My school didn't either; then again I do not have a bit interest in coding, be thankful you live in an age where you can find most anything online. When I was in school - we didn't really have a lot of access to the internet, so everything we researched or looked up had to be in libraries

I just talk to people; it probably helps to go to social events with like minded individuals such as for you I'd assume anime convention or something similar, there are also plenty of FB groups out there for local groups.

No, I'm nothing like Mari.And in response to your 'tip' I have to say no; that is wrong. Some people choose to place parts of themselves into their RP characters as they find it easier to RP what they are familiar with. It isn't always the case. It all depends on the person and whom/what sort of character they choose to RP as.

well in Japan; they have blue vouchers and for every 5 green vouchers *you get from events) you get 1 blue voucher.
A Blue voucher gives you a 80% of a SR and a 20% of a UR
I also think you can exchange a large amount of gems for them, but I cannot remember, I have to redownload my Japanese game to find out.
