Rolling under its stinger, Kane spun his blade backwards in a wide arc, hoping to slice clean through the foul insect. It dodged, hovering above his blade as it sliced through the air below it. Kane however must not have noticed as he continued trying to strike the wasp every second. Swift realized the wasp was able to foresee their attacks. Swift went in for another hit to try and test her theory, this time she went for the lower end of it's side. Swift went in for the strike, but just as she had suspected, the wasp managed to maneuver out of the way. "Kane, we need a new method, it seems to know every one of our moves so far. Perhaps we should try attacking it together after it makes it's move, perhaps at least one of us will hit the wasp." It was a long shot, but she knew that her and him could pull this off. The Wasp Queen was an intelligent insect, and it was able to predict his movements. Bracing himself behind his blade, Kane waited for the giant hornet to attack him, and he'd try to counter it. The Queen seemed to sense his reticence, and charged forward, trying to physically slam him away with her body! ------------------------------------------------ The Queen's insectoid bulk bounced off of his blade, seeming stunned by the impact. It buzzed sporadically, floating slightly above the ground as it took a moment to clear its head. Kane knew now was the time to strike! He dashed under the fiendish Queen, slicing upward while shouting, "Strike now!" ------------------------------------------------- His blade barely found its mark, scoring a gash on the Queen's abdomen that made it click and buzz angrily. It wouldn't be stunned for long! The wasp was already beginning to recover, but she knew that she had to get into attack mode right away. Swift ran in charging a special move of hers.
