The sounds of four explosions confirmed a wipe-out by Mac, and four yelps confirmed Xion's thorns tackling the hounds. I spun in time to watch Seul take on a flaming dog, taking it out quickly and efficiently. "Alright, Se-!" I began to shout before a growling sounded from my right, drawing my eyes to the airborne dog. "<<Aggressive Twins>>!" I shouted, pulling both my fists back, one glowing a sinister crimson, the other a mystical blue. I launched them forwards and shattered the dog into pieces, a grin on my lips as the quick post-motion followed. "Damn, saying the name feels badass!" His grin faded momentarily as he was attacked but he knew that the efforts of the dogs were futile as his thorns punished them for attacking him, their damage too low to get past his defences. "This will be easy" he said with a grin before activating his <<haymaker>> sword art, his spear glowing a brilliant yellow as he swung it in a wide arc, hitting the remaining hounds for a decent amount. He would smile as he would parise the others "Good job, only these two left and then on to Cerberus. He will appear shortly after these two are slain, brace yourself for that!" he would say as he would rush to the two last Hell Hounds. He would use his <Disguise> skill to hide himself as one of the hell hounds as he approached them, and as he came closer to the target, he would sweep twice horizontally, taking the two beasts down. Macradon would stand up straight again after he had demolished the two last hell hounds. A loud and fierce howl could be heard through the arena, Cerberus had awakened. A giant three headed dog would appear, flames searing everywhere as the beast made its entrance. Cerberus would roar one last time as its HP bars would appear, all 3 of them. The hate everyone had generated seemed to be reset as the new battle would commence. Macradon hoped that everyone would stay behind as he would engage onto the big beast. "Stay behind me, I'll take it out with one attack" he said, hoping the others to do what he said. "Or you could choose to blitzkrieg it and see how well that goes" he said with a slight chuckle. Though this only served as the warm up to triggering the appearance of Cerberus. The start of the final showdown was finally here and once the hate reset, Seul took a position toward the rear of the group. There was no point in attacking, any way he sliced it his numbers were too low to harm the beast. He'd simply give a thumbs up in Macradon's direction and cheer on from the sidelines while watching the bruiser eliminate the boss. "Yeah-! You got this, kill this thing so we can all go home!" Macradon 0 Posted March 31, 2016 #25 Report Share Posted March 31, 2016 (edited) It seemed like everybody were understanding that Macradon would be the one spearheading the attack and take out Cerberus. He would ready his sword and get into stance, with a quick trigger, Macradon would rush forward in a sprint and get closer to Cerberus. The Cardinal would adjust his speed again and make him go from his starting location to Cerberus in the blink of an eye. He big sickle sword began to glow and he would be guided to execute the sword art that would take out Cerberus. His big great sword would take out all the heads of Cerberus in this one flurry of attacks. With grace, Macradon swept six times, hitting all the giant heads. Cerberus would fall and collapse on the spot as Macradon finished his last swipe. Sheathing his sword, Macradon would take the loot from the loot screen. He would grab the Col and Mats for himself, though probably give it to the guild as tax. "Alright, men!" he said as he had sheathed his sword and turned to his guild mates. "Whose potion is this?" he asked and pulled out the vial with the red liquid in it. "If none of you wants it, I would like to have it for the floor boss raid" he said. Even though he was already stocking up on these, having one more also helped him. If someone from the party wanted it, Macradon would not hesitate to give it. Afterwards he would begin to walk out of the deep and hot cave, even though his <Survival Skill> helped him getting through the damage, the heat still made him sweat a lot.
