    The tiny flags flapping around angrily as a siren started to fill the large empty chamber. The little flounders sporting firearms start to unload in their direction causing the players to scatter. Celeste barrels for a collapsed column, pressing her back into it as she knelt low. The moment she had the moment to channel her strength, she'd wait for them to close in. Counting the seconds, she'd wait for the sound appear nearby. Up and over in one fluid motion, she dumps the weapon into the pack with relative ease. Although her accuracy was a little off kilter, the sheer ungainly load blown was more then enough to send bits of fish flapping across the room with bits of broken stone. What remained was a mulch of chum sprayed across the floor that lingered for far too long. Celeste would continue through, seeking out cover before she'd be the brunt of unwanted attention.

    The redhead was still on an unnecessary high, pushed into a semblance of high tension as she'd quickly advance her gaze across the place looking for anymore of those little bastards. She was more than familiar with this quest objective by now, and by the beach guardian's little ploy to allow its smaller versions to rush off like the small hand spiders in legend of zelda. They'd look out a log or a stone and start nursing themselves back into a massive crab again, which is why every damn day there was always another one ready to start trying to gank them again. A fact that was actually very obnoxious. Spotting some movement, she'd point off with a grit of her teeth locking eyes with her compatriots. If just once they could actually stop them all, then this damn mess wouldn't nearly as bad. It could even save them a couple hours of wasted time.

  3. The heat building on her blade starts to create a mirage effect as it bleeds into the air surrounding it. Gaius had fell, Griswold had it locked in place. Now was her time to act in this constant assault. Her cleaver sputters then sparks to life in cobalt blue flame, and within seconds a trailing flicker of her body as her afterimage turns into a transparent blue hue, sending her spiraling in next to Gaius and dumping a slash of that same blue flame in a wide vertical arc. The wave trails across its flesh and causes it to start to brown and darken, being basically flash cooked in an instant. The cleaver retracts and finds itself slung over the womans right shoulder as she leaps off of the crabs back, landing into the sand with a solid thud. A pivot and turn she catches the faintest glimpse of its hitpoints as her flame rages on.

    • Tough Shell: This monster’s MIT and ACC cannot be reduced, and it remains unaffected by Incarcerate, Paralysis and Freeze effects.
    • Too Large: Familiars’ Grappling Skill cannot be used to stun the boss. Only normal stuns will work on it as a result of SAs or skills being used, and they will have a 4 turn cooldown.
    • Pincer Attack: Sand’s Claw will attack two times during its turn, targeting the player with the highest hate, and then the player with the second highest hate. Perform one attack roll for each attack.

    • Gobble Up: If the boss’ health reaches 2000, on its next turn it will skip its attack and start eating rocks. It must be hit with 3 or more Delay SAs until its next turn, otherwise it will expend it on healing 1000 HP. This can only occur once per battle.
    • Soft Skin: Once afflicted with Bleed, the effect will not wear off for the remainder of the battle.
    • Unguarded Sides: Area of Effect attacks consume twice the base energy, but deal 50% (rounded up) more damage.
  4. The raging red hair of a roiding out barbarian broad comes out of the forest like a stomping bull. There wasn't even the slightest bit of chill, but she was clearly amped. This obviously not her first rodeo, and the girl was already three steps into the encounter before it even began. That massive slab of metal of hers drops into the sand with a heavy thud, sending a bit up into the air as it collides. Digging in her heels, she doesn't even bother to look toward the white haired woman at this point. Because every time they came here, the very next step was dealing with the giant fucking crab that would pop out of the sand like a damn piston in an engine. Flames slide down the length of the blade in a faint flicker, burning softly as her energy would gather at the base of the handle. She was hot and bothered, ready to start with the bloodbath.

    Celeste starts running from the other side of the room, “Coming through, move,” calling out as she was leaping over chairs before poofing with a “FU.” the moment she reappears in front of the big guy, she cleaves a large gash against his chest. The humanoid figure only takes a deep breath before that flame on top of his head begins to sizzle back to life. The thing pulls his torches toward his head to relight what was put out. “What the hell is this place, this is not what I imagined when I opened the map.” Pure confusion painted on her face, how did that woman do it? Make the maps go to wherever she needed them to go. Did she break the system, most of those magical places Celeste had never heard about. It was like being in a game with two game masters but one doesn’t know about the other. Who the hell was Nisahime, and why the fuck is she here?

    Holding the paper in hand, Nisahime had given it to her. It came to a shock, why would they allow her to open it. She didn’t know how it worked, what if she brought them to a place that they couldn’t come back from. Closing her eyes thinking of a place, holding the map both hands as she takes a deep breath. She could feel the ground beneath her feet get harder, opening her eyes it was a black marble flooring. A large table sat in the middle with a huge fish tank that had these things with what looked like millions of teeth crammed roughly and out of order in their face. Suddenly they all start to jump out one by one, chomping their faces at Celeste. “OH FUCK NO,” saying as sword arts start flying out of her weapon left and right, they had to be dead like yesterday. There was no way that she was going to let them touch her. After a moment of silence they hear a chuckle from an unknown source. Where the hell did she bring them?

    Rushing toward the large thing at full force now, no hold bar. Slamming into the creature she cleaves it hard which turns into a spin creating a deeper carve. With an upcut as blood spray everywhere, going right into a jumping attack. Upon that last impact it finds the crab no longer living. She looks down at the red soaked red outfit. It looked pretty cool but if these clothes were left anywhere Lium would find them and wash them. He was becoming quite the neat freak. Celeste was sorta hoping that today would be an easy day just for once. There was some stuff that she wanted to do that didn’t involve killing a crab for the remainder of the day. Throwing the large blade up, holding it against her shoulder. She knew what came next so she would take time to glance around to find the tiny little critters.

  8. The last to make an attack, sliding and jumping onto the crabs back that had no shell. It was very clear where she had to attack. Chopping deep within the veins on top of the creature, it wailed in pain and like a horse it started rapidly moving around trying to buck her off. She decided to jump off before that happened. It kept jumping an inch off the ground as it ran halfway across the sanded floors just to get away. “I guess he didn’t like his acupuncture treatment,” shrugging her shoulders. She was standing still now watching the creature fling itself around the sandy floors. It was kicking the sands everywhere. She had to cover her face and back up so that she didn’t get it in places she didn’t want it. The crab was getting further and further away, whatever would they do? Celeste would get ready to charge right for the thing, she couldn’t believe she was waiting to blast this creature away.

  9. In two days they went from having a ten man crew to five. They needed more people that were not such dumb asses or lazy and she was by no means a people person. The recruiting would be Lium's job, somehow he really did have a way with people. Question is why was he sticking around if they were such polar opposites. She was so angry all the time and could outburst at any time from anything, but Lium was always so calm and collected.  It wasn’t that he just wanted to live on a ship. Curiosity gets stuck in her head as she thinks about why he was okay with having the orange marker. He seemed like such a nice go getter guy so why was it that he was sitting here in this place taking care of the ship with a PKer marker floating over his noggin. Shaking her head, it started to hurt a bit as she started heading to the sandy area where she was meeting the others. It was a short jaunt, her home was parked just a few yards away.

    Unconvinced by her surroundings nor even giving herself a moment to even give a damn, the woman saw movement. That weapon of her flares and flashes hot, sending a massive wave of heat throughout the giant bowl. It glows in a bright cobalt blue light. The walls start to glow red hot, as do the floor, making them all count their blessings that they were wearing shoes. The creatures inside start to bubble and screech, turning much blacker then they were prior. It was clearly uncomfortable, given they didn't hold the same protection. "Heh." The girl remarks with a short laugh, obviously mixed with a bit of snark. "Don't like the heat. Get out of my kitch... er..." A glance to Gaius she'd aim for a more fitting catch phrase. "Pot." The other party members grimmace. "Oh come on it wasn't that bad." A little peeved that she fucked up the delivery. "Damn it."

    That bombastic woman would have attentions rip immediately to see where Griswold was pointing. "Yeah Yeah, got them old timer." She'd bark back in response and drop the hammer of that weapon, and start to drag it through the screwed up terrain. Right through the little pack, at the end of her rush she'd twist and rip the weapon upward. The creatures caught where it is upheaved are equally dispersed. They are flung like a shotgun blast out toward the sea at high speed. Celeste presses her hand to the ridge of her brow, shielding her eyes from the sun to get a clearer view. They slam into the water with enough force to basically make it concrete, shown by the little blue flashes way off in the distance. "Got um." She'd offer unknowing that there were two trailing behind her feet, tip toeing as to not be discovered by her.

  12. The entire beach shakes as the dragoon's weapon descends, casting a light like a shooting star and a crater to match. When the dust clears, there isn't much of her opponent left. It was helpless and legitimately on its last legs. Celeste would grin and start to run, when abruptly the gift from Gabrandr would oblige her intention. Her body twists into a translucent bluish glow, as if glass. Moreover the shape seems to stop moving but fires these strands of cobalt that draw her path within a blink of an eye. In a mere second she was airborne, and that cleaver of hers drops like a hammer. The maelstrom of cobalt blue fire to which there was no resistance, the flames of fate bestowed upon her by her inheritance would erase the beachfront once more. The blazing causes the sand in the air to polish into shards of glass, and the very ground beneath them all to transition the same. A pop proves its destruction, as her weapon carves clean through and slams into the glass below causing it to fracture.

  13. Bright red hair stood starkly across green, and with it the flaming tenacity mixed with a fiery persona to boot. The hefty looking blade like an oversized cleaver, easily four feet in length and about a quarter ton in weight. A black thing that would provide much to the imagination, weighty and unruly. But it matched its wielder to a tee, for the woman loved to use overwhelming force against all that would oppose her. A black attire that would seem almost alien to most of Aincrad, inherited by a crown that had since moved on.     “What in the fucking hell is that,” saying as she jumps backwards as one of the statues jumps off the pedestal and almost lands on her. “OH FUCK NO,” striking down at the sticks on the ground. One of them was still dodging her, feisty little shits. The rock head was heading right for her, she cleaves against its hard frame causing sparks to run rampant. The other one hops off it home at her, she had to pry her blade out of the last current one. It explodes into pebbles on the floor. They seemed to be all after Celeste and she was not liking the attention very much. Bashing it backwards with a shoulder check, something had to give. Looking straight up the stairs, she teleports to behind the bigger body that was completely frozen. They were having a hard time climbing the steps, on the plus side she made a line for someone to take advantage of.

    Pure silence, it was very quiet here. Where the fuck did Nisa bring them. In the corner of her right eye she could see movement of light heading straight for them. Twisting her head just staring at it before seeing a few more to the left of them. “What the hell,” candlesticks, that is what they were. The enemy was the light source, if they killed them all would they be trapped in darkness. Not having time to contemplate the results of their actions as they were trying to light her feet on fire. Chopping down at the wooden floor at the light sticks, a few would explode into confetti while there was one that was dodging everything that she threw its way. “Stop moving you fucker,” saying as the glow around the room started to dim. Didn’t know why they were literally killing their vision but if it is what had to be done to get the hell out of here then that is what she would do.

    Apparently she was not done, thinking back to what happened just an hour ago, she couldn’t let it go. She starts slicing and dicing this poor thing into nothing. It was literally being chopped into pieces. The shell being hit repeatedly, it starts as a hairline fracture then continues to get larger until it shatters like sharp bits of an exploding building. Eventually there are chunks of crab laying everywhere on the sands around the team. Breathing very hard now, turning to the group, “WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU LOOKING AT.” She starts rushing away from the party. Knowing that the outburst toward them couldn’t happen, it was not fair to them, they did nothing wrong. Maybe she would throw some or all the crew overboard when she got back. It shouldn’t be that hard to find them replacements, right? Walking into the trees, she would be back. The girl had to cool off before she did or said something that she could not take back.

  17. Dialed up to 11 already, she couldn’t take it out on the group. It wouldn’t be fair, there was only one other thing she could do that wouldn’t damage her relationship with Firm Anima. Red flames start to light under her feet as she vanishes. Reappearing right next to the creature, pulling her blade back like a baseball bat. Swinging wide and striking hard, upon impact those flames ignite with a huge blast. Smoke engulfed the skies, when it began to clear the crab was on fire. For some reason she just felt the need to keep hitting the damn thing in the same spot over and over. ‘AAAHHHH,” the anger was so overwhelming but it felt so good to just destroy the shit out of something without doing real damage to anything else. After a while she stopped, breath heavy, eyes flared up. She didn’t care what the others thought, she needed this.

  18. CRASH, “GOD DAMN IT ROOKIE,” she kicks some stuff around on the ground. “How the hell did you drop it, what are you waiting for, pick it up you damn fool. I swear I hired a bunch of idiots.” The man was shaking as he started to pick the apples up, placing them in a new container. Lium walks by Celeste shaking his head, “What, if he didn’t have such butterfingers it wouldn’t have happened.” Glancing behind her, Lium had a hand on the man's shoulder talking to him, she couldn’t make out the words. She grunts as she yeets herself off the side of the ship. Spinning down to rope, THUMP, as she lands on the ground. She didn’t have time for this shit, the others were probably waiting for her. Eventually ending up in the sands that she frequented so often these days, it seemed like the others just got there as well. Her blood was already boiling at the event that transpired, today was going to be interesting.

    Opening one eye and then the other hearing the commotion going on around her. She gives an out puff of breath, they did not die in the fire lava pit place. Seeing all the damage that was dealt to the big ugly, Celeste dives right in cleaving the other foot. It starts to crack, after a moment it shatters as well. This poor thing was going to have such a hard time trying to get up when he unfroze. There would most likely not be a moment that he could even try from the looks of this battle already. Jumping back, she didn’t want to be in the way of whatever happened next. Ugzeke had died quickly in the past but never to this brutal measure. The team was literally tearing him limb from limb, with it being unable to move, there wasn’t a damn thing he could do to protect itself. Out of the corner of her right eye, she saw Raidou walking past as he took something out from his robe. “Oh shit,” saying as she backed up ever further as she had a feeling what was about to happen.

    “What do you mean erupt?” seeing the tiny hole in the long distance above them. Eyes flare into a rage from 1 to instantly 50. “WHY THE HELL DID YOU BRING US DOWN HERE THEN. ARE YOU TRYING TO KILL US.” Glancing around for the enemies, they were still all trying to get up from the extreme put down from Raidou. She raises her sword, jumps to one of the platforms that had the crazy looking hell spawns and swings that cleaver across the air toward all that would still stand. Multiple energy slices ascend at high speeds. A few of them pop but the others seemed in pain. They were almost done here, she didn’t want to stay here any longer than need be. The heat was fine but she was unsure if she could withstand 1000 degree furnace warmth against her skin. Repositioning herself, the last thing she wanted to do was fall in.

    Eyes widen seeing the woman just jump right into the hole of death. “Is this even safe, it’s literally sinking in on itself.” Looking at Raidou and the others that could be seen. A few shrugs from the team, she looks at the sands that were moving inward. Taking a deep breath, Celeste jumps in. It felt like she should be dropping somewhere but instead she was standing upright, seeming like almost a teleport. The girl felt right at home here for some reason, her skin was really warm but it was comforting. Everything else, that was a different story. There were screams that sounded like pure pain and agony. There were small peaked rocks that looked like a ticking time bomb and the grounds were not solid. They were stepping stones that you had to hop on to get anywhere. The liquid holding them afloat was lava. Creatures started flying her way, they didn’t resemble anything but large black masses to her. Cleaving through the air not even sure if they could be hit, she makes connection with three of them. With the last she loses her footing and begins to fall backward before something catches her hand.

    Seeing them just standing there, watching their mouths open and close slowly. “Why are you not moving, MOVE,” the last word was yelled but they didn't step an inch. She was getting very annoyed that they were just standing there staring at her with their beady little eyes. Pure anger flows out of her as she jumps toward them and just starts jumping repeatedly. Even after the first time her feet touched the ground she could feel them pop under her feet. The rage kept her stomping up and down. After a few seconds she stopped as Gaius’s hand was laying at the top of the hole while staring up. “What? They pissed me off,” starting to walk off. “Stupid bobble head mother fuckers,” saying under her breath walking past Raidou. The mumbling continues, it really didn’t take much to piss her off. Finally stopping, she turns to look at the group who were shrugging their shoulders in confusion, she chose to ignore it.

  23. There was one major spot that everyone was hitting. The mark on the flesh looked bruised that was colored black and blue, as she got closer there was a small amount of mist coming from inside the wound. Her walking became running, turning into a slide as she carves deep within the gashes that already resided there. The crab rears back in agony scampering a few steps away from them all. It was clear the creature was on their last limbs. Raidou was the only one that had not attacked yet, she would look forward to seeing the last hits of this thing. Stepping back watching the crap almost walking back from her, was that fear that she saw. That was not supposed to happen. Nisahime was a weird person if you could even call her that. Every time that woman was around there was always something mysterious that fell on their lap. This next place, she just knew that it was going to be ape shit crazy in some way shape or form.

    • Tough Shell: This monster’s MIT and ACC cannot be reduced, and it remains unaffected by Incarcerate, Paralysis and Freeze effects.
    • Too Large: Familiars’ Grappling Skill cannot be used to stun the boss. Only normal stuns will work on it as a result of SAs or skills being used, and they will have a 4 turn cooldown.
    • Pincer Attack: Sand’s Claw will attack two times during its turn, targeting the player with the highest hate, and then the player with the second highest hate. Perform one attack roll for each attack.
    • Sand Cloud: Upon rolling CD 9+ and LD 10+ during one of its attacks, the boss will instead raise a cloud of sand from the beach, lowering each player’s ACC by -1 for their next two turns. This effect does not stack and any further activations will refresh its duration.
    • King’s Grip: On an MD 10, Sand’s Claw will lower the target’s MIT by 15 for the next two turns. This effect stacks up to two times, and any further activations will refresh its duration.
    • Bubble Spray: On an MD 10 and CD 6+, Sand’s Claw will instead hit the entire party for 125 unmitigated DMG, lowering every player’s EVA by 1 for two turns. This effect does not stacked and any further activations will refresh its duration.
    • Gobble Up: If the boss’ health reaches 2000, on its next turn it will skip its attack and start eating rocks. It must be hit with 3 or more Delay SAs until its next turn, otherwise it will expend it on healing 1000 HP. This can only occur once per battle.
    • Soft Skin: Once afflicted with Bleed, the effect will not wear off for the remainder of the battle.
    • Unguarded Sides: Area of Effect attacks consume twice the base energy, but deal 50% (rounded up) more damage.
