Sometimes mobs randomly spawned and attacked, and Manta didn't want Ebony or the NPC girl to get hurt. When they finally returned the girl to her mother, the mother mentioned a reward, handing over a sack of col to Manta, 425 in total. Manta in turn handed the col to Ebony, telling the woman that it was no problem whatsoever, before telling Ebony that she had somewhere to be and sprinting off the same way as she had showed up, only remembering to toss Ebony her black diamond back as she was already twenty yards away. Ebony barely caught it and placed it in her inventory before depositing the col. Thankful for Manta's continued help with her questing, she made her way towards the teleport herself. She had a few more quests to do before the day was through.
