She had now missed, TWICE! in a row. She moved her armoured hand thru her black hair. She closed her eyes and took a deep breath. She had to focus. Dont be overconfident now Zandra, that is what have made you miss twice in a row by now. She opened her eyes again. She neither smiled nor smirked. The only thing she focused on was the warrior infront of her. Zandra took a steady grip of the whips handle and <charged> forward. On the way she activated the sword art and this time it hitted home."Finally." She said when lookibg at the ocean of crystals. "Well, lets not waste some time or what do say Rain." Looked like he agreed and both of them started to run, would take to long time walking, down the corridor."To bad for Niko to not completing this with us and get lose of all the sweet skill points right. Hehe." Not long time after they finally saw a light."Finally, you ready for the boss Rain?" She giggled. When they exited the corridor the sight took Zandra by surprise."Holy shi*. Wasnt expected this." What they saw was a large room, almost 50x50 meters big and 20 meters tall. There was no torches of any other lightsource, still it was as light as daylight. On the side was two rows of pillars with an statue between each looking like some kind of fantasy animal. Harpie, dragon, unicorn etc. And on the opposite side of the room was a large throne, and in it sat a huge woman. When they entered the roo she rose and started to walk towards them. She must be at least three meters tall. She only weared armour at her chest and hips, showing alot of tan skin. In one hand she held a two meter long sword and the other a large, round golden shield. Zandra felt a drop of sweat rolling down her forehead. She looked at Rain to see his reaction. They take a rest now while waiting for their energy to regen before fighting the boss... or so the wanderer had thought. As soon as Zandra finishes off the last of the mobs need to unlock the boss room, Zandra quickly runs off to look for the boss room - which didn't take long. "Uh... Zandra... should we wait for energy to regen? I'm completely empt- " before the wanderer could finish his sentence, the boss of the room suddenly stood up and began walking to them... So she was in this on her own. Her breath got faster. Thou she had her heavy armour and after all, they was only at floor six. She remebered back a few months when she was with Jomei on several floors up. She was much weaker by then as well. She took a steady grip on the handle of her chain-whip.''Rain, stay here and recover your energy. Dont bother joining the fight before your full. Dont worry about me.'' she said with her eyes focused on the approaching amazon. With one last breath she darted towards her. She activated her <Charge> skill and she felt her speed increase. The whip started to glow from the sword art. When she was in range she stopped, let the momentum she had built up from the charge swung into the whip. The long chain flew thru the air. Zandra landed a perfect hit and it twirled around the amazoninans neck.''Got ya'!'' she said to herself when she pulled the handle towards her. The large woman flew thru the air and slammed into the ground. Zandra pulled the handle back and the boss slammed in the floor where she had been standing a few seconds earlier. When the sword art was completed, the whip losed from the neck and Zandra prepared for the counter attack. Thou the swordwoman was faster then Zandra thougth and the huge sword struck her in the side with powerful force that made her almost lose her balance. But she kept her footing and her armour reduced the damage taken down to a single point. Rain 0 Posted July 31, 2016 #44 Report Share Posted July 31, 2016 The wanderer stood there, his mouth gapping and his eyes stunned as Zandra, the noirette whip woman charges right at the dungeon's boss. As he stood there, he kept an eyes on his energy pool which was sluggishly reneging. He couldn't do anything. With a measly 2 energy, what can he do, other than just stand there looking like a useless person. Looking back at Zandra, she single handedly throws the giant amazonian in the air before slamming her on the ground. With that one single Sword Art, she managed to deal more than half the giant's hp. "Perhaps, she can kill this by herself." The wanderer thought to himself as he keep his eyes peered on the bout and occasionally on his HUD. Link to post Share on other sites
Zandra 0 Posted July 31, 2016 #45 Report Share Posted July 31, 2016 (edited) It didnt took long for Zandra to regain her focus on the current situation and she stared in the amazonians eyes. Keeping eyecontact, the two females circling around each other. Zandra slowly started to charge up her second strongest sword art. She smirked."So, are you ready to be turned into pixels your little oiece of [censored]?" It must have looked fun to hear the player calling the boss 'little' since Antiope was almost twice as tall as Zandra. After a minute of circling, Zandra attacked. She activated her sword art and jumped up in the air. On the way down she let her whip swing down with a powerful strike. The chain cracking the ground infront of the tall warrior and sent out a shackwave. Some seconds later, the healthbar of the boss was empty and she exploded into a sea of crystals that surronded Zandra before it faded out into nothingness. Zandra turned around and walked up to Rain. While she walked, the dungeon slowly started to fade."Piece of cake." She said and attached the whip at her hip again."So, what do you say about heading back to town? I guess Niko is there already." Thats when the dungeon was gone and they was back at the entrance. Right afterwards, she proceed to just casually talk to the wanderer as if it was nothing. Well... to her, it was probably nothing, but to the wanderer this was something of a challenge. Perhaps in the future, he can just as strong, but for now, he'll have to stick to grinding. Yeah, let's head back. Niko might be there already. As the wanderer turned to face the exit, a familiar face stood there as if waiting for them. To the wanderer's surprise, it was Niko. "Huh... he must've gotten lost..."
