  1. While attacking the boulder some more, he continued to think of Opal. A woman he had met just shortly before he went out to go training. The woman was beautiful and he was excited to see her again. It's been a fair while and in all honesty, there were still so many questions that he had for her. So many things that were left unanswered that night, and yeah sure, he did sleep with her, it wasn't anything that absurd either, but it was enough for him to have a drive to become as strong as her, because he could tell she wasn't exactly a weak person in this world. She carried herself about as if she had some sort of power, and that's why he wanted to be stronger. Perhaps he would see her at the front lines some day.

  2. Continuing his training, he had stayed focused and wouldn't let up on the punches. Even if some of the punches didn't do damage, he knew that it really was damage, but it was such a minuscule amount that it didn't register, but it does add up over time, which is why he does get the smaller hits here and there, which add up enough to make a critical hit eventually. So even if this set of attacks didn't do much to it at all, he knew that if he stayed dedicated throughout the series of attacks that eventually he will see that health bar drop another nice number. Keeping an eye on his energy number, he realized that it hadn't changed for a while, especially because he wasn't failing utterly at attacking an inanimate object.

  3. He let himself have the same moment to stretch out himself just so his body didn't get too tight and so he could avoid as much potential injury as possible. It was a feeling he loved, stretching. Everyday, he would stretch and go straight to soccer practice, or to tennis practice where he would work out as hard as he could. Just like now, this time he was stretching only for him to go hard during the actual work out. After finishing his stagnant stretches, he got right back to the grinding stone and sent forward another fist with an elbow combo, which dropped the health bar of the boulder another nice number. Though it wasn't as significant as his previous two critical strikes, it was progress none the less and that's one thing Able wasn't going to complain about. Any damage is good damage at this point, even if it's just a single point of damage at a time. After all, he had spent so much time on this quest now, why not finish it while remaining on a positive note, or at least he was trying to.

  4. Able stopped for a brief moment to collect his breath again and to wipe some more sweat off himself. He sat down but only for a moment, as he couldn't waste anymore time. He admired the fact that the health of the boulder at one point was full and just with his own hands and feet, he had found a way to bring it down this much. It was a nice sight to see, but sights are meant to be seen only for a short period of time. If he stared at the health bar any longer, then it would simply make it seem like he was close to achieving his goal and then never actually complete it, which is exactly how the human brain works too.

  5. Just as he was thinking about how the critical strike system worked, he sent forward a devastating kick at the rock, which yet again was a critical strike. Perhaps this was the time for him to finish this quest. The rock was down to 20% left and he was ready for this quest to be done so that he can become a legitimate martial artist. "Let's go baby, time to end this now." he said as he sent forward more kicks and punches in order to break the rock further. Starting to see a crack forming along the rock that was slowly but surely starting to spiderweb across the surface of it was a definite sign that he was doing something right. Now he just needed to figure out a way to make the spiderweb travel further across the rock in order for it to completely shatter into pieces.

  6. Perhaps he may have thought that the training wasn't paying off very well, but every few attacks or so, he noticed there would another decent dip in the health bar of the boulder and it would chunk it a nice amount. Perhaps these were critical strikes that were build into the combat system of this game. After all, what's an RPG game if there aren't critical strikes factored into it. He did find it interesting that you can actually critically strike a boulder, which was after all an inanimate object. Perhaps you can crit anything that has a health bar. Another thing he was curious about was if the critical strike system was entirely random or if it was a pseudo-critical strike chance, meaning that with every attack that he doesn't critically strike, he has a higher chance to land one the next attack around.

  7. Everybody likes a good story right? Able had gotten to a point where he thought it would be a far more interesting story if he said that he was attacked while he was punching the rock, which is why he's all beaten and bruised and why his hands look like they went through a blender, and the remainder of his body looked like it aged an additional ten years simply from a few days worth of training. He will give props to any other player that did this quest solo. The amount of work that has to be put into this task is absurd and he wasn't prepared for it by any means. He refused to let up the series of attacks no matter if it was by hand or by foot, only to realize he still wasn't exactly damaging the boulder any time really.

  8. Epic battle music began to start playing around him. At first he thought it was real, but that's when he noticed it was just his imagination wandering off and making the situation seeming far more intense than it really was. Many sarcastic people would look at the fight they were watching right now and assume the rock is winning if they were to take a look at the condition Able was in. He looked liked he just came through a war and a half and is still going strong. Able was never a person to back down from a challenge and as much as he dreaded this one, he still refused to turn down the opportunity to overcome a task that not everybody has done. If anything, this is just another incentive for him to have another thing to hold over everybody's head to prove that he's better than every other person. Just what everyone else needs was for an arrogant person to get an even bigger ego, right?

  9. The streets of Tolbana were grand and very pristine looking. Being one of the nicest cities in the game to date is one of many true statements that everybody agrees on. Tolbana is a massive fortress if you wish to think about it like that. The outskirts of the town are surrounded by castle walls and the houses themselves are relatively nice. The plazas throughout the entire town are a place where many people gather about or go simply to hang out with other people. Able happened to be at the primary plaza, the one where the news were delivered a while ago that they weren't going to be leaving this game anytime soon. While most people panicked that day or freaked out, he remained calm and composed and made this as good of an experience as he could be. Then again, if something went wrong today, at least he would die happy since death is just a footstep outside of town and anybody could be opening it's doors at any given moment. So many casualties have already happened and we aren't even a quarter way to beating the game. Wanting to become a part of the frontlines quickly, Able made it his goal to become a martial artist relatively soon and become melee powerhouse that the front lines would be interested in using, even if he was a solo player.

Being a part of a guild was something many people seeked to do, and there are very few well recognized guilds that almost any player can register and know who they're talking about. Sure, there are other guilds that existed, but most didn't last or weren't that great in the end. With his hands tucked in his pockets, and the red ribbon wrapped around his neck and the loose end hanging freely over his primarily unbuttoned dress shirt, which he wore with his dress pants and shoes. It was his go-to attire and he wore it almost daily, since washing laundry wasn't exactly a thing you needed to do as you can just get rid of the dirt by "changing the attire" into the same exact clothing and it'd come out clean just like that. He stood by the fountain in the main plaza and looked at his reflection in the pool of the fountain that was partially blinded and covered by the light that the rays of the sun above provided for him. His green eyes were shining from the reflecting sunlight and his red lengthy hair was covering his eyes as it usually did. He had a smirk on his face, but then again, when doesn't he have one on him.

He looked around himself and realized that there were tons of other people but nobody in particular that he grew fond of by simply looking at them. Instead, he just scoffed and then sat on a bench nearby raising his ankle on top of other leg so that his right leg was raised perpendicular to his other. As keeping his hands in his pockets was difficult with such a sitting position, he simply had them crossed over his chest, which again was still relatively revealed. If a person were to look at him, people would assume he looked like a scumbag, but at least he looked like a scumbag with style that would switch to business mode at anytime if he would just button up his shirt. The bench he was at was right beside the fountain still and people passed him as he continued to sit there and breath the virtual air that seemed to be as realistic as ever.

  10. Tobias took yet another breath and continued his straggling punches against the rock. Of all the potential quests in this forsake game, why did he have to pick one of the most tedious ones? Especially choosing to do it alone rather than having somebody help him out to accelerate the process, exponentially at that. With every time his hand connected with the grey, bland boulder before him he let out a grunt and a wince as the surface of the rock wasn't exactly-- soft. He knew that if anyone did this in real life their hands would be bloody, scratched, and scarred. It's definitely not something he looked forward to doing every morning that he woke up. Then again, who does think, "Hey, I'm gonna punch a rock until it breaks!" Exactly... nobody.

  11. The wind of the fourth floor had been crisp against Able's skin for perhaps half an hour now. It was entirely his fault to as he didn't want to change from his typical attire. Instead, he thought that it would be a fantastic idea to stay on the coldest floor with one of the worst choices in terms of clothing. He work a dress shirt with the top of his shirt unbuttoned and a red ribbon that was wrapped around his neck and tucked into his shirt so it didn't fly around. His pants were black dress pants and he wore a belt as well while his shoes were black dress shoes. The wind that passed over the floor, whipped up a little bit of snow that would lightly kiss his face and would leave a very brief sensation of the cold against his cheeks or his forehead. Able had green eyes, and red hair that waved in the wind. The bangs went across his eyes, which hindered him from seeing sometimes, but nothing he couldn't get used to. The snow was currently piled up to his ankle, and he was following a partially layed out path, that had already been covered slightly by the snow in order to get to the Frostbite Lake.

Dragging his feet, and keeping his hands tucked into this pockets, he looked up at the sky as he continued to walk forward. There was a line that was being left behind him, instead of direct footstep sockets to show the trail he walked and how exactly he walked it. He whistled a quiet melody under his breath and then let out a sigh after a few moments. The fourth floor was so cold compared to the other ones, he had no clue why he enjoyed this floor so much. Actually, check that.... he hated this floor. The cold wasn't something he enjoyed a ton, and in all honesty, he probably never will. During the winter meant he couldn't go play soccer or tennis really as they are spring/summer time sports, which were his heart and passion. Walking for another ten minutes, able had finally managed to make his way to the Frostbite Lake. A place where it was a safe zone, so he didn't have to worry about dying, but there was always the rumor he had heard from others that a dangerous monster dwelled in the waters below the ice, however he thought it was a lie and it was just a way to keep people out of such a beautiful place.

Able took a seat nearby a tree, one that had slightly less snow under it than all the others and just lay his head against the bark. The wood was cold and rough, but it was more comfortable than walking around excessively in the cold. He closed his eyes and just breathed in and out slowly to control his blood flow and his heart rate to keep his body warm easier. Gripping the snow next to him, he felt it flatten beneath his hands and when he took a look down, he noticed his hands were slightly red. Guess that's what he gets for not wearing any gloves, or anything winter worthy.

  12. The last time he had been on Urbus, he had a loving evening out with the one and only Vivian. Having not seen her since that night was slightly discouraging, but nothing that would bear him down even though he did have a thing for her. Walking from the teleport pad that stood in the plaza of town, he wandered the cobble streets for perhaps half an hour into the night sky. Time wasn't exactly something he kept track of very often anymore, especially since it didn't really matter. The more he would look at the time, the slower it would pass by and that's the last thing he needed right now. He let out a sigh as he stretched his arms up into the sky and then moved them back to his sides, with his hands slid into his pockets aside from his thumb, as it was being kept out of the pocket by placing the web between his fingers to hold his hands at the ready, a trait that he's had since the beginning of the game and was ever so glad for it too, because in this world one could never be too careful.

With the moonlight shining down upon the streets, his shoes glimmered slightly and his skin appeared more pale than it really was. He flicked his head over to the right to keep the bangs out of his face and he heard the tapping of his feet with every step he took. He needed somewhere to relax, and the most common places as far he was concerned and it's where everyone else seemed to go too for some reason were the bars and taverns. Unsure of why, he found one nearby by the name of "The Cast Sword Inn." He gave himself a chuckle because sometimes the names of these places were absurd, but in a comedic manner. Able stepped through the door after opening and shutting it behind him. Some people as always gave him a glance to see who it was and then turned away immediately, some faces didn't turn towards him at all, and others kept looking regardless because they must not have had anything better to do other than to admire his good looks.

He approached the bar counter and gave him a smile, waiting for him to be ready to serve him. Nearby he saw a player who was sipping away at a drink of his own, a beer to be exact, the same drink he was about to buy for himself. As the bartender slid the mug of beer across the counter he took a drink of and set it back down, thus creating a tapping noise when it connected with the wooden counter. "Thanks", he simply stated towards the bartender as he licked his upper lick to make sure there wasn't any foam sitting there, a similar feature he picked up from Vivian, the woman with violet eyes and long beautiful hair. He had slept in the same room as her the other night, but that didn't mean much. There were so many things he was thinking of since he had been with her that night. He had so many questions for her, and she must've had a fair share of his own.

  13. Listening to her talk about how it was nice to feel like a woman again and how she had fun was a relieving sound. "I honestly had a lot of fun with you as well. I would like to see you again some time if that's alright with, Vivian." He said as he walked over to the window that was open and reached his hand out and let his hand get touched by the light rain enough to make his hand slightly wet. He enjoyed the breeze for a brief moment and then turned around with his arms on the windowsill and looked at her. "I want to thank you for such an amazing night, honestly." He walked over to her and he leaned over and gave her a kiss on her cheek and immediately pull his face away enough so they were only inches apart. "You're a fantastic woman, I do hope you come back from the boss raid tomorrow. It'd be a shame if I was the only good looking person left here and that a pretty face like yours wouldn't be able to be seen around anymore." He said to her, finally drawing his face away completely now and he stood up straight.

He stretched his arms up into the air and let out a yawn while running a hand through his hair, putting his bangs up, thus rolling his hair back and then they would drop right over his face again after moving his hand. "I suppose we should get some rest then shouldn't we? Wake me tomorrow before you leave will you please so I can wish you good luck and all." he said smiling at her and beginning to unbutton the dress shirt and standing there with all the buttons undone, leaving his abdomen exposed now, which had a very outlined six-pack, and his pectoral muscles popped slightly. He didn't take it off, because he wasn't sure if she'd feel uncomfortable, instead he simply placed himself on the floor and lay there, giving her one last smile before he shut his eyes to begin resting. Before he would fall into a state of slumber, he simply said, "Good night, Vivian."

OOC: If you'd like we can just add in as she's leaving for the raid and waking him up and the two of them leaving with their goodbyes and all that stuff to close out this thread. It was truly enjoyable being able to RP with you and hope to do so again in the future.

  14. As she continued to lead the way to the location of her place, she finally brought them to a door, which he gladly held open for the two of them to go through. Unlocking the room and the next door opening that they came to, they both entered and he shut the door behind them. The inside truly was larger than he had anticipated, but it was nice to say the least. She gestured to have him take a seat, and he did just that. That's when he noticed she went behind the changing curtain and saw the clothing drop to the floor and nothing but a silhouette of her body that showed off all of her curves and edges. He readjusted his legs realizing a situation had occured to try and to conceal the "problem." After she had completed changing, he noticed that her shorts were even shorter now, and her top was longer this time. This was going to be difficult for him, but he just had to remain composed the entire time, otherwise things might get awkward if she notices.

After she brought out the alcohol and poured both of them a glass, he grabbed it and began to drink some of it while holding it in his hand when he wasn't drinking it. "Thank you, for all of this, but I was mislead by you it seems. I was expecting some dancing." He laughed at the comment and gave her a flirtatious look with a wink somewhere in there. "Also, you look fantastic in anything you wear it seems, I can't help myself when it comes to my eyes wandering all over your body. I'm sure you've been doing the same to me all night as well, not that I can really blame you." He took another drink of the Sake and fixed his collar with the other hand he had available. Maintaining his legs well enough that it wasn't screaming that he was aroused, he definitely had to make sure to keep focused on that, last thing he'd want right now is make her feel uncomfortable because he lacked some self control.

  15. He gave her a smile from behind when she complimented him in return and had thanked him for his, continuing to follow her, they finally arrived at the teleporter. She told him to go to the seventh floor, Nimbus, so that they could head on over to her place. After she had teleported out of the floor already he thought for a moment before stepping through. What would happen if he didn't show up, if he had decided to just leave? Granted, he had stated that there would be no one night stand, it was still a thought that played with his head a slight bit. Taking a deep breath to calm his nerves, he stepped through the teleport pad with his hands in his pockets and said, "Floor 7, Nimbus." As he began to dematerialize for a moment, he reappeared in only a second or so on the new floor. This floor was so different from all of the others he had been on so far, and it was a pleasing sight to him. When he saw her before the teleport pad, she seemed almost surprised to see him as he stepped beside her.

Looking around he caught onto the detail that all of the houses are made of stone and that it was a city surrounded with green lights in the night to lead the path. It was truly a sight to behold, they were definitely in the mountains based on the way the floor itself seemed to look, another observation he made. A smile grew across his face and he picked up the pace slightly to walk next to Vivian. His hands were still tucked into his pockets and his jacket was just laying over his shoulder. He turned his head down towards her and smiled at her. He didn't say anything, he simply gave her a smile. In all honesty, he was terrified, what was going to happen tonight? What was going to become of the two after the night is over? Will he see her again? Is she just another stranger that she'll see one time and then never again? What else was she hiding from him and why would she try to hide whatever it is?

To break the thoughts that were running through is mind rapidly, he quickly thought of something to say that could add a little humor between the two as well. "So, you're going to show me some of those dance skill right? I'm looking forward to watching you move", he said with a wink towards her, joking around with her and picking on her for saying she doesn't do exotic dancing.

  16. As she began to hand him his jacket, he listened to her talk about how she knows the owner of an Inn on the first floor, almost stating her name in the process. Although he didn't want to know her alias, he did wonder about it a few times. 'O' as the only letter that she had said, and it got him thinking, but not enough to break his concentration. She began to talk about how the night was still young and how she wanted to spend more time with him. This was such a sudden change in behavior, but he didn't exactly mind it. That's when she mentioned about him staying there and how she'd need to leave early in the morning for an appointment? Whatever had gotten into her was even worse than he was, it was obvious the two were both terrible liars when it came to simple things. "Look, I don't want to be a bother and keep you up all night. I'll come over for a short while, but maybe its best that I don't stay the night, especially if you have to leave in the morning. Plus, I'd just feel like I owe you and who knows what kind of things you'd make someone do to pay you back." He gave her a smile and put the jacket over his shoulder as he gestured her to lead the way and he followed.

Tobias watched as she strutted her body in a beautiful fashion, his eyes were looking at her ass and he was sure that she knew what he was doing too. He saw a very slight portion of a tattoo on her, but he didn't exactly try to see the rest of it, though it did look like an interesting one. It was getting to a point where one thing didn't add up with another and it was slightly starting to irk him. She was definitely hiding something and eventually he'd find out, but for now he just went with the moment. Besides, he couldn't stop himself from admiring her body with his eyes. Why was she trying to invite him over though at this hour if she had something to do in the morning? Tobias stretched his arms up into the sky and yawned, but no because he was tired, simply just a yawn that comes to people randomly. He messed with his collar a bit more and then stuffed his hands back into his pockets, with his thumbs sticking out to take advantage of the webs between his fingers to keep his hand from going completely into them. "You look almost as nice from the back as you do from the front, did you know that? I think the only thing that makes the front better is that you have such lovely eyes and a gorgeous smile on you, Vivian", he said charmingly, trying to get the flirtatious mood back into himself and possibly her too.

  17. "Dancing and drinking, huh?" he asked, as he drew his hand back into the pockets of his pants with only his thumbs sticking out to play it off as much as he could. She guided the two around until they passed by some people who backed off pretty quickly. It was sort of strange how they did too, he knew that he didn't look very intimidating, perhaps it was Vivian that they were afraid of which began to make him wonder, but he didn't feel it was necessary to question it. She gave him a quick, friendly jab at his side as she said he was protecting her tonight and all he could do was chuckle. With their surroundings becoming less dark and less gloomy, he could see lights more frequently than not and he was able to see the structures of the houses much nicer too. The streets themselves didn't look at filthy either and in all honesty, he felt slightly at ease too. When she stopped a few feet into the plaza and turned towards him and mentioned a place to stay and also asking him if he had a place to stay he didn't know what to say.

He looked at her for a moment without answering and then knew he was being awkward. "Uh, yeah. I stay on the... the... first floor", he lied. Tobias didn't like when people offered him a place to stay, as he simply felt awkward and as if he owed them in return had he accepted. "It was a great pleasure getting to know you Vivian. I'd love to see you again sometime if you wouldn't mind", he requested with one hand now shuffling through the hair on the back of his head. "I suppose I should get to the first floor where I... I... I stay" he wanted to facepalm as hard as he could right now because he was lying to her right now and he was being blatant about it too. Why did he have to be so poor? Had he taken the time since the game starting to just... level up more and earn some money to his name he wouldn't exactly have this problem now would he? He began to walk towards the teleporter slowly, unsure of what to think. After all, he would just stay in the plaza of the first floor anyways on some nearby bench for the night until he could get more col. So pathetic in his eyes, he had done so well all night to keep her interest and this is where he would blow it.

  18. Taking his hand and rising from the seat, the two stepped away from the table and began to tread towards the door. He admired her body while she wasn't noticing, although she probably knew he was anyways. Her clothing was semi-revealing, but that was non of his concern, if something were to come up while they would walk, he'd do what he could to help the situation. As he opened and held the door open for Vivian, she mentioned at how cold it was, so without hesitation, he took off his jacket that he had over his dress shirt, which was more like a suit jacket and wrapped it around her. Such a cliche moment, but sometimes the cliches are the best. She pointed out the direction where they should walk and he did just that, he walked beside her, so this way the two had an easier time talking.

"Yeah, soccer had always been a part of my life. I was pretty much born with a ball between my feet and a pitch before my eyes. The team was good, we went to nationals every year, though we never made it any further than that, furthest we ever came was to the semi-finals of the national league. As for my thighs? I'd say they look pretty damn good, but not nearly as nice as yours", he chuckled looking down towards her, not being able to help seeing her cleavage now that he has the height advantage. He had to keep his cool now, sitting with your groin under a table was a different story than standing up, it wasn't nearly as easy to conceal if he were to pop one right here and now. After a few minutes of walking, he closed the gap between the two and he slid his hand next to hers, a bold move on his part, it was now just a matter on if she accepted his hand or if she wouldn't either way it didn't exactly matter to him. "Where next?" he wondered in advance so that he wouldn't look dumb trying to go a different way.

"What about you? Any hobbies other than researching the human brain and its psych, or do you have a secret stripper job in the background or something?" He asked her with a chuckle. The wind of the night was definitely chilly, he'll give her that one, but he enjoyed the kisses of the nightly gust that touched him. His hair waved in the wind, something girls always loved about him, and his eyes shimmered like emeralds with the moonlight's beam of light that glistened down onto the streets of Urbus. Vivian didn't need any extra lighting or anything to touch her to make her beautiful, he knew she knew that she was a very stunning woman, and he admired her for it, perhaps it was because the two knew they were good looking and that they both took full advantage of it.

  19. "Screwing after this? I'm not that easy, sweetheart." He chuckled at the comment, perhaps he may have had the thought of a night with her cross his mind once or twice, but nothing he felt the necessity to bring up in a conversation. Tobias smiled at her, taking another drink of his water, and then thought of the question. "Well for one, I'm not exactly a Playboy, I haven't even gotten with any women since any of this started, perhaps I miss it a bit, but it's nothing I've truly pushed for either, though I may try for it some other time as I do miss having sex. Hobbies? Hmm, I do miss playing soccer with my friends on a regular basis. I was the captain of my team y'know, kind of something you should expect being the best looking player on the team and all." Another comment that left a quick chuckle. He thought hard about the question, he didn't exactly have many hobbies now that he thought of it, half of the time he was always busy with school or training, the very little free time he did have he was playing video games. "I guess that's all I really miss, that's all I really did other than study and play video games here and there. So I suppose my life is pretty much school, sex, and sports in a nutshell. Kind of lame I just realized."

He watched as she yawned before him, she let out a squeaky yawn and he may or may not have laughed a feint laugh. "Would you like to go for a walk? I mean, we've been sitting here for a while and I sure wouldn't mind standing up for a change. Plus, if I leave, I don't wanna get lost now in this terrible neighborhood now do I? I need someone here that would show me the way, somewhere safe", he stated slightly mocking her in a joking manner. He finished the water in his glass as there wasn't exactly a lot left in it and set it down. He stood from his chair and pushed in his chair and adjusted his collar once more out of pure habit and reached his hand out to her to help her stand up as a gentleman's gesture, something he had always grown custom to.

  20. Able listened to her story, he nodded every few sentences to show he was paying attention and that's when he noticed the strap of her top fall loose once more off her shoulder. Reaching over, he adjusted the strap back up so that it was where it had been originally. "I'm sorry about what happened. I wish I could say I knew how you felt to lose someone that you were so close to because they just weren't there anymore, but I don't", he stopped for a moment as he was lying. His girlfriend in the real world the one he used to have had done just that. She had to leave a far distance, and although he knew where she would be, that distance was never able to close until finally she was gone and she wouldn't come back. Would he get back with her? He wouldn't know for sure, he's matured, and he's changed as a whole for the most part, but perhaps a part of him wouldn't mind that feeling of completion again. "A promise is more than just words, you know. A promise is what you make it. Personally for me, I don't make promises so I don't let people down with expectations that they had of me. It's a bad trait to have, but I don't see the point in raising someone's expectations. When I speak to women, I expect rejection, I doubt myself and I make the situation as bad as possible, so this way if anything even goes relatively well, I'm happy with what I've gotten."

Able... No, Tobias thought for a moment to himself. As a person, what was he doing here right now? He wasn't lost, he was looking for something but wasn't sure what. "I do believe that anyone is strong enough to protect themselves and that all it takes is a little bit of effort. As for sexual release, I haven't done anything since I've joined this game, nor have I honestly tried to either, but to have someone to go to no matter what the situation was wouldn't be a bad idea either. I'm not saying that this person I'm looking for is you, and I'm not saying that you aren't the person I would want in that position either, so please don't take it to heart. I'm saying that I'd like that feeling filled just as much as you do, for all I know it could be you, but nothing is certain. My fear is letting myself feel close to someone, only to lose them-- like you, unfortunately." He wrapped his hands around the glass, he could tell his hand was shaking slightly, but he didn't want her to notice and had hoped that she didn't but it may have been very well possible. He brought it up to take another drink of it, and then set it down again within the pool of ice water on the wood that was starting to slip into the cracks of the wood.

His eyes kept moving back and forth between locations, one moment it was her breasts, another it was her eyes, then it would be at the table. Where was the proper place to be looking. He didn't want to maintain eye contact too long, it would show that he was exposed right now. Exposure was dangerous in a world like this. It could lead to trouble and possibly even death. He adored her eyes and wanted to stare into them and get lost, but he didn't want to risk anything. Taking a deep breath for a brief moment he recollected himself, told himself he was alright, she didn't seem to dangerous by the looks of it, and then brought his eyes up to hers again.

  21. She took of the drink he had ordered for her, and after enough persuasion, she was finally going to give him a chance to get to know her better. She had asked him if it would be alright if she asked a few questions of her own, and that was fair enough. He realized his eyes had wandered towards her chest for a brief moment without realizing it, but flicking his eyes right up to hers the moment he caught onto what he was doing. "In terms of future, I didn't have much in mind, I was going to be a business man who would be all over the world on trips, sleeping with people internationally I suppose." He chuckled before taking another drink from the glass, that had no left a pool beneath it. "In all honesty... I was never really a person to think of the future. My personal motto is that if you don't live your life to the fullest every day, why do you even bother to think about the future. That's exactly what I do. I make the most out of every single day that I live, what happens tomorrow will be left to tomorrow, what happens tonight, shall happen tonight. Nothing is ever set in stone anyways if you talk about the future, so why even plan on anything if those plans that you are working so diligently on may still change in the end?"

His eyes, randomly flickered down and back up at her eyes, and it was strange, because he hadn't had any temptation up until now. Why all of the sudden? Was he being driven by lust right now? What was making his behavior change so much right now, especially since he had in this type of situation so many times before and not had a problem with it. She flicked the ashes from the cigarette a few more times throughout the course of the conversation, and the scent was still near, at first he wanted to blame it on that, but that was unlikely. "Tell me something in return now, alright? You mentioned you had a boyfriend at some point throughout the time we've been stuck here, but here we are and you said no man has ever been able to keep up with you. Why bother at all trying to find a man that could, when you could just live a life where men are nothing but a simple tool? I'd be lying if I said sometimes I take my charm for granted and use it to reap a benefit or two for myself." He bragged, with a slight grin on his face and a chuckle throughout the time that he admired her.

  22. Able read her body actions immediately as he knew he had taken things slightly too far. Although he knew he had a charm to him, perhaps he got carried away. "Scare me away now you say? Listen, I may be young, but that doesn't mean that I'm afraid of the truths. I've got demons of my own, therefore I'm no saint by any means. The reason why I opened up to you wasn't because you asked, but because I had a feeling already that we might see each other more often." He turned his head towards the bartender and gave him a nod raising the bottle up a bit, and he swiftly brought over another one for her, "May I offer you anything?" He asked Able as he didn't have anything to drink anymore, "Just some water, please." And by request, he was given a glass of it. He took a drink of it and set it on the table, thus allowing the condensation from the water run down from the glass and begin to form a ring onto the wood around the base of the glass.

"I wasn't looking for a one night stand either, I was looking for a place to go, somewhere to explore. I wanted to see more of the world as I'm still relatively new to it I suppose. You just happened to be a pleasant surprise that came along my way. Just think of it this way-- If you were to die tomorrow, assuming you're in the boss fight for the next floor. Who would know you for who you are? That's why I open myself up to many people so quickly. I want to die as myself, not some pawn in this game", he said as he got a whiff of the citrus sent that was now lingering in the air from her cigarette. The scent was so familiar to him, and pleasing too. "I'm sorry if I've made you uncomfortable, perhaps I let my flirtatious behavior take a step too far on my behalf. I don't think you're leading me on at all by any means, if anything, I'm the one here giving the false impression."

Taking another drink of his water, he leaned back in his chair and fixing his collar by habit, forgetting that she had told him to be careful of his actions. His hands were sprawled out on the wooden table, and his legs were stretched out diagonally based on the way he was sitting, with one shin over the other, and his feet both angled at each other. "Let me get to know you, Vivian. Let me know who you really are, and I promise I won't go running away. I'm intrigued by you, and I'd truly like to know the real you. I don't even want to know your in game alias at this point, and would rather just stick to first name basis, to make our current acquaintance more human compared to the way we've been feeling."

  23. "Vivian Cruz huh? A beautiful name, I guess it only matches the person then", he said chuckling at his own comment. He listened further on her story about herself and what kind of family she had, the type of life that she used to have, how she got stuck here. "I'm sorry that you got stuck in a place like this because of your job, but just think of how poetic it really is. Someone loves their job so much that they go to all ends to research it, no matter the cost. The thought of that is quite beautiful in its nature is it not?" His finger had still been slithering across the skin of her arm as he listened to the rest of her story. Finally, as she mentioned how she used to have a boyfriend and had no intentions of seducing anyone, he made his move a little bit more bold this time.

He slid his fingers up past her strap, and added his middle and ring finger to the touch as soon as he reached her cheek. Sliding his hand over, he placed his index finger on her lips and simply winked with a grin on his face. "Your story is quite interesting, honestly, and I'm sorry that you're stuck here once more. In case it helps, you're doing a damn good job of connecting with me right now. I could see myself talking to you in the real world too, not that I'm not already. A woman with a body like yours isn't one that should be neglected, a person with such a unique personality can't be ignored. You're lucky I'm a bold one." He watched as the bottle she had tapped on the table, and looked right back up at her, finding himself seeing the cleavage of her breasts as his eyes transitioned. A man that had a drive for lust would've attempted something stupid right now, possibly something that would only get them hurt right about now. What they don't know is women take time, they are fragile beings, and if you don't treat them with care, don't expect the same treatment in return.

By no means was he looking for a one night stand, though he wouldn't be opposed to one if it happened. He just wanted a place to go, a place where he could meet new people and just explore the world. To get out there if one wanted to put it that way. Able shuffled his hand up to her hair, which ran in front of her face and moved it behind her ear before withdrawing his hand again. "Would you like another drink", he offered her in case she would want more. "I would love to get to know you more and to learn more about you as a person and perhaps see you more often from tonight. Just think... I could've started with the cliche 'Come here often?' or 'Look what the heavens brought for me today, another angel." but something makes me think that those are some pickup lines that don't exactly work on you, which I admire."

  24. Vivian leaned over and immediately negated the collar fixing that he had done, instead she said that he should be more careful the way he acted. Fair enough. She talked about how she liked it here because it was darker and how she claimed she had no class, even though he could argue that in several different categories and she also mentioned about how she was just trying to escape her obligations for just one night, a night where she could be exactly who she is and not give a damn in the world about what others have to think about it. After all, Able always believed he should live every day like its your last because in this world, it very well might be at any point of the day or night. He brought the bottle up to his lips and was about to take a sip from it, only remembering that he had already finished it, immediately setting the bottle back down, he didn't bother gesturing for a new bottle, it might only make things a little harder for him if he continued to drink.

He watched as she brought the bottle to her own lips and licked her upper one to get the most of the fluid. Her lips then curled into a smile and she began to ask him a series of personal questions, not that it bothered him, but they did come out of left field. It certainly wasn't something he had prepared for, like he would on a date. Bringing his hands together for a moment and then spreading them onto the table he leaned forward, "Wouldn't you just like to know huh? Perhaps the goal was to try and be mysterious around you and all you would know of me is my name, especially after tonight ends." He winked at her and his lips curled into a smile of his own.

That's when he shrugged his shoulders and moved one arm far enough along the table so his fingertips would lightly touch the skin of her arm, around the area of her wrist and the top of her hand. Moving his fingertip around for his own entertainment he went on about what his personal life was like. "Well my name is Tobias Russel Akneal, I'm 19 years old, I was born near Syracuse, New York, a city within the north of the state. I was homeschooled for a majority of my life and went to public school around the age of twelve if I recall correctly. Coming right out of high school, I was going to find a college in which I could seek a major in Business Management leaning towards accounting, therefore I would've made a lot of money, probably in the six digit area. I had a loving mother and a kind father, both whom took care of me very well and always wanted me to succeed in school. I enjoyed playing soccer throughout high school and in my free time, I'd be stuck playing MMORPG games with my friends that I made in public school." He slid his fingertips to the palm of her hand and then ran it up her arm to her shoulder, moving right next to the strap and then shuffled its way back down her arm, and he continued this for several moments.

"I am and always have been single, I've been very flirtatious with many girls from school and would sleep around with them if I felt like it, but even that didn't happen all too often as I was a busy person. And now... Here I am sitting at this table, with a woman that wants to know me, a woman that I can't seem to keep my eyes off of anytime they are set off course. I will say, you have an amazing body and it's very difficult not to get carried away with my eyes wandering, but that doesn't mean I'll be easy to seduce either if that's what you could be thinking. What about you though, what's your background like?" he asked her in return with a smile on his face and his eyes looking into hers. He had left the part out about his girlfriend in high school, the one he couldn't maintain a long relationship with due to distance related issues. She was gone and that was that, dwelling on it wouldn't help him, he was here now and that's all that mattered at this point.

  25. (OOC: Sick of doing this whole bold text crap, changing up my style here)

"Oh my. Don't stop now, I am enjoying all these compliments. You seem to have the balls though to talk to such an attractive woman, no one here could hold my attention though. Or they would mumble something to me and then go red in the face. But you look like a classy guy, what brings you to a shithole like this in the first place? Taft has some great drinking places and far more entertaining than this dump. Usually the ones that come here are looking for something a little more...dark." She wasn't exactly wrong when it came to that statement. Usually he found himself in a much more casual environment, but somehow he ended up with a place that didn't exactly look like it was maintained all that well. "I would keep flattering you, but I wouldn't want to let that pretty little head of yours get swollen now would we? As for why I'm here, I don't know exactly-- I was walking about the floor, trying to find some new places and my lack of knowledge happened to bring me here."

He noticed that she had let her strap fall loose from her shoulder again, and this time she even leaned forward again. Not looking at her cleavage, he felt a little bit more respectful of the woman. He didn't like it when women were that easy, he preferred to actually put in some effort in order to get what he wanted. For a moment, he was tempted to slide the strap back up for her, but he hesitated too long, thus doing it herself. He gave her a smile and locked eyes for a moment as he took another drink from his bottle, which may have only had a quarter of what it had initially in it. "I suppose this is where I turn the question on you and ask what a beautiful young woman like you doing in a 'shithole' like this, if after all you say people come here for is something a little bit more 'dark' if I remember your words correctly" he said, with a slight chuckle behind his words.

He had one hand on his bottle and the other hand was on the table, rapping his knuckles against the wood very lightly so that it didn't make a noise, but he could tell that he was connecting with it. What exactly was his goal tonight? Was he going to try and get her to sleep with him? In all honesty, he didn't know what he wanted, Able kept a smile on his face, and took his hand up to his shirt collar and adjusted it slightly so it didn't look as messy before clenching his hand again and rapping it against the wood of the table. With another sip of beer running down his throat, he empties the bottle and set it down onto the table, but still kept his hand around the bottle perhaps for comfort and so he didn't look as lost as he really was.
