enmies exploded into countless of pixels. Zandra felt good, now she only had seven groups left. This was going way faster then she thougth it would. Also much more efficient and fun then her previous farms.

Zandra streatched her body while looking as the four monsters pixels slowly fading out into nothing. The screen poped up, this time with even more materials and Cols then the previous one.''Nice nice. Now I have enough to pay Grave for the food. Now its time to get the materials I need for myself. Her dagger was now back in her belt and she was searching for something to gather out of combat. But as usual, there was not a single node, plant or bush as far as she could see. She thougth about go and take down another group of elementals. But she wasnt sure she would be able to take them out before she ran out of energy, better wait for a few minutes.

Just like after she took out the previous group, she walked away a hundred meters or so from the lake. Hoping to have better luck this time. The snowflakes was still falling and the snow still reach all the way up to her knees. The look was a real waste of time. There wasnt a single node, plant or bush here either. She started to lose hope about ever finding materials from gathering until she had gained back her skill search and detect. But there wasnt anything to do about it now. So she turned to face the lake again and started to walk thru the deep snow. The walk here have almost taken more energy then she had recovered.

On the way back to the lake, Zandra thougth she was seeing something.''Yes! Finally.'' It looked like a crystal node only twenty-thirty meters away. She could never get to many crystals so she headed to the node. When she arrived at it she inspected it, it looked okay. She equiped her pickaxe, raised it over her head and let it fell down on the crystal. A tniy flake flew away. She raised it again, and let it fall on the node in front of her. A flake loosened this time as well. From her third hit everything turned terrible wrong. She missed the spot she was aiming at, and instead of gainging a good piece of crystal, the whole node cracked and exploded into pixels.''No! You gotta be kidding me. When I finally find something I ruin it. Oh my god.''

Zandra leaved the ruined node behind her when she decided to go and kill some more elementals. When she spotted the lake she saw that the first group still havent respawned. And there was still seven groups left. She choosed the nearest group and started to walk to it. While she was walking she once again charged her Round Accel sword art. She would be a proffessional on this sword art, this was the seventh time today she had charged it. When she was only a dozen meters away from the group she felt it was ready. She rushed to the middle of the group and created the tempest of air that already have killed twelve ice monsters. They got taken by totally surprise, lost half their HP and lost the opportunity to counter attack.

Now Zamdra was standing in the middle of four two meter tall ice-elementals. And it seemed she had made them angry. A drop of sweat appeared her forehead. In symmetry, all elementals raised their hands. Zandra quickly charged her only AoE skill, hopeing it would be ready in time. When she felt the power was ready, she released it. The dagger was in a circel, creating a tempest of air that took put all elementals in just a few soconds. Zandra took a deep breath of relief when the monsters exploded into pixels."I didnt got hot a single time haha. She attatched her dagger to the belt around her waist.

''There we go, now four groups gone. Im almost half way.'' Zandra scanned the lake, yes there was still only six groups, the first group havent respawned. Now it was time to see if she could find any useful materials on land. As the snow was still falling, she headed away from the lake. She walked for about a minute. Then she spotted something in the snow. It wasnt more snow so she hurried up to get there. When she reached the spot she saw it was a small bush, like blueberry-bushes. She squated down. On the bush grew a cluster of berries the same size as blueberrys but with a more greyish tone. She picked the whole cluster and putted it into her supply bag.
