[PP-F1]A Stroll In the Fields

Vigilon wondered why he could dream up something like this. He was running towards what seemed like a burning village, and he was apparently searching for survivors. After finding some people, fending off a few monsters, and seeing the citizens to safety, the scene began to shift to something else. A castle was under siege, and Vigilon was leading the charge. When he finally broke through, the interior was a series of...biomes!? He looked around, and even behind him. one of the few that came with him inside the castle was holding a banner of sorts. it was black, and decorated with an emblem resembling a dragon taking flight. He was confused, and soon opened his eyes.

He had overslept. Again. However, he was confused as to why he could oversleep on a bench. As he got up, he felt a light tingling sensation in his back, which probably would have been his back aching if it weren't for the game's pain dampener. "I can't just keep sleeping on benches like this forever..." He stretched, and nudged his familiar awake, even though she had been sleeping on his chest earlier, and moved to his shoulder, promptly falling asleep again. "Wake up, sleepyhead." The small white frost dragon opened her eyes sleepily, and stared at Vigilon in the eyes. "Hfff." "Don't give me that, Veriost, we probably have another busy day ahead of us. No time outside the safe zone is the same, you know." Veriost rolled her eyes, and closed them for the time being, waiting for things to actually get interesting first. "Suit yourself, then." He walked out of the safe zone, and began making his way towards the fields.

Krysta was outside, but also near the safe zone's edge, humming a tune. She was trying to keep positive lately, considering the recent events. She noticed Vigilon passing by, and thought for a minute before beginning to follow close by, and spark a conversation. "Hello again Vigilon! How we seem to encounter each other so randomly! Anyways, is there anything in particular you are hoping to accomplish today?" The boy had been there to comfort her when someone she cared for had died, and was also there when she began a search for someone. The recent events really had been haunting her like a skulking spider lately, and it had been hard to keep her mind off her hardships. She still needed to grow stronger, but...How? She would need to meet people she could befriend and trust, and fight alongside them. So far, Vigilon was a possible friend. She began to slow down a little, and twirl the end of her blonde hair nervously with her finger, suddenly thinking that she might be intruding on Vigilon's day.
