Oske is the lead GM and thus probably has a bigger work load and less time to do approvals. I dont know what Zero and daeron are doing, but Last time i check Zero was in charge of boss fights. Did not really even know Daegon was a gm till recently.

its a balance of respect for there real lifes, and there ability to do there duty. In no way am promoting that they should ever put this site before their real lifes. However i will say that running a site with this many checks and balances, using 3-4 people is something that should be noted. Especially when 2 of the 4 are just player support. Because the more we have to wait for approves, the less we rp, less rp, means less fun. Less fun means, less players. ect
