    So... If my Mitigation is 6 does that mean a mob needs to do 7 damage to hurt me or do they have a minimum damage that they do regardless of what mitigation is?

      You will always take 1 damage when hit regardless of mitigation :P That said, if your mitigation is 6 and you are hit 7 it's 1 HP still.
