Itzal was going to need to find materials soon, and thanks to the update that was getting increasingly harder.  Now when he found something there wasn't a guaranteed chance of finding a total of four materials, but a chance to find one to three bonus materials.  This was going to slow progress down so Itzal decided he may as well head out and search the many floors for materials.  He decided to start with his own profession so went to floor four in order to search for song crystals that may or may not be sparkling around the place.  Lately he'd been able to calm down a bit thanks to Hestia.  She was very encouraging and very kind, and that positive attitude helped ease him out of the rage he'd been going through in regards to Fearx and Adder.  He was still angry towards them but it was less intense than it used to be.  Unfortunately things didn't seem to be starting out well thus far.  He couldn't find any materials and even Velnia, who was currently flying in and out of snow piles, wasn't seeing anything at all.  He sighed and kept walking, his purple trench coat caught by the wind.  Due to his hands being in his pockets only the waist down was effected.

The darkened halls of the dimly lit Mansion, due to an update by the Cardinal system everything was changing. Vale was no longer the owner of that home, but she could still access all of the stuff she owned. The Dark-skinned Neko girl walked through the corridors, each step as hollow as the next, reverberating through the confines of the massive abode. A sound that took a piece of happiness with her each time she heard the noise come from every angle. There were plenty of good memories that were made here, and it seemed as though the Cardinal wanted to take this plot away from Player use and have a grander scheme for it. Nevertheless, Vale understood what that meant.

Moving day was now.

Sifting through each individual Chest in her recently constructed shop, The Grand Arboretum. Something deep down within her knew she would come to visit this place again, for what purpose was yet to be discovered. It took time to go through all the items, albeit she didn't get to create a lot of memories here. She did at least get to create some with people who meant so much to her at this point in her life. Once she was finished with the Grand Arboretum, she made her way to the Master Bedroom. This room holding one of the two greatest weights that reside in the hollow halls of the Green River Estate. She sighed as the thoughts crept into her minds everything she had done in here. A smile stretched across her face, "At least the Cardinal system is not heartless. It gave me a voucher to get a new estate under the same circumstances." Vale said to herself as she grabbed the voucher she placed on the bed when she entered the estate for what felt as though was the last time.

The howl of the wind, and the rush of the waterfall in the distance making this ordeal all the more painful emotionally. She was beginning to fall in love with the home, and she wasn't sure whether the next place she would reside would have the same feel. Loosely the idea of living with Hikoru was beginning to string itself together inside her mind. They hadn't been together for too long, but at the same time at a moment's notice the two of them could be separated from a lack of a bar of health. The thought, of that caused her to shutter, along with that feeling that she was being watched with the completion of packing up everything excluding the final item in the room she dreaded most.

The long echoing walk toward the study, a place that caused her skin to crawl. There was nothing in there aside from an assortment of books she had read over her time in Aincrad, and a singular chest. With a single, haunting item.

The Demon Blade Gram.

Ever since the day she received the weapon from Lessa. The fact she could not use the weapon to it's fullest potential was not the cause of why she hated being in the presence of the Blade. It's the sinister presence that loomed overhead when she was near the blade, let alone in contact with it. The Essence of Rage harbored within the greatsword was malicious, spiteful, a sheer feeling of Anger and Evil itself. Jomei had recently come to the conclusion that the essence itself thought Vale was worthwhile of it's power, yet believe it was not ready. It had been following her for some time causing normal fights that would prove to be easy, a challenge and a half extra. The girl had managed to be able to best the creatures it possessed, but at the same time there was this feeling that it was only progressively getting stronger.

"I hope this is one of the last times, I ever have to touch this weapon. Just looking at it alone is enough to freak me out." The Martial Artist said as she opened the chest to look at the Blade. A bloody skull sat at where the hilt and the base of the seemingly gargantuan blade, it's eyes immediately looked at her, the mouth of it turning to a grin. The scene freaked her out and caused her to jump back, her breath quickening as she began to hyper-ventilate.

She grabbed the fur that rest just above her heart as it pounded in her chest from the fear she had of the Blade. The Essence must have known she felt extremely uncomfortable around it, even more so when Jomei had correctly figured out the reason behind the Blade's Essence motive. It took a few deep breaths before she could gain control of her heart rate again, this wasn't something that should scare the woman. But the reality behind it was just too much for her to handle at this point in her life in Aincrad. She knew deep down at some point that a resolution would have to come from it, and she knew that it was only a matter of time before the essence itself would force the answer.

Taking one last deep breath she stood and walked straight up to Gram, performing the necessary actions to put the Greatsword into her Inventory. She shivered as the feeling of being watched felt so much deeper in her gut than ever before. And as long as she held the blade in her personal inventory, it felt as though it would have a larger impression on her life in Aincrad. The need for a new storage unit for the Demon Blade would becoming increasingly more important, she only prayed that it would affect anyone other than her as it tried to affect Jomei as well.

With everything gathered and set aside in her inventory, there was nothing more keeping her within the Green River Estate. The slow walk to the front door felt as though it took an eternity to complete, the multitude of memories rushing through her head one last time of all the moments spent in this home. She knew the second she placed her foot on the threshold outside of the building, it was the pursuit for the new home for her and maybe the current love of her life.

At the end of the long walk in the house, she stood at the front door looking back into the mansion getting one last look of when it belonged to her, "This is the next chapter of my life, I thank you for giving me a place I got to fall in love with House. May the next people who reside in your home feel the same loving comfort that I once did." She spoke out as if the house was a living being that could speak back. With her heart finally accepting of the changes that are to happen she made her way out of the house. The garden out front growing a plethora of materials worth picking for Alchemist, since it was originally her garden after all. Taking a few things she needed for the road, she turned to the path that lead to the Teleportation Gate.

Vale thought for a moment and remembered with her Orange Crystal that Guards were not going to take too kindly to her making her way through, but she needed the teleportation gate to get to the fourth floor for a quest she had begun. With Eclipse waiting at the gate for his master, "Let's go Eclipse. We can't let moving day interrupt our training." Eclipse shrugged then the two of them would then make their way down to the fourth floor to take on a quest that she had been notified of a while back to face a stronger version of Avalanche. Something she was eager to do combat with, she yearned for the challenge.

Itzal sighed as pulled his right hand out of the deep pocket of his deep purple trench coat.  So much had been happening lately and he was starting to get just a little bit overwhelmed.  First and foremost was Fearx and Adder.  Despite Hestia's help, they were still at the forefront of his mind most of the time.  It was inevitable after all, what with the things the two of them did.  Itzal had known Fearx a long time.  This being because the man was his one enemy, nemesis.  Whatever you wanted to call him.  Fearx was a high ranking player when Itzal began playing and soon reached his level.  The two had begun competing for first place in every game they played.  At first it was friendly competition, but things had rapidly gone downhill.  The friendly nature of combat in the games had soon turned into a war.  Looking for weaknesses to exploit, using others and pulling dirty tricks in order to get the highest gear possible.  The two did whatever they could possibly do in order to gain strength in the games they played.  And they played a large variety as well.  When they couldn't beat the other in one game, they moved to a different one and the fight continued.  Of all the people Itzal has had to deal with, no one had irritated, frustrated and angered more than Fearx.  Video games had been his one singular escape from the real world where he had been ambushed at every corner by the bullies of his school.  Now he had an enemy in gaming.  This wouldn't be bothering him now of course, if it hadn't been for the fact that Fearx was in SAO now as well.

When he ran into his ancient rival, not much about him had changed.  He was level sixty two when Itzal saw him, and Itzal was level fifty one.  Fearx wasn't done training and had vowed to become the strongest player in Aincrad, including stronger than Calrex.  He had heavy armor that was made of gold with wings on the back, a two handed assault spear which Itzal knew was a powerful weapon to be feared.  He saw no other equipment that he could determine but Fearx wasn't stupid enough to ignore the three slots.  He also had a familiar with him as well.  Other than this Itzal could only guess what skills the brute had chosen, although he would need to make a second guess with the update that had come out.  Fearx was probably level seventy two by now.  His final words on their reunion still haunted him.  'This game is the final match Itzal.  Fate has set this up for us to see who is truly the master of the gaming world.'  Itzal feared that Fearx wanted not only to participate in a duel with Itzal one last time, but that he wanted to end this once and for all.  They both knew that it was in their nature to test each other repeatedly until the end of time so ending this childish feud could only mean one thing.  Fearx wanted a duel to the death.  Now the wisest course of action would be to ignore Fearx, but Itzal knew him.  If he truly wanted to end it here, he would not stop harassing Itzal, nor his friends, until he did.  Which meant he needed to train quickly to catch up to Fearx, and accept his challenge.  This is why he hated Fearx.

Then of course there was Death Adder.  Itzal didn't know much about Death Adder other than what Beatbox had told him.  It wasn't much and not only that but it was mainly rumors.  One of them was that the player was extremely powerful, more powerful than Beatbox.  Beatbox was one of the strongest players Itzal knew, and that was saying a lot.  If he was felled then the player must be extraordinarily powerful.  Not only this but it caused him to wonder if this player had a unique skill or not.  Another thing was that Beatbox told him he suspected the player to be a dark one, and unforgiving.  This was confirmed when Beatbox was killed.  Even if it was Beatbox attacking first he knew his friend wouldn't kill anyone without a legitimate and good reason for doing so.  Other than this the only information he'd been able to get from brokers was that Death Adder had allies and friends.  All of this taken into account it seemed to Itzal as though Death Adder was untouchable.  This was what frustrated him more.  That powerful players could exist in this game and do whatever they wanted, getting away with it with ease.  Not only this but if said player did possess a Unique Ability, then how on earth could he possibly make the player pay for killing Beatbox?  He doubted Calrex or any other player with a unique skill would help him, and he didn't want anyone else knowing about his anger towards this player.

Itzal and Beatbox had their differences.  The two players had gotten into fights far more than once, twice, even five times.  They disagreed on many points, such as what to do in a fight.  Beatbox hated it when Itzal would take a moment to analyze the battlefield and determine the best course of action.  Itzal hated it when Beatbox grew overconfident and charged into the battle head on.  They fought before quests, they fought during quests, they fought after quests.  They fought while on walks and such.  However no matter how many fights they had entered, they always made up in the end.  Itzal remembered the first time he met Beatbox.  The player was in a restaurant and seemed depressed with his fox familiar.  When he spoke with him, it seemed he and his guild had separated for reasons he didn't share.  Itzal talked with him and found out he liked music, Lindsey Stirling in particular.  So he gave Beatbox a song crystal of one of her songs that Itzal managed to duplicate.  After that they went on a lot of quests together, and talked whenever they could.  While it wasn't the easiest relationship, Itzal considered Beatbox a very close friend indeed.

There were other things on his mind as well.  One of these was the fact that he had lost his house to the Cardinal.  Why he had lost it was beyond him but then when the update had popped up he understood.  The system for housing was completely revamped.  There was so much that was changed and updated that the system really didn't have a choice but to remove everything.  Still he was paid back for the col he had spent, and was still allowed a discount it seemed.  The amount of types of rooms available was incredibly huge as well, with far more furniture and available buffs or enhancements.  Not only that but rooms could be upgraded as well.  There was such a variety at this point that he had room to make his previous house far better than it was.  Still, the issue was balancing the amount of rooms and buffs he wanted with how big he wanted his house to be.  He'd need to discuss which buffs to grab with Kasier.

Itzal looked around for any materials but it would seem his luck wasn't going to be that good for today.  Velnia kept diving in and out of snow banks and when he noticed Velnia again, he realized where he was.  Huh.  This was where he fought Avalanche with Jonathan and Aster.  That was a coincidence wasn't it?
