X strolled into the artisan shop with his familiar the pup named Maruchan following in tow. Today X needed a guitar pick to add experience onto his crafts and the reason he came to an artisan is to get it put on a necklace so he doesn't loose it. When X took one of the order forms he began typing furiously on the menu activated keyboard in front of him.

Hey what's up, I'm placing an order for a trinket, a guitar pick that has the ambition enchantment I think it is? Anyways I have the 1000 col but how long until you can finish it?...

X slumped back into his chair after trying to process this turn of events with the two players which was brought upon by a potion. Even Maruchan would feel ashamed of being in this room with this situation but he didn't care since he was being petted by a pretty girl. X tapped three times on the table and all through a bottle at him which he caught without a struggle.

You know miss mari would crucify you if she was allowed in town, eh whatever you probably don't even know who I'm talking about... When I went to open the bottle my martial arts skill accidently activated and crushed the bottle in my fist getting me soaked... Well Avilon, *flicks arms down to dry off* I do have the song for the quest recorded back at my shop on the ninth floor, but I heard it works even better if you make it yourself... I think that Al put a spike on the bottle to make sure that would happen... Either way I'll help you with either quest, I used to be in a guild that helped lower leveled players, come to think of it I may be reviving it soon, I'm not forcing you to join or anything just thinking out loud.

While exiting a building X is suddenly stopped by an NPC woman crying and scared because her quest includes a player to find the NPC daughter. X hated this quest more than anything but never took it as he quickly rose above the usual level players take this at. Now after realizing this NPC woman would never leave him alone X had to give into the system and just the goddamn quest already.

Ugh If I find you daughter will you leave me alone?... Oh yes certainly young hero... Fine! Gimmie the damn quest request already!... After the quest screen popped up I looked it over and read the location of the daughter but also noticed there were slots for two other players... Well now that Azide is gone I guess its up to me to rebuild S1 or at least help new players out. So I decided to wait by the NPC to see who else hadn't done the quest yet as they would in fact get stopped by this NPC whenever they walked by it.

Il be taking this quest with Talo and Isen

As I said over a year ago which I will say again a huge time skip technically is following the story just my own input but yeah a balance of both sounds good to me

Ok Maruchan ready to hear some more great songs?.. Ruff ruff...Good boy!... Wow I've become so consistent in making songs every day maybe if people actually wanted performer crap id get some business oh well its still relaxing at the very least.

X then picked up his guitar and began to tune it using the pop up tuner the game conveniently made for performers. Even if its a death game, doesn't mean it has to be a bad game. X then began to play a very slow relaxing melody on his guitar.

The girl began to pet Maruchan as she explained to X that she too once tried the quest to tame a beast however it did not turn out with the desired result. X did remember just how hard the quest was when he did it and also remembered just how extremely happy he was when he found Maruchan who was strangely struggling on his own as a mob. Thinking about the quest takes X back in a nostalgic sort of way as maruchan sits comfortably upon his lap.

Hahaha I remember how hard that quest is... Hey I can help you with that in a pretty significant way. Performers have the ability to make songs that attract mobs but also one that calms mobs specifically for that quest... So the girl wanted a companion to accompany her in these dark times. Its understandable certainty from my point of view as much as anyone else's like Ariel and her lion, and Teayre with her bird... Just after that thought I noticed a different player acting indecent in Al's café... Hey! Hey! This is a family restaurant, have your little foreplay in an inn like everyone else. You're one to talk X haha... Hey! Al don't make me get behind that counter... HmmHmmHmm chill chill I'm only mucking about.

Ruff rrruff... I know I know you were right just keep running!.. Damn damn damn, the bolder is actually following us as we turn corners I don't believe this... Its even jumping over obstacles now...

X and Maruchan ran and ran through out the gigantic maze the bolder still right on there tail. After one last turn a straight shot for the exit was reviled but there was something in the way that could not be made out yet. As X and Maruchan come closer and closer to the exit it appears that the object in the distance was a respawned minotaur charging right for them. Without any options here X simply scooped up Maruchan and slid in between the minotaur's legs who then got flattened by the bolder. Just after that the exit began to close like a garage door but with a stone wall.

Sure, I got one more left in me..

At full speed X slid underneath the closing door and reached back in to snag maruchan in the final moments of the Labyrinth's sealing.

Upon turning one last corner X stands in front of a pedestal with the sought after pendent just sitting there. A single light seems just to come down from the sky and illuminate the pendent making it shine a golden light filling up the room. After looking around for a bit X holds up his hand and wiggles his fingers preparing to grab the shiny object. Maruchan begins to bark now furiously which makes X hesitate but he simply shakes it off. After swiping up the pendent the spot it was resting on lowers into the ground and everything begins to shake.

Ohhhh you've got to be kidding me... Its a damn Indiana jones trap, man I hate Kayaba a lot more than usual right about now... To make matters worse recording crystals hidden in the walls begin to play the Indiana jones theme... Lets bail!... Ruff ruff... As soon as the bolder dropped down me and Maruchan took off in a full sprint with the large rolling rock very close behind us.

Well its about damn time you learned when to quit!... Ugh god that took forever, at least now I know there's no more of these lurking around to waste my time... just then I saw a glowing light a little bit down the maze... Maruchan, fetch!.. Ruff Ruff!...After the dog dashed the opposite direction I could tell it wasn't a crafting material like a recording crystal or something like that...

X then gave into his curiosity and continue deeper into the maze towards the light. The mist in the maze made the glow very faint but it could still be made out just barely as a sort of golden change in coloring. As X continued on he could hear the light pattering of maruchan running back to his current location.

X stood back and brought his fists up seeing that he now had enough energy for a sword skill, however should he miss he would be back at zero. What will he do?

X easily dodged a stab from the minotaur's sword and connected one left jab followed by an aggressive right hook to the temple of the bulls head shattering the virtual beast into blue floating shards.

"... Now I'm falling asleep, and she's calling a cab, while he's having a smoke, and she's taking a drag.."...Eh no one ever buys stuff off performers anyways I might as well use it here in this fight...RRRRAAAAGGGGHHH!...Whoa damn looks like he doesn't like the killers, shame the good part is coming up... "I just cant look its killing me, and taking control..."... a bit of a shame I'm not charging this minotaur for my performance although I do suppose I am beating it out of him like a piñata.

As I charged up my attack in my fists the glow flickered and went dark... after looking up at my energy bar I noticed I only had one out of 15 left... ARRRGGG THIS IS TAKING TOO LONG... That's it I'm just gonna let him attack this turn because I can't.

As the Minotaur got ready to swing I just sat there waiting... After I realized I was gonna get hit even if I attempted to dodge I realized I could get a really good hit in even without a sword skill... My gut got slashed but before I could connect an upercut to the bull head.

After realizing his mistake X returned to his usual boxers pose and decides to imitate another really old movie. The minotaur doesn't seem to take kindly to X's antics much like real people so hats off to the cardinal system. As we see here cotton X looks to imitating the Russian boxer from the Rocky series lets switch back to the floor to hear what he's about to say. How so very right you are Tim, hopefully for this minotaur he wont end up like Apollo creed.

If he dies, he dies... The key here kids is to have fun with boring quests you are doing by yourself, adding a few references and made up characters to this RP made me able to keep writing it... oh uh I mean arggghh I wanna kill this minotaur ragghh ragghh...

While X on the other hand was not breaking the slightest sweat and breathing on a sort of deliberate angry way. Just after that X began to rise up in an awesome karate kid one crane kick pose. To his own surprise the skill actually activated around his whole raised leg.

As I noticed the minotaur just slowly backing up after seeing the crane kick pose I instantly let go of the attack. The result was the skill glow quickly transferred to the plant leg mid kick...Damnit Mr. Miagi...

Ugh this is getting on my nerves already... if this guy would've just given me what I came for I would have been home by now, but I guess he is sort of a mob... X then clenched his fists slightly tighter as he was able to feel the skill activate around it. Before he knew it his hands and legs were glowing red ready to strike a powerful attack.

X then let go of a wild fury of kicks and punches but the minotaur moves faster than ever before and manages to dodge each and every attack!

The beast got its horns stuck in the ground after the last attack and struggled to get himself free all while X stands there laughing. Things not looking good for the minotaur but he refuses to give up! Wow I can feel the ferocity of these two fighters, and I'm up here in the booth! That is right cotton very fierce fight indeed well have to get an interview with the winner afterword's back to you Tim. Right so the stats are currently X: one and the minotaur: zeeerooooo, cotton. Well put Tim now lets return back to the action before we remember we don't exist.

X and the minotaur both missed this next attack with X sliding low to attempt tripping the beast and the giant sword swinging just over X's dumb haircut.

X listened as Avilon shared a bit of her story with him, while X thought about it, it never did seem to cross his mind about the blind or paralyzed coming into this world and seeing it as a blessing. However as the girl continued to talk it was revealed that while it was a beautiful gift to be given sight the bad certainty outweighed the good in this case. While X may not be the brightest he was practical an thought some things out.

So this game made you see?... When we get out of here lets try and tweak a nerve gear to have a gopro camera on it so you can walk around as if you can see... Damn that might be a million dollar idea right there I gotten remember it...Oh! she doesn't know about the performer thing yet... The girl kept the conversation going by asking if X was the one singing. X simply responded by jokingly waving a hand in front of her eyes to see if she could see or not.

You can see right?... kidding but yeah that was me up there I even have my guitar right here...I then swiped open my menu and brought out my fleur de lies carved silver guitar with the red ribbon strap. Here you can hold it if you want... As I set the guitar on the table I realized I haven't even asked the poor girl her name yet. Oh uh what was your name again? You know I'm X right, did I already say that? Hahaha damn I guess I really am absent minded... I then leaned back and balanced on a single leg of my chair with my familiar still asleep in my lap... Oh performers can do stuff like this incase you were wondering you know dance, balance, play music, sing all that fun stuff...

X rolled backwards after missing the minotaur's mighty close swing which almost decapitated him. X bounced up to his feet and began to get into his boxers stance and bouncing around on his toes keeping his chin down and fists up. The minotaur ripped his sword out of the wall which it was stuck in after his missed attack attempt. The two combatants stare at each other for a moment before breaking the stillness and rushing at each other to attack.
