  1. Zero sang M83 Outro twice before slowly fading out, listening to Nero’s request, and glanced at the band. He gave them a slight nod and looked forward again. “That was M83 Outro, hope you all enjoyed it. If you did not, then I hope this next number is more to your liking. This is a song by a group that I personally enjoy quite a bit, their name is Les Friction and if you’ve heard them then you’ll probably know the song we’ll be playing in a few moments.”  He took in a few deep breaths and slightly stretched his arms up. One of the band members brought him a glass of Silent Sip Flask, the silver haired boy drinking it down without asking what it was. He felt the sensation of the liquor go down his throat and shook his head slightly, giving the glass back. “Have to make sure not to get too many of those, might end up doing something seriously dumb.”

After clearing his throat a few times Zero was ready to get the next song under way. “Alright this is Sunday by Les Friction, I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.” He took in a deep breath and let it out slightly as the band began to play. “She always wakes up late on Sunday, she pours her coffee in a paper cup. She heads down to the corner where a man sells roses for a euro. She wonders if she’ll ever find him, she wonders if she’ll ever fall in love…”

  2. Zero did not bother with interactions towards the guests, instead he planned on keeping to his playing. He had chosen a few specific songs for the event though M83 Outro was the his personal favorite, an old song but it still held up with its beauty and soothingness. His attire was barely anything to glance at twice which might have been the reason he had chosen it, simple black pants, his usual boots, a black bartenders vest with a white undershirt and a bowtie. After setting up his equipment with the help some individuals Nero had brought in to help him, they began to test out how they sounded so they coordinate themselves.

He stared at the guests as they began to arrive, familiar faces, foreign ones. His attention turned back to the equipment and resumed doing sound checks. It took a few tries before he felt they sounded right and decided they could start off. The silver haired boy took to the center with the others playing their instruments behind him waiting for him to jump in, a slight anxiousness falling on him as he had not performed in front of people in some time until he cleared his throat and let a slow breath out. "I am the king of my own land..." He started off softly, his hand right hand touching his left shoulder. "Facing tempests of dust, I'll fight to the end..." He went on, calmly continuing to the song.

  3. "A pleasure to be acquainted with you Kayla, or should I use Ariel? I'd rather address you by your preferred name, I find it hard to be disrespectful and call you a name you don't want. Also, don't take me noticing your mask personally. I just prefer people to be frank with me when it comes to how they feel." Zero let out a slight laugh and smiled at the small cub. He could imagine that the creature was a troublemaker, you could see it in its eyes. "Well that's particular, though I can imagine she picked you for a good reason. They do tend to pick specific people to follow, familiars I mean." He watched the blonde as she scolded the cub and blinked when she mentioned his name.

"Oh that? I suppose you could say that I did put thought into it." He slipped his hands into his pockets and crouched down to glance at Kimba. "Zero can be many things, existence yet non-existence, something that is there but not tangible, an unperceived variable in an equation. Suits me just fine, a presence hidden in the crowd by a pierrot mask. A neutral force of unknown allegiance." He rose back up, pulling his right hand out and opening his menu. His hand scrolled through it quickly and selected his weapon, the three blade set appearing at his waist. "Completely dismissed and ignored, yet of great importance. I hope my reply is satisfactory and to your liking." He gave Ariel a slight grin, letting a bit of his bloodlust slip out intentionally.

  4. "If you’re going to fake it milady, don’t bother giving an apology. The lack of passion and meaning in your words is overflowing.” Zero gave her a slight smile, seeing through the fake apology, and kneeled down to pet the lion cub. “Besides you have nothing to worry about, this little one was very well behaved. Just being friendly and playful is all.” He gently began to pet the small cubs head and stood back up, looking at her attire casually. He noted her appearance and the presence she gave, adding the fact that her green icon he felt no threat from her towards him. “Which speaks volumes about yourself, being the owner and all your personality must reflect itself on her quite a bit.” The young man let out a slight laugh at the comment as he visualized it in his head. His right hand passed over his hair, pushing it back, as he extended his left hand towards her and gently gripped her right hand, raising it up slightly towards him as he leaned in and kissed the back of it. “Where are my manners, forgive me. I’m Zero.”

Zero kept his usual overflowing killing intent in check, he felt like playing a different role today. The young silver haired boy’s presence lacked almost all traces of hostility, only the normal amount being present, and his expressions showing complete authenticity. He truly was, in all regards, completely defenseless to those who gazed at him and seemed like the players one would meet on the first floor, the ones who did not dare to venture out in fear of death, yet there he was greeting this unknown individual in a manner one would normally see exclusively in movies or read in old romance stories. A strange individual in all aspects

  5. A small carpet is laid out on the ground in one of the many safe zones of Aincrad, including those outside settlements, a makeshift sign resting on it with golden writting:

    THE FINAL SYMPHONY

Under it was something else written with an arrow pointing to the right where a bell sat:

RING THE BELL FOR SERVICE, ONCE FOR A SONG, TWICE FOR A JOB/GIG AND THREE TIMES FOR OTHER --->

On the left side of the sign was a small list of what seemed to be song names:

    » Hide & Seek

» Battle Cry - Imagine Dragons

» Day of the Dead - Hollywood Undead

» Player One - Machinae Supremacy

» Seven Devils - Florence + The Machine

    » Sunday - Les Friction

» Louder Than Words - Les Friction

    » Uprising - Muse

» Love Lost - The Vaccine

    » Takes Requests

I'd like to think so too. If not my life is a lie. But yeah if you have a super important specific question then you should ask the staff cause they know behind the scenes stuff.

Or anything trivial as well, Zel has a point. I've seen players give advice, sometimes it's solid other times it's wrong. Rely on the people whose actual job is to do this nonetheless, I've had players who've been misinformed in the past because of how sure their fellow players were. So always make sure to double check and ask a staff member.

  7. Good to see old and new faces here, not to mention the Amount of participants is quite uplifting. I went ahead and added this boss fight's soundtrack right below the boss room's description. Look it up and give it a listen if you're up to it, and boss sign ups will be concluding soon so hurry and get in if you want to fight that is all.

  8. In SAO only one individual possesses a scythe, Fatal Scythe. Aside from that instance it is made pretty clear that no category exists allowing players the usage of scythes. So I'll have to say no to this. Regarding Naginata, that is classified as a polearm weapon so you could use that if you wanted.
