I'm considering pursuing a Unique Skill- specifically the Dual Blades skill (I do want to use dat Starburst Stream), but i don't know what level i should be for that.

Yeah, just fair warning. Many people want that exact unique. And many will kill for it too, be wary where you tread if you obtain it.

I am gonna assume not. I know Zelrius, Calrex, Takao, and a few others want Dual Blade. There is only one I knew of that wanted Gram, and maybe another. But the first one that wanted it exchanged from Two-Handed to Wild Dance. Probably leaving me a sole member searching after the Berserker.
